I have been with TMS for almost a year now and have had some issues off & on (faxes not received, supply amounts not increased as requested, a tremendous lack of communication, etc.) I received a phone call today asking if I still wanted to use their services now that the insurance issues had been fixed; I was completely confused & told her I would call back after checking my paperwork. By the time I called back, I was so upset of the lack of communication from them these few months of having services thru them that I just wanted to cancel any further services with them asap. I spoke to Cristina V(not sure if she said Cristina V or B) she was so helpful and apologetic for the confusion & then proceeded to take her time in explaining why I had been contacted. She was supper nice but I still did not want to stay with the company & I requested she only send the supplies for this month and nothing further. Cristina actually went above & beyond her call of duty and spoke to her lead person after our conversation and was able to get the items I had been requesting since the very beginning, once again apologizing for my requests not having been looked into & told incorrect information. I can honestly say, Cristina is the only reason I have chosen to continue to receive my sons medical supplies thru them. She is truly a great asset to the company & deserves any & all merits offered by the company, to their employees that go above & beyond!

Today, I spoke with Christina V. After a failed attempt to reach me, at my home phone number, I received a detailed text message from her. She was very sweet, to the point, helpful and not at all difficult to get in touch with, at the time I returned her call.I have an older son who is not fully potty trained, due to having autism. Ive been receiving monthly calls from TMS, for over a year & everyone Ive ever spoken with has been excellent.I would love to have wipes, along with the monthly shipment of pull ups. However, the pull ups have been such a great financial relief that I certainly have no complaints. Thanks TMS!

I received a voicemail from Cxxxxx about my sons next shipment. She Did not leave a phone number. Then she repeated what she told me the first two times this happened. She told me that most people just use their caller id. I had to explain to her that if your battery is dead on your cell you will not see any caller information on your phone., but this time she was calling a land line that doesnt have caller id. I then asked her to please leave her nunber next time she calls me and that it is the professional thing to do. At that point she began to get verbose with me (explaining and defending her actions at lightening speed). So I asked her to please quit arguing with me about it and (again) please just leave your number when you leave a message. She continued to talk at me in the same fashion so asked for the manager. But instead if agreeing to transfer me she began to talk over me even more fervently while continuing defend her reasons for not leaving a number with her voicemail. I had to hang up and call again. Unfortunately, I got the same person. At least this time she willingly transferred me to her manager. I dont know about anyone else, but i dont expect to get argued with by an employee of a business like Im one of their friends or family. This is business!
