All 3 of the ladies up front and another lady were so nice to me on my first visit and every visit after that. I didnt know who the other lady was but found out she was the owner and she was so very caring as all employees of this business. I would recommend this business to anyone with a Respiratory needs.

Wife was discharged from hospital having Covid and blood clots in her lungs..Respiratory plus was assigned our oxygen for wife at home.Found out the portability Brandi needed was not available from them.Had to find another oxygen provider for Brandis well being.As i was leaving the hospital with Brandi Respiratory Plus called my cellphone demanding their equipment back and telling me we could not leave the hospital.Very rude and insensitive yelling at me.Very unprofessional from any company especially based on this situation.I would stay far away from them and never recommend them for any kind of business.Unfortunately they are the first responders for St Michaels hospital on speed dial.Use Marshalls instead.At least they understand and jumped in to help us immediately within an hour of contacting them.

We had not been in a long time, our records were incomplete, but the entire staff, especially Hope, helped us get everything done and all with a smile. It could not have been a better experience
