I had a pleasant experience at AeroCare today picking up my new CPAP machine. Kasey was very helpful in bringing me up to speed with my new CPAP and provided me with very good information. The receptionist, I believe her name was Tamera, was also very helpful. I wish your warehouse was as helpful and knowledgeable as your Texarkana office.

These people are awful!!! When dealing with elderly and sick people they need to show some compassion in their work ethic. They are way to quick to put the blame on a medical offices rather than following through with their job. Only when we threatened to take back our prescription did anything get done. The people in their front office will destroy this company with their terrible customer service. I will never step foot in their again.

Yes more compassion needed. I did my part with the home test. I have been waiting over a month for a simple call about my CPAP machine. Not to mention the wait time in ordering and delivery. Just wanting a good nights sleep.

I absolutely have no complaints about how my grandmother has been treated throughout this process on getting her oxygen. Every time I’ve called to check on the status Michelle and Donna have been exceptionally nice. Even when I stepped in one day when I was in the area shopping, I spoke with April and she was super friendly and outgoing as always when I come in. Aerocare has been honest, kind, compassionate, and has went above and beyond to care for her, unlike other companies I shall not name, but starts with a Lin and ends with a does not care thats for sure.....whom continued to lie to her, and take advantage of the fact that she’s legally blind. Not really just her, but other Medicare patients as well. After speaking to them they have their patients believing ”other” Medicare guidelines, which are untrue, and I called them out on it.(I looked up the LCDs) I assure you, they realized they weren’t dealing with my grandmother, or some innocent person they could take advantage of with their lies. On top of that, the guy I spoke to was so rude... I mean I know he was losing an oxygen patient, But he (Toni)could be a little more professional than that. Kudos to their driver Craig for taking such great care of her, she sure did hate to lose you. I could tell her new driver Doug was going to be just as good to her. He took his time and explained everything so well to her...VERY professional! He was full of love and free spirit. He told her if she needed anything to call him, at any time, it did not matter what time it was... And if for some reason he wasn’t available to assist her if it was a weekend then he could surely reach out to who could. If thats not good care, I dont know what else would be. I’m excited for her. My husband and I use AeroCare for our CPAPS....We have used other companies, but since switching to Aerocare we havent left. We love Stephanie shes so sweet. She is always helpful with our machines if we need it, but you better make an appointment because shes a popular lady. And guys, gals, its worth an appt I promise, she’ll actually take time to explain stuff, answer your questions, because she seems to care......doctors wont even do that anymore. Thank you for reading, I just never got the opportunity to post for my experience too.

Everytime I tried to use these people for anything it was a huge hassle and now of them having my prescription for my cpap for a replacement and also being sent 3 times they still have no clue of whats going on. If they treat every customer this way how in the hell do they stay in business they really need to get with the program before they lose all their customers

I have never seen such poor customer service. It took four trips to the facility to get supplies ordered and I do not live in Texarkana. Every time I went in, there was a different delay. The doctor had to fax the request twice and still they did not help in any way except to finally transfer me to the warehouse. The Texarkana office noted they had tried to call me at one point and that I did not answer. That is a lie because my iPhone shows all missed calls. I will find another supplier.Dr. Strutton

A piece of my CPAP fabric mask broke the night before a trip. I stopped in and told them my dilemma. They had one on hand and informed me that it cost $100! When I looked shocked the lady told me thats what they cost. That is robbery and exactly what is wrong with our healthcare system. They apparently dont compare prices or even care how bad they rip off the public. I found the piece I needed for $26 elsewhere and will never give them the opportunity to take advantage of me again.

I stopped using AeroCare. Their customer service is terrible. Everything requires a prior appointment so I went to another medical supply store and was treated like they were glad to see me.

Gave them the script for a CPAP over three weeks ago and never heard back from them. Finally called myself only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally going to get me in 5 days from now. So if you are in a hurry dont go here.
