I came in this morning for my cleaning with the Ashleigh the hygenist she was super sweet and bubbly. I was also able to meet Dr. Sarah who welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable! Overall, I enjoyed my first time experience with DentalPros Im looking forward to my next visit with them!

I absolutely love the staff and the Doctors. They are super amazing, friendly and make you feel so welcomed. They have multiple locations to make appointment setting so easy. We have been to two locations and both were clean and kid friendly. I recommended them to everyone and now have family going there as well.

When I first found out that I would have to get braces, I never thought that it was be as great of a experience as I do now. Dr. ONeil is kind, compassionate, and ensures that patient care comes first. The orthodontic assistants are always ready to take care of you and ensure the best care. The BEST DENTAL/ORTHO OFFICE EVER!!!!! From the front desk staff that knows your name to the office manager to the Doctors and staff they are all AWESOME and friendly. They all make you feel like family I have never felt like I’m getting the run around there. Again best place ever. Your doing yourself a dishonest IF YOU DONT GO HERE! A lot of locations to choose from and they all move from office to office so it’s the same friendly and smiling faces every location.

Really love the convenience of working around my class schedule. The friendliness of the staff and I was in and out in no time. I loved they way I had options to my colors. The staff made you feel comfortable, relaxed and kept me up to date on my progress.

At first, everything seemed fine here. and I visited every four months. But, from the start and onward, texts and calls with conflicting and incorrect information and sales pitches kept bothering me between appointments, despite my repeated requests that this stop, as in please, remove me from all lists for calls and texts--over and over, I asked them to stop calling and texting and each go-round they apologized and told me theyd fixed this finally, but the botheration kept up. Then, my last visit, the dentist kept giggling and cracking jokes, while explaining things in an unusual sing-song voice, to the point where I began wondering if she was okay. Everyone was in the same big room arrayed with dental chairs and other equipment--many patients with their respective practitioners bantering away noisily all at once over blaring music, disturbing because it felt chaotic. But the main and final reason I quit going to this clinic was scheduling--they couldnt find a way to schedule far enough out because the dentists and hygienists had differing scheduling protocols and days at other locations, or for whatever complicated reason, while I needed everything set on one day, the four months ahead, because I was, by then, traveling from out of town and needed to plan continuing travels around upcoming appointments. So right there and then I informed the person behind the desk that this would be my final appointment, and that I would soon be finding a dentist closer to where my travels have taken me that can schedule farther ahead, which I have done. But the texts and calls have continued, despite my explaining this and requesting no further contact. Though Id blocked their number, it happened again today though another device that uses VOIP--I must have given that alternative number on my intake form. So now I have blocked them on the laptop too. Although I suppose the procedures were probably done technically correctly over the several appointments I endured, for me, this outfit is way too disorganized and weird to recommend. Furthermore, Id tell anyone who hates hassles and hoopla alongside the dentistry to steer well clear!

I had my orthodontic treatment at Ortho Pros. It was a great experience and I couldnt be happier with my new smile. The staff was very warm and welcoming and I always felt completely comfortable even when they were elbows deep in my mouth. As a business owner I think their customer service is something other businesses should strive to emulate.

Dr. Kacer and his team are absolutely amazing! I had my braces removed in 2012, but noticed shifting of my two front teeth over the past year. Dr. Kacer put braces back on in January, and they came off 3 months later! I’m so happy with my results, and my teeth look back to being straight and normal. Their office is always so accommodating to my school schedule/traveling needs since I go to school out of state. He’s a fantastic and knowledgeable orthodontist, and it is very obvious that he cares about his patients and their happiness. I would recommend OrthoPros to anyone looking for an exceptional orthodontic practice!

My familys experience at OrthoPros has been outstanding. The staff and Dr Kacer have been great with my kids. They always made my kids feel comfortable and were very friendly. I have never had a problem making or changing appointments if needed. Also I appreciated that at OrthoPros if your child is not ready for braces yet they tell you that instead of putting them in braces and then your child having to be in them longer than necessary. I recommend OrthoPros anytime I am asked where to go for braces. Everyone there is very professional but at the same time friendly and the office is very welcoming. No doubt I made the best choice. I had been looking a little over a year for an orthodontist and either they were to expensive or I just didnt like the way the office staff treated me, I was almost ready to give up when I found Orthopros and decided to give it a try. Not only did they get me in right away but they were able to get me into treatment alot quicker then other offices I had gone to and they also got me on a treatment plan that was cheaper than my insurance was offering me.
