Got Covid-19 testing today. Very convenient, appt was exactly on scheduled time and the nurse was very friendly. Completed the test in munites and got results 2h later (rapid test).

I always choose to go here when having acute illness, or needing Dr note. They are kind, professional, quick and its the best accessible healthcare Ive ever experienced. Even though I moved and its further away, I prefer to go to the S. Howard location because the physician and pharmacy staff are so great. Thanks!

Literally went to the minute clinic to have a form completed for my employer and SAM did nothing to help. Instead I was met with a dismissive and condescending tone when I asked her questions regarding the nurse that helped me in my prior visit since SAM wanted to charge me a fee to fill out the form.

Never sent my prescription over. Impossible to contact. They just keep adding “notes” for the nurse practitioner. No call back or anything. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Literally the worst outpatient health care experience I and my children (was there for flu shots for them) have ever had. Shockingly bad. They also had a staff person dedicated to capturing the insurance information and then forgot to bill it - so now we get to spend a couple hours on the phone following up with multiple parties.

Best walk in I’ve ever been to. I was in an out within 15 mins and my prescription was ready in less than a minute. The doctor was very thorough as well.

My daughter visited on Sunday, November 24,2019. After a rushed exam, with zero testing for flu or strep, she was sent back to her dorm room with absolutely nothing. They told her she had a cold, charged her debit card and sent her back. She complained of fever and sore throat. I had to fly her home early and take her to a real doctor for a proper diagnosis.

This is the most unhelpful robot answering I have ever dealt with.

Do not know how to bill and when you need to contact them to inquire about the bill they keep you on hold for greater than 40 minutes!

Much faster than seeing primary care sometimes when you just needs the meds for a cold you know you have.
