This place is a hidden jewel. Staff are helpful & friend, professional & efficient. Highly recommend. Much better than the competition across the street.

I dropped my wife here this morning for her first MRI. Having never had one before, she was unsure of how everything needed to be done. When I picked her up, she said she would never go back to this location. The technician was very arrogant and the assistants were laughing. Poor patient care by professionals. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I get my CT scans and MRIs here and I love this place, they are very helpful, friendly and caring.

I have had to come to this facility twice now in the last 6 months. Once for a ultrasound on my gallbladder and recently for a CT/MRI for my shoulder. The front counter was friendly and very fast/efficient. The ultrasound tech was extremely knowledgeable and so was the CT and MRI tech. Every staff member I met there was awesome. Past reviews make no sense and are definitely NOT a representation of what I experienced! Highly recommend.

Talk about TERRIBLE customer service- I have never been so disappointed in a medical staff. As a college student, classes are important and FMC ARE NOT FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULING. I attempted to make an appointment, and after being told two appointment times, I very politely told the receptionist that these times conflicted with exams and classes. She proceeded to angrily ask what times work for me, as she stated that she had already given me plenty of options in the most disrespectful tone. I understand this is frustrating for both parties, but there was no need to treat patients with such disrespect. I am extremely disappointed and shocked at this behavior. I hope that the management staff will reconsider who they have working at reception.

I noticed these bad reviews. I believe they are honest , so I gave them 2 thumbs up. My experience was completely different. I have had no issues with the staff or technicians. They seemed very patient. When hiring someone I dont think they look to find out if the hiree has proper auto insurance. The company I worked for had a delivery driver that didnt even have a drivers license. She had one when she started and had one when our new insurance agent discovered it though. The company was still the responsible party if she had an accident. But, rating a business poor because you dont like one of its employees, makes the person writing the review look bad.

My husband is extremely claustrophobic and he had to have MRIs. Tracey in radiology talked to my husband the whole time he was in the scan. She helped my husband stay calm during the testing. For this reason I will never take him anywhere else or have any other tech besides her when he gets his MRI/CT scans.

The people at the fron desk were nice, the X-Ray technician lady was not. I was assisting my mom who speaks little to no English and I walked in to the back with her to make sure she understood the instructions. The lady seemed annoyed at the fact that I was there, told me she had not waiting room for me. I told her I didnt mind going back outside; I just wanted to explain to my mom what clothing to remove and where to go afterwards etc.. The lady gave me the instructions in a hurry and left back into her control room. I apologized to my mother for her. Like i said everyone else was very helpful and kind. Maybe it just wasnt her day.

Im giving 3 stars because of the friendly staff there except this middle aged female ultrasound tech named Chris who repeatedly stopped the ultrasound because she didnt like the noiselevel from my three yr olds tablet. She actually starts to chastise my little girl, this is where I walked out of her negative atmosphere. Complete lack of empathy and communication skills. This woman has a very selfish/cold demeanor and a buzz cut. I recommend going on Tuesdays and Fridays different technologist I am sure she will pleasant unlike Chris the tech.

This office employs Samantha Bletsch, an uninsured driver who rear ended my car and refuses to pay for its repairs. I am shocked that this business willingly employs someone with no more moral or ethical principles who knowingly puts people at severe risk every day! Shame on you!!!
