Everyone is polite, cheerful. My neighbor introduced me to Yeny. She is professional, her head massages are wonderful. I have found my go to salon.

Verve Salon is fantastic. Every appointment I am made to feel not only welcome but valued, not only by my stylist but by every technician in the salon and the amazing women at the front desk. Coree is a genius with hair color, always exceeding my expectations. And I have given her some distinct challenges to achieve the look I wanted. Ana is fantastic with waxing brows as well. A visit to Verve leaves me feeling refreshed, renewed, vibrant, and radiant. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Randomly chose this salon to get my hair done while I was visiting Tucson over the weekend. Such a cute place! Plenty of parking. Felt Covid-safe on the inside with spacing. Staff was very friendly, and I had such a lovely up-do with Sue! She was fantastic! Fun to talk to and did an amazing job! Highly recommend this place!

I am SO thankful I found this salon!! The moment you walk in you’re instantly greeted by the nicest staff. They gave me a quick tour of their front room that has all their salon products and I met with my stylist Katie very promptly. She was not only incredibly nice but did WONDERS to my hair! I came in with super staticky hair and she somehow fixed it! It looks great! She also recommended products and gave honest opinions on the products she thought worked well for my hair and ones that didn’t.Thank you all so much!! I’ll be back!!

Lilly is an amazing stylist! I’ve been coming to her since 2018 and I can not recommend her enough! I started out as a brunette and wanted to get back to my natural blonde, but with highlights. She ensured I transitioned slowly, so we wouldn’t compromise my hair in the process. I was afraid it would appear “orange” during the awkward transition stages, but it always looked more like a strawberry blonde. I’m now as blonde as I wanted to be and we’ve continued to come in every 8 weeks to get a trim, add highlights and receive the Dry Remedy Moisture Treatments. In addition, Lilly and I always have a great conversation and she’s so knowledgeable on natural beauty. Again, I cannot recommend VerVe and Lilly enough. 😊💆🏼‍♀️💇🏼‍♀️

Coming to Verve has changed my hair game forever! Carolina is the absolute best! My hair has never felt healthier. I sometimes have a hard time explaining what I want but she somehow always knows EXACTLY what Im looking for. Not only is she great with color but she is also certified in Calligraphy Cut which is a technique that I cant even explain. Some how I walk in with the thin/fine hair that I have on my head (with no volume) and walk out with it with feeling thicker and healthier than it has ever before. You can literally feel the difference in your hands. Its incredible! And she is one of only a handful of people in Arizona that have the certification so I feel very lucky to see her. Not to mention, I just love spending that time with her, catching up on life. Honestly, If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

I had a wonderful experience at VerVe Salon! Carolina did a calligraphy hair cut after she painted color on my hair using the balayage technique. Carolina was welcoming, kind, and she offered advice when I was deciding what to do with my hair. I could not be more pleased with the decision to listen to her recommendation. I hope others can have a chance to get their hair cut or colored by her, she is amazing!

I have nothing bad to say. I have long, thick, curly hair which has been an issue at past salons but not here!You can even come in with no clue what style you want, only that you want something new and they will work with you in discovering what will suit you best.Products they use are 100% excellent quality and their hair dye process has never left my hair feeling dry or damaged compared to past salons I’ve been to.Can be hard to get an appointment but I personally find the wait and cost worth it.

A very aesthetically pleasing environment and an equally engaging and friendly staff. It was a nice play to enjoy a haircut; and they did everything I could ask to accommodate my needs while I was there

With Covid, it’s scary, so you stick to with what you trust. After 20 years with Yeny, consistent amazing hair and color, I can trust she follows safety practices and the whole place does!! I’ve trusted Yeny with long hair, short, blond to any color. Always a raving fan! All my friends love her and continue to go to her as well. She is fun, funny and loving. Always has you as her best interest. She is honest and always shared her well professional opinion with drastic changes for those who get bored easy like me and wants change all the time. She is in demand but always finds time! I have stubborn reddish hair tones and she knows how to pull away from the reds. She knows how to control my stubborn curls! I Love her to pieces! I went into salon because I was not happy with my hair. Ive never got it professionally done and I came across some extra money so I did my research and looked at all the reviews and came out with the decision to come here. Wheres mistake it was a bad mistake.Im not sure if the girl was new or what was going on but I went in there with an expectation and I came out with nothing close. My hair came out lighter than what I was asking for and she said she wouldnt be able to get it that light in one visit thats why she could not do what was in the picture I brought. On top of that she only did highlights so all my other hair wasnt dyed either. The whole point was to fix what I messed up and now for152 I have my mess and her mess to fix and no money. I literally cried cause of disappointed I was. I see all these girls with beautiful hair and I was excited because it was finally my turn. I thought my hair couldnt get worse. Boy was I wrong.

Today was the best salon experience in my memory. Suzette did meticulous work with my cut and color and I felt pampered and relaxed the whole time. The lavender foot soak was an unexpected touch. Everyone I met while I was there was friendly and welcoming. Also loved the products. Im hooked.

This was my first time here. I just got the new calligraphy hair cut and I absolutely love it. The body that it gives my hair is the best part. My hairdresser Carolina was really nice and did a fantastic job! Also, she gave me hair tips to make styling easy! Ill definitely be going back.

While Ive been a client of this Verve and our hair-doer for years, Ive no idea why Ive never left a review. So here it goes (this better not make you so busy we cant get an appointment!) Yeny has taken care of us for years. So very many people in Tucson can shorten hair. Theres so much more to the experience at this location and with this stylist. To leave following our time together, just for a cut, but feeling as though Id spent the day at a world-class spa with thourougly qualified people...time and money well spent. Have come to consider these people family, this location and this corporation possibly my favorite business in Tucson. While I know experiences do vary, someones great experience totally doesnt resemble someone elses fiasco, and some people, despite all attempts, insist on having a miserable experience...I truly believe youd be hard-pressed to find a better salon, a better stylist, a better company standing behind it all

What a wonderful experience I had today at VERVE! The door was standing open (on a Monday), and a fellow said Sorry; were closed today! YIKES! I asked, HELP! I have a hair emergency and I have to leave town tomorrow! Can you tell me where to go for a quick repair?An ANGELIC voice from the back of the salon said Come on in; I can fix your hair emergency! It was FRANK, the owner. In a quick 30 minutes he repaired me, had me looking good, and gave me the name of the woman in the salon I should see on my next visit. When I was ready to leave and prepared to pay ANY amount for my transformed look, I was told that there was no means for me to pay; all their systems were down and they couldnt process a payment. It was on the house! I was SO GRATEFUL, and it was customer service TO THE MAX!Thank You!

The absolute best hair salon in Tucson. Formerly known as Gadabout for Men, the employees here are ALWAYS happy and seem to love them job and their client. As a long time customer I will never go anywhere else to have my hair cut. This location also a day spa for both genders.

So happy with my cut and color. Salon is a pretty, service was excellent, from the receptionist offering water, to the stylist doing a great job, to the head massage when getting my hair washed and the foot soak while the color worked its magic. What a great place to go.

All four of us have been here. All four have had results that were fantastic. However, my daughters were treated with polite distaste by their stylist ... They are not little kids - one tween, one teen - and they are very well mannered. However, you would have thought I asked the stylist to groom my dogs. We will try another stylist next time, but I was very sad that they werent treated like the young women they are.

I really like Kelsey. She does a fabulous job cutting hair and with dye. The atmosphere was pleasant and they have cucumber water.

I use to go there all the time and Heather always did the best job on my hair! She unfortunately moved salons and I cant find anyone as good as her there. Sadly they really lost an awesome employee. If youre looking for an awesome reliable hairdresser, go to The Village Salon and request Heather!!

The best. If you are considering getting your hair colored - look no further.1. I feel like Aveda color (vs. Redken, Toni & Guy, etc.) always looks rich & natural and has this excellent light herbal scent that wont assault your senses.2. This salon is so peaceful. It never feels noisy or chaotic to me - ever. You get served tasty tea, they let you soak your feet while your color processes, its a real treat.3. Coree is my hero. I walked in several months ago with color that was dyed jet black and looked horrible against my light skin. From the first appointment she did these delicate highlights that brought me back to my natural color much faster than I expected while retaining the health of my hair. I looked cute throughout the whole process and man am I grateful. I fully expected to have terrifying pumpkin hair when I asked to go lighter from black. Not the case.4. Ive heard Coree and overheard other team members speaking to folks who are about to take on a big color change and the Aveda team always educates before they proceed. They are entirely transparent about what to expect and I respect that a whole lot.

Nice welcoming place to get hair done. Like that the smells are not too strong and I like Aveda products. Just not happy with the fact that I walked out everytime looking as if the lowlights had already 2 weeks growth from my scalp.

Im going to give you the best haircut of your life! That was the promise. Its the worst haircut Ive had in years. When I went in I had a short bob I came out with a pixie cut Not only did she not follow what I asked for she didnt even follow through on her own suggestions. Its uneven and has a couple of chunks out of it. The color has a red tint not an ash base. I cant even get it fixed because it is now so, so short. I wish I had been able to see what she was doing without glasses.
