Cool and all, but communication skills lack severely. For my experience, could care less to rectify the problems I presented to her early on. At one point, I received no response back until I cancelled my appointment.

I went to Kyle for my lashes. She was so sweet!! She asked what look I was trying to achieve and she hit just that. I have my 3 week fill already set up and I will definitely keep her as my lash girl for sure!

I had a horrible experience. Everything from the expertise of the waxier to the attitude of the owner was below par. I had a Brazilian that not only took 50 minutes but I CRIED.First, the wax is absolutely awful. Skin Deep uses a hard wax that does not come all the way off. Every single time the waxier pulled the wax, only half would come off so she had to using her nails pull the wax off HAIR BY HAIR. Second, the professional was poorly trained. She applied the wax in a way that did not completely pull off all the hair and as a result she had to scrape off what was left with her nails! Third, the owner was rude and dismissive, unwilling to answer simple questions.Ive been getting waxed since I was 13 and it was by far the worst experience Ive had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Skin Deep FOR ANY WAXING SERVICES.

Love Skin Deep. The products used here are amazing, my skin has never felt or looked better. Kyle is amazing, she really knows what shes doing and is willing to talk to you about your skin instead of just assuming you already know whats going on. And the eyelash extensions are awesome.
