Awful service. Nothing in writing. Nobody returns calls. When you do talk to corporate office they tell you something totally different each time. Ill never deal with them again..... 9-13-21 I made this original review 3 months ago. I just heard on the radio that my CPAP supplier should have contacted me about my Phillips Dream Station being recalled. Since I had not been contacted I went to Phillips website and discovered my machine should have been recalled back in April. Of course Marshall never let me know that I was using a possible cancer causing product... BUT they keep sending me a monthly bill!

I recently retired from the military and have been trying to get replacement parts for my CPAP from Marshall Medical Supply now for over nearly 2 months. They never called back nor follow up with my request. I have voiced my concerns with the TRICARE to ensure that proper management and professionalism is needed in this store.

3 weeks and still no c-pap. No one in Atlanta answers the phone. Besides this they placed my account in Atlanta without even asking if I was ok with that. Contacting my insurance tomorrow to see if I can pick a different supplier since I have never used their service yet.

I had a sleep apnea emergency and the ladies at the front desk went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help me. I will never forget them for the extra service they provided for someone that didnt even have an account there, nor had bought any supplies. Of course, that will change! Thanks for caring!

I should have read the reviews. This company has poor customer service, make promises they dont keep. The only reason I used them was because of insurance. I agree that they dont seem to care about the person they are supposed to be taking care of. If you can, I suggest you find a better company.

I would have given them no stars if I could. Been using this company for over a year because it’s suck a hassle to change. Made appointment no one available. No call to reschedule. Not once have I been satisfied with their service. New provided for me!

While Larry, the delivery driver out of the Atlanta branch is extremely polite and helpful, the female that always answers the phone, (IF the phone is answered) is not very nice. She has the attitude like I am bothering her. She seriously sounds like she hates her job.

One star is too many! This place sucks! Worst customer service! Just like all of the medical care in Texarkana it is just terrible! I’m going to Shreveport to get my bipap supplies just like I do to go see a doctor. Get out of Texarkana unless you want the worst service!

This company is not worth the 1 star review that I am leaving them. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do they are rude and unprofessional. This company is a total joke. If you have another option for medical equipment use it.

I am not happy with service,. The very beginning I have had trouuble with every visit. I live an hour away and I constantly have to run to their office to fix a mistake. When I was with another medical service in the Texarkana they would come to my house. I need patience.

The worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with. Theyre very rude and refuse to bring oxygen tanks unless its on a Thursday. Theyve made it very clear they dont care about their customers health. If at all possible DO NOT waste your time using Marshall Home Medical Equipment.
