I was a patient of Dr. Andersens for years and I cant imagine anyone writing a negative review on him or his staff. They were exceptional.

Dr. Anderson and every person on his team is AWESOME! My wife and I have been in his practice for 10+ years. Staff is very skilled, professional, and helpful with questions. When I first went to him, Dr. Anderson noticed the edge of a root canal cyst that my military dentists probably overlooked for years. My wife has also had fillings and crown work, and Dr Anderson was probably the most caring and skilled dentist she has known. THANKS!!!

Dr. Anderson is the best dentist this patient could hope for. I have seen a few dentists since living in Norfolk in the last 20 years. Hes not out for the buck. Hes very thorough when he explains a procedure that may need to be done ... and I say may because you are an important part of the process. Its your teeth and you have a valid opinion in your treatment plan and he respects that. He is very kind, his way of explaining everything that has to do with your treatment is explained with patience and easy to understand in laymans terms. He has a very good staff; friendly and very knowledgeable. Anitra, at the front desk, is the insurance whisperer. She knows her stuff and will lay out what is covered, how much will be out of pocket, and will have this information ready before you arrive or quickly while youre there getting treatment. My oldest son goes there (he referred me) my youngest son goes there, and my daughter will be going there, too. Ive never felt this comfortable with any dentist, he is truly a good one.

Entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had any issues getting fillings etc. Anitra, who sits up front, is very nice and very good at what she does. She even helped me when I was switching insurance providers. Dr. Anderson is the best! He is very nice and professional. Visits to his office are short, painless, and covered by most major insurance companies. Thanks Dr. A and team!!!

I was referred by a friend who has used Dr Anderson for years, and I see why! He and his staff were fantastic! He was very honest about options for me, and made the process easy and comfortable.

Ive now been there 4 times in the last couple of months for all kinds of stuff. Not once did I have to wait more than 5 minutes. The staff knows what they are doing. Quick and painless.

I will never go here again. The way they work is designed to make money. Refused to fill cavities I wanted filled because it wasnt safe to fill multiple cavities at the same time. Another dentist charged less and filled them with out problem.

Was ok at first but he refused to take my wisdom teeth out he wanted to tend to my cavaties first now a year later i have moved and i still have my wisdom teeth in and now its pushing on my other teeth causing extreme discomfort.

The Front desk Staff is very unprofessional and rude!
