Dr. B really knows his stuff. He is competent, caring, gentle and communicates very well. I started going to Dr. B when I moved to Tucson in 2011. In 2018 I moved to the Phoenix area, but still drive to Tucson to see Dr. B. His staff is also very good.

I cant believe the reviews Im seeing! Dr. Bedoya is WONDERFUL. He put 2 crowns in for the price of an (and I mean ONE) extraction, and even intentionally built up my temporary crowns so they would be sure to last until next year so that I could bill my insurance for the permanent ones. He wanted to save my teeth, not make more money. I paid very little out of pocket and he accepted insurance only for the rest because that was the best thing for me and my dental health. The staff are also extremely kind and understanding. I dont have the best teeth, and theyve never ever talked down to me or tried to embarrass me about them.

I like to praise the dentists of Dedicated Dental Services and their concern towards their patients problem. I have been in their care for almost three weeks, getting regular treatments and guidance for my tooth problems. They are wonderful people and I like to recommend them highly to everyone.

I love Dr. Bedoya. I have seen him since I was a teen-ager.. I am well passed that, now in my 40s. My children (all 5) go to him. I will never go anywhere else. I am sorry to see all the reviews. Just because the rest of the staff has issues- by the way, we have never had a negative issue with any staff member, but the extra special attention Dr. Bedoya, himself, gives and the quality work he does should be awarded with no less than 5 stars! When I had a root canal in my early 20s, I didnt feel a thing- nothing!! I didnt even have an issue after the numbness went away. I get nervous with dentist but I have never left in any kind of pain when I see Dr. Bedoya!

My husband suffered severe trauma direct quote from Dr. Bedoya. The assistant didnt know what she was doing, Dr. Bedoya had to yell at her a few times. She dropped the gas mask on the floor. They were supposed to do 4 extractions but because of this severe trauma Dr. Bedoya wanted my husbands mouth to properly heal before doing the other 2 extractions.My husband decided not to go back because of how much pain he was in for literally over a month. I called the mission office on 5/24 and spoke to Rosie. She stated that she will submit the request for refund to corporate who then mails out the refund checks on Fridays.Today is 6/8 and the check hasnt come. I called the mission office again and spoke to Claudia. She placed me on hold to call corporate. Gets back on the line, states Rosie is on vacation for 2 weeks and the other lady who is handling the billing inquiries is backed up and will call me within 5 business days. I tell her that is unacceptable and that I want corporates number. She continues to tell me the lady will call me within 5 business days. I again tell her that its not good enough and that I want corporates number. She then says she cant find the number. Which now I know she is deliberately lying. She just told me she was placing me on hold a few minutes before to call corporate.Dr. Bedoya is a sweet man but the way this whole experience was handled was completely unacceptable! Never going back to this office.
