Dolly Quinn has the BEST facial in all of Tucson! I usually get the signature or express facial, depending on how much time I have. Her attention to detail and client care is unmatched. I feel like a queen every time I leave the salon! She also runs incredible promotions and understands that affordability is important. I cannot speak highly enough about Dolly. I just want everyone to experience the magic for themselves.

Best customer service you’ll find. Dolly truly listens to you and takes great care in making your experience lovely. Her products are top quality and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.The warm rocks were a delightful addition to my pedicure. I enjoyed seeing all the wonderful products she has to offer as well. I really enjoyed that she took her time with me and wasn’t watching the clock, which is rare these days. The place was also spotless and was set up for safety and proper distancing. This was my first visit and it was such a wonderful breath of fresh air! I really needed something that could fit with my work schedule, while still taking COVID precautions. The Dolly Quinn salon had an easy online booking, VERY clean salon- even a special air purifier that they installed in their air system! The pedicure was fabulous and so relaxing. Dolly recommended different services, and I ended up booking another service in November. It was such a wonderful experience with such pleasant people. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about this salon!

Dolly and Kirstin are amazing and love what they do. Kirstin is so good at making ideas into reality. They both provide a warm, inviting, safe, and clean environment. They uphold their mask policy and are constantly cleaning before as well as after every client. This is the best place in Tucson to get all of your hair, nails, and skin care needs taken care of!

I have had facials at four season resorts that don’t come close to what Dolly does. Not only are the products fantastic for my skin, the pampering of my feet and arms and neck, especially the warm stones and the warm booties and hand mitts, make the experience so much more than a facial. Found this salon through Spa Finder, enjoyed the Pariesian package, shoulder & arm massage and a pedicure. Alex was awesome. Very attentive! Wonderful shoulder & arm massage - twice!!! Initially when my feet were soaking and again during the mask.Especially appreciated the re-do as the initial polish was not covering....she found a similar color and started over.Great experience from initial welcome, the ice tea, he massage & the pedicure. Dolly the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a 2nd visit.

She came to my wedding venue (on her day off) to style my hair and help any of my bridesmaids that wanted it. She painted our nails and made us feel so relaxed. Im not one to write reviews, good, bad , or otherwise, but I have to say Dolly Quinn SalonSpa is a Class A, No. 1 salon! Dolly has been doing my hair for 40 years now and I hate to think about what I will do if she ever decides to retire. I just tried their new Yon-Ka Aroma Energy Treatment. If you want to simply lie there and relax, this treatment could easily put you to sleep. If interested in a little conversation, or would like to find out about the treatment as you lie there, Dolly will explain every step in detail. Either way, it was to die for. I always look forward to my next SalonSpa experience with Dolly and her team.

I walked in with a massive headache after working 11 days with no days off, and I left feeling like a spoiled princess with no more tension and incredibly soft skin!

After months of sheltering in place due to COVID19, I desperately needed a haircut. Ive known Dolly and her team for years, so I knew without a doubt theyd have really high standards for sanitation, self-distancing, adherence to mask rules, etc. Dolly and team did not let me down. Upon entering, her salonspa was as peaceful and lovely as ever, the way a spa should look and feel, but front and center was an area where I could sanitize my hands (they even had disposable gloves for the guests if desired). And we arent talking about cheap/toxic hand sanitizer --I mean really nice cleaning options that left my hands feeling good and helped me ease into the spa experience. Check-in was done from a safe distance and theyd spaced out guest appointments to prevent a crowd. Dolly spent a lot of time with me/with my hair, and I came out looking and feeling great. She and I wore masks the entire time. Howard and team rotated around the salonspa cleaning and sanitizing. Check-out was done from a safe distance. I HIGHLY recommend Dolly Quinn Salonspa for anyone wanting a beauty refresher in a peaceful, lovely, clean, COVID19 compliant environment.

I called to see if they could fit me in for a color same day and they called me back within 45 mins and got me in. Dolly is so awesome! Im so pleased with the atmosphere and customer service. They offered me drinks, snacks, and lunch since it was lunchtime. I will definitely be coming back and spending my money and time here for any salon or spa services. Wonderful customer service! The BEST customer service in town, hands down. When you walk in -you are greeted with a smile😊 offered a beverage and homemade treats like cake or cookies. The products they use are quality/ high end. Stylest are not rushed or double booked. They dont make you feel hurried. When they wash your hair - so gentle!! Color, cut, SO experienced! Such a sweet, low-key place that feels like a neighborhood haunt with the best kept secret -- top spa quality services and products! My favorites are the detoxifying body wrap, particularly in the summer time, the slimming body wrap before a trip or big event, and the most luxurious facial I have ever experienced. This treatment, every treatment at this salon is thorough, and the ladies there do what needs to be done to make sure you get what you need, and what you pay for. If you need to be out of there quickly, say so and they make it happen. Otherwise, be prepared for abundant care, done carefully with the proper amount of time spent on you and the services.

Ive been going to Dollys for about 8 years now, and have never been disappointed. Dolly always takes the time to do a great job, and has an amazing ability to remember what weve done in the past (even right after changing a long-standing hairstyle). Everyone at the salon is super knowledgeable about the services they provide and the products they sell and on top of this, everyone is very friendly and welcoming - youll feel like a part of the family the first time you walk in.

I have only been going to Dolly Quinn for less than a year. Kirsten cuts my hair. It is a great place, a very eclectic place with all kinds of distractions. The service is wonderful, always on time. I always get a great haircut and have a good conservation. I would recommend it to any one.

The staff and Dolly are extremely nice and the thing that really stood out to me the most is that Dolly does her own humanitarian work with cancer patients and survivors to make sure they are looking great and feeling good about themselves. I had an incredible facial with all sorts of special touches. My skin is complicated, and Dolly customized my treatments to address my multiple issues (ugh!). Im telling you after one facial, my face is already more hydrated, and my chronic adult acne (ugh again) is noticeably better. Dolly provides a therapeutic and relaxing experience, and her knowledge of skin and product are outstanding. As soon as my facial was complete, I made an appointment for my daughter. I walked into Dolly Quinn Salon Spa like a lost soul new to the dating scene. I knew I needed to get my hair cut, and had no clue how to style it. Basically, I had just been clipping my hair up for the last 8 years of my life because Im more worried about my brat kid than myself, but I wasnt happy with that anymore. Its like Dolly knew I had no clue how to style my hair and as she was styling it, she was giving me tips. I didnt even tell her because I was sooo embarrassed that as a 37 year old woman, I had no clue how to style my hair, other than use a curling iron. Thank you Dolly, I love you and will always remember our day in Tucson!

Loved the environment, however I do not recommend Kierstin for anything that is beyond basics. 3 sessions, and over $400 later and still not at the end goal as promised. She lied to my face and when I voiced my displeasure she told me nothing I can do, I am a hourly worker and to find myself a new hair stylist. Last I checked this is not how you operate a business. Especially to the clients that put their trust in you to accomplish what you said you could and remained loyal. Bad for business. I no longer recommend Dollys.

She listens attentively, and helps me find the style that is right for me. Shes always on time for our appointments and makes sure I am completely happy before I leave.I typically travel to conventions during the first quarter of the year, meeting colleagues I havent seen in a while. This time, I couldnt believer how many people mentioned how great my hair looked. Ive never gotten so many compliments.
