We have been bringing our daughter here for about 3 years now & have always had great experiences, from the time we walk in to the time we walk out. Today we seen Rachel Kubal & she was AMAZING. My daughter doesn’t connect or feel comfortable with a lot of people (especially doctors) and she loved her so much. She was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, & informative. Our appointments are always very personable & never rushed. I highly recommend!!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smiling face from the front desk and Vivian was so good with my son. We really appreciated and were impressed by everyone at the practice. Ethan, PA did an exceptional and professional job with my son. We drove over 3 hours just to be seen and dont regret it one bit. It is very hard to find good Doctors and good staff who care about their patients. We are happy to have found them. A smile and kindness goes along way :)

Both our kids use Ms. Giarda as their primary pediatrician, and shes been absolutely wonderful. Husband saw Dr. Berger on several occasions, and hes been very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. The facility is nice and child friendly. Of course, they are into holistic healthcare, but not to the point where they stop considering mainstream healthcare recommendations. Its a very nice balance. We really like them.

My children have been seeing Dr. Berger and Patsy for years now-and I am so pleased! I drive an hour to see them. I learn new things every time I come in and really appreciate that they only do one vaccination at a time. I am happy that there was much attention to making sure my children were getting enough vitamins as well as a more natural approach to building up their immune systems rather than just prescribing antibiotics with every sniffle they get. I feel great that they listen to us as well and want to make sure we are comfortable and confident with our children’s treatment. I am so glad I found this practice!

Over the Christmas Holiday my son began spiking a fever and showing symptoms of a cold/ possibly an ear infection. Because we’re out of town we tried reaching one of the NPs or Dr. Berger via telephone for some advice regarding whether we needed to take our son to Urgent Care or just continue the immune protocol found on their website + OTC meds. Krista, a medical assistant there was very rude to me and told there was no way I could speak to his Dr. or NP and if I was worried to take him to an ER (as if I wanted any medical advice from an assistant in the first place). This has not been my experience in the past but I am beyond frustrated with their lack of respect for my child in this unique situation. We will be switching to a new group- totally unacceptable.

Wholistic Pediatrics and Family Care is an amazing practice. I have been taking my daughter there since she was born to see Patsy and I love the care and attention we receive. If you are looking for a more natural practice this is the perfect place for you!

Just went to Wholistic Pediatrics for the first time. We saw Patsy and she was very informative and practical. I walk the line between conventional and alternative medicine and I really appreciate the direct and all encompassing approach!

I love Wholistic Peds and Family care. I have been taking my kids to Patsy Giarda for years. I see Kathy Nutting and she is AMAZING. They really take the time to get to the root of any health issues you may have and fix them, prescribing supplements (vitamins) and traditional prescriptions (antibiotics, steroids) if necessary. They do like more natural alternatives first, but if all natural routes are exhausted will not hesitate to prescribe other things (like antibiotics) if truly needed.They have always been very accommodating to our schedule and needs, and we have 4 family members that now see this practice. I love the front desk staff and professionalism. Stephanie always makes sure we have everything we need and follow ups are clarified before we go. Love love love this practice!

My young adult kids have been with Dr. David for a number of years and even though we have to travel 1000 miles to see him, its always worth it. Hes up to date on the newest medical options and research, caring and respectful of the childrens wishes and abilities as well as the familys needs, using insurance covered labs where ever possible and prioritizing treatments as needed.

The whole family has been seeing the Dr Dave & Gang for about four years now, since our first born. We wouldnt trust anyone else as much as this team. Sorry to see Nurse Melissa go, but the place remains great.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Bergers since August 2016. Previously he had been hospitalized on three separate occasions for very weird unexplained severe asthma attacks. With Dr. Bergers help we were able to determine that my son has a very rare meat allergy. Subsequently since weve been seeing Dr. Berger my son is off of all asthma medications and is doing so incredibly well. I could not be more pleased. Having a child with a chronic illness can be got wrenching. Because of Dr. Berger my son is on his way to complete and total health restoration. He is worth every single penny.

I was overcharged by 10 minutes ($53) with screenshots to prove. When I mentioned this the day I received my bill, I was given no resolution. When I brought it up again the next day, I was asked if I insisted they return the money to my bank account, or if Id like to keep it in my account with them which is highly presumptuous- why would I choose to employ a practice that overcharges without apology or explanation, and a billing receptionist who is rude about having to give me a refrund because of their mistake? They round up or down 5 minutes at their own discretion, and it evens out over time, (again, so presumptuous that one would continue to employ them). They should make that clear on the site because thats not how a prorated time should work (especially when a minute is $5.33 with the NP). Another doctors office that forgot that they WORK FOR THE PATIENT. Its been 20 days from my appointment, and 8 business days from when I was asked if I insisted to have it returned to my bank- Ive received no confirmation that the refund was initiated, and no refund has come into my account. Use caution with this practice if you choose to employ them.***Just received notice of a refund. One should not have to work so hard to make a companys mistakes proper. They werent going to do a refund the first time I said I was wrongly charged. They werent even going to do the refund when they asked if I insisted it be returned to my bank. They *only* did the refund after a THIRD inquiry. Still no apology. Still no explanation. Do NOT employ this practice. They are tricky.****response to response**I brought up the issue on Nov. 7. Nothing happened. I asked on Nov. 9 if the issue was going to be rectified- I was asked if I insisted it be given to my card. I said I did. I gave you guys /substantial/ time to get the refund filed and for it to go back into my account. I contacted /again/ on Nov. 26 if the refund had been given since I didnt recieve comfirmation, and I said I would leave a review to reflect my situation. An hour after that, I received comfirmation of a return I was supposed to get FIFTEEN DAYS before. The return went through a day later. Also, about two hours after my review, I received the longest explaination Ive been given since being in contact with Stephanie- it was full of poor excuses (blaming the holiday week for something that happened /long/ before that), with a poor apology for not meaning to seem rude. The rudeness was blatant, and all of my interaction with her was blunt and rude and lacked any explanation until I left the review. You *did* have plenty opportunity to address the issue, and so I will not be changing the review. But, I think its cute you asked. The fact is you would not have issued the refund had I not first ASKED for it, and secondly had I not kept contacting you. Your office was trying to sweep it under the rug, and I stand by that assertion. Your practice has made it clear that the only thing they take very seriously is their reviews.

Great office and we enjoy the doctors but the quality of service from the front desk could use some improvement.

We discovered Dr. Bergers practice several months ago and it has been a truely amazing experience for us. Our daughter has Aspergers along with OCD and anxiety. Dr. Berger and his staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable in his office and they treat her with kindness and respect. The thoroughness of the questionnaires we fill out prior to each visit and the lab work/ testing Dr. Berger has each family complete is such a change from the typical medical practice. Appointments are not rushed here and you have access to all documents and notes on your own personal patient portal. Dr. Bergers knowledge of Autism and his expertise in prescribing supplements specifically for each patient is life changing. Our daughter has dramatically increased her verbal expression and her OCD and anxiety has decreased. Her emotional health has greatly improved as well. Wherever you are, it is worth a trip to see Dr. Berger.
