Great service. The assistant explained thoroughly everything that she was doing & was very kind & friendly throughout the whole process. Everyone there was very nice as well, from the reception team to the Dr. & before my visit the receptionist went out of her way to verify that my insurance covered the services. Great people!

One of the things I love about Dr. Brown is that if you go and have something looked at that he can possibly fix on the spot, he does, saving you a second trip. Everyone there is so friendly and efficient! Fabulous dentist, fabulous group.

A great dental practice. Very personable staff. The office went through a major renovation ayear ago with all new equipment . Check to see if your insurance will cover you. The office is a little hard to find it is tucked back from the street, but not bad.

This by far is the best dentist office I have ever seen. Staff is amazing and the dentist explains everything to you as he is doing it and is very patient. He does not rush and makes sure you are not feeling anything as he is doing it. For those of you who are terrified of the dentist, trust me when I say this office will ease those fears and all those past horrible experiences.

I love them all. They make you feel at ease. The exam rooms are tranquil with a water fountain you can see and hear. I love this place and so do my kids, 10 and up. Dr. Brown is amazing and very gentle.

I went to Goodman Dental Care yesterday. I called because I was in pain. They had a full schedule, but told me to come right in. They fit me in . I am a very high anxiety person. I avoid dentists, doctors due to panic sometimes. The part that I was very happy with was that I left the office with a premade appointment for my next visit, and looking forward to it. The staff was unbelievably welcoming. Dr. Brown fixed my problem and I had no anxiety. The dental assistants were so nice. I dont usually leave reviews for any business, but I had such a positive experience that I felt like I had to this time.

First and foremost I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I have been with this practice since Dr. Goodman had the practice. Now that Dr. Brown has taken over its as if Dr. Goodman never left. Fantastic, caring, and thorough dental care!I have spent the past 3 years with Gentle Dental, receiving poor service and care each visit. My first experience with Dr. Brown was the exact opposite. Even on a packed Monday, he and/or his assistants were always working with me. I spent virtually no time waiting on someone to assist me, and the care they took was exceptional.Also, everyone is just flat out friendly! I especially loved how well Dr. Brown and his assistants talked me through each step of their process. You can tell they actually care. Its nice to have a dentist who feels a genuine desire to help you rather than going through the motions.Bonus: the office is AMAZING. The design is as warm and friendly as the staff, with a beautiful open layout and trees growing beside the rooms. Its so rad!10/10 care. Truly the first dentist I look forward to visiting again!

My teeth are terrible and have cracked at the worst times. The front desk always works quickly to get me in and follow up when there are cancelations so I can be seen faster. The hygienist in the office is so friendly and does a great job collaborating with the other assistants and Doctor when she sees a potential issue. The dental assistants are so friendly and run around, literally, to work as fast as they can to reduce your time in the chair. They always remember what works best for me and seems like they read the Doctors mind at times.Doctor Brown never passes on a challenge and always does incredible work even when other dentists would refer you out. I have been going to Goodman Dental for about 14 years. I feel like family when I come in. The staff are always friendly and the service I receive is top notch.

Had a filling in my front tooth fail. Called several dental providers to try and get same day treatment and they all wanted to do xrays and exams but none that could fix my issue immediately. Fortunately I called Goodman and not only did they see me the same day they fixed my issue in about an hour. Dr. Brown explained the procedure step by step while he was doing it. Could not be more satisfied with the care I received. This was the best dental experience Ive ever had and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality dental care.

Dr. Brown always talked to me about what he was going to do or was doing at the time. He had to redo a root canal that was not done correctly and had a bad infection. Maybe it was just me as I handle dental work well but I didnt have any pain afterwards, just sore for a couple of days.

Never in a million years did I think I would say I love this dentist and everyone in his office. But here it is.I am 55 years old and due to terrible dentistry as a child, have been terrified of the dentist ever since.The one time I have been to a dentist was 10 years ago and I was under full concious sedation. It took 30mg of Valium just to get me in the office. And that is not a typo!The shots didnt even hurt!I know people like me will never believe this. But truly these people listen and watch. ANY sign that they are hurting you.... the stop and fix it.I have no words to accurately describe these miracle workers.I am had a full cleaning and 12 crowns! My teeth are beautiful and something I NEVER thought I would be able to have with my fear of dentists.If anyone would like to talk to me about this call their office and leave your name and number with them and Ill call you and answer any questions you haveTonya Dee McClaffertyTucson arizonaI had this appt last summer and forgot to hit the post button!
