Dr. Mitchell did a fantastic job on straightening my teeth, dental implants and other dental care. My office visits are always great and leaving happy because Dr. Mitchell and his staff’s top priority is giving great quality care to their patients. They are professional, caring, and extremely accommodating. The office setting is clean, they go the extra steps preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus by supplying hand sanitizer, and face masks in the lobby. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell!

I just recently changed dentists to Dr. Brian Mitchell. I had two abscessed teeth under a bridge. My jaw was severely swollen and I was able to get an evaluation and additional appointments quickly, even though I was a new patient. I was extremely impressed with his skills, caring, and customer service, and that includes his staff. The state of the art equipment in his office and nurturing atmosphere made my long appointments pleasant, considering the work that was needed to help me. Pleasant is not a word that I would normally use for dental appointments, and I have had much dental work done in my life. I also like the way both Dr. Mitchell and his staff explain to you what is going to happen, how long it will take, etc. I highly, highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Mitchell is without a doubt the best dentist Ive ever been to, and at 66 years of age, thats saying something. His chairside manner is very calm and reassuring, and all the procedures hes performed (including an extraction) have been easy and painless. Dr. Mitchells office has always been communicative, helpful, and pleasant with every trip! We get friendly reminders every 6 months to make an appointment, and are not bombarded with communications otherwise. I am please to be writing this review. I have had such an amazing experience. I am a patient of Dr. Brian Mitchells. I can tell you, that I did not go to the dentist often and I wasnt very comfortable with going either. I have been to dental offices where they made me feel like they were just trying to sell the most expensive treatment plan possible. While not truly caring about the absolute needs of my mouth or how much it was going to cost me. I found one of the most compassionate doctors and thats, Dr.Brian Mitchell. When I was hopeless about my smile he gave he hope. When I did not think I had options, he gave me options. He genuinely cared about my situation and offered his professional expertise. He was willing to take the challenge when no other doctor even tried or cared to help me. He goes above and beyond his call of professionalism and has complete compassion for his patients. He is gentle, kind and I even like that he hums to the lightly played music in the back ground LOL !! It just relaxes me and it reassures me that he is concentrating and doing his best work. I should add, that I live in phoenix and drive 2 1/2 hours to his office. I see him every 6 weeks he is well worth every mile!!! I CAN NOT THANK HIM AND HIS AWESOME STAFF ENOUGH ! DR. I call Dr. Mitchell the tooth whisperer for the miraculous transformation he has done to my teeth & also for restoring my smile. I stopped going there because he kept over-charging me on my invoices ( I had to pay entire amount for treatments & repairs before they were done ), then they were slow about making refunds. It seems Dentists in this town want you to pay in bulk when you have many procedures to be preformed. He is one of the better Dentists. I had one Dentist who held back 3000 for treatment then he didn’t want to give it back I had to get the bank to retrieve it for me. I will give that. Dentist a full page of comments for his review

When fellow Montanan and community leader, Dr. John Doerr retired he encouraged me to stay with the young dentist that he had chosen to take over his thriving practice. And thank goodness I did! Dr. Brian Mitchell is friendly, professional, honest, upbeat and he does awesome work when it really needs to be done. Like Dr. Doerr he retains optimistic and available staff who know me and pretend to like to see me again. The practice is warm, comfortable and I am confident that I will retain my healthy teeth and gums because of their efforts.

Having had too much dental work done over the years, I was concerned about a new dentist when we moved into town. Hes stabilized what was there, never pushed work. Insisted on saving rather than pulling teeth. Ive had various procedures done including requesting and having implants put in. My last cracked tooth due to an old crown was replaced with a new crown, designed on screen and made right in his office. Stunning fit. He is aware of all the latest technology, but only employs it when its been proven. His entire staff, Tensey, Rhonda, Jessica, Chris, Bev etc are wonderful. I even stop by on holidays to say hello to let them know I appreciate them. That reminds me, I cracked a tooth at Thanksgiving, he came in on the next day, took care of me...and didnt charge.

So I get care right from the time that I sign in until the time I leave. The team is pretty prompt in getting me inand taking care of me. Also they have thetoothpaste and toothbrushes that are given to her. We are bothpleased and happy with the service that we get there.

Dr. Mitchell is an exceptional dentist. Like many other of Dr. Doerrs long-time patients I was a bit unsettled at the idea of Dr. Doerrs retirement. I need not have been. After several appointments with Dr. Mitchell, including a crown, a root canal and the making of a bite apparatus, I have come to trust Dr. Mitchell as I alway did Dr. Doerr. (Just as Dr. Doerr did, Dr. Mitchell is eyeing my wisdom teeth and talking about how nice life would be without them. I dont think so!) Aside from being a very skilled dentist, Dr. Mitchell is also very kind, a great communicator and quite funny. The great staff that has been with the practice for years is still in place. Overall, I think this is one of Tucsons best dental practices.
