Hopefully the next doctor they’re putting me with works out but I was seeing dr. Amanda Costello and no one thought to email me to let me know she doesn’t work there anymore. It would’ve helped a lot to know that BEFORE I had to go in for my monthly check up, so I wasnt put into a state of panic. Please communicate with your patients, it’s not fair to toss them around like a football.

I have already posted once about how wonderful Dr. Weinstock is, but I just wanted to make a note that Jade Jones, ARNP is also fantastic and is incredibly compassionate and supportive. So far, from my experiences and what I have heard you cannot go wrong choosing this office. They are o. The leading edge of treatments and they support their patient’s whole body and mind. I absolutely love Jade and Dr. Weinstock and they have excellent nurses and health care professionals in the back. Lastly, the front of house staff, receptionists, have always been kind both on the phone and in person.

Sarah, APRN, is one of the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable Health care professionals, I have ever met. And I have been a Nurse my entire adult life. I am grateful. Professional and caring. I highly recommend this group.

Dr. Weinstock is our go-to pro while one of our family is experiencing a condition that, thus far, has not been totally diagnosed. He has goneabove and beyond our expectations in caring and compassion. Can recommend him without reservation....

Just had the worst treatment from the receptionist and my dr. I went for my scheduled appt. and was called back. The first two things the receptionist says to me is Your Dr is no longer seeing you, and you need to take a drug screen. This made me feel as if I was a criminal or doing something wrong, when asked why, she said it was a new policy starting this year. I objected saying I was not informed of such policy change. After an exchange of some words, my dr took me into her office and proceeded to say that They had been slacking on this procedure and that this is The cost of doing business.I was never informed of why my dr was no longer seeing me, even though she had talked to me, this is not a business, you are not a drug dealer, but my a doctor. I do not mind or object to drug screening, but when you request a PATIENT to submit to one, treat them as such, not as a criminal. This was disgustingly mishandled and I would not recommend anyone to see this practice.Reply to owner: The very first thing your receptionist said to me was my Dr would not be seeing me and I need to take a drug screen. Dont tell me that I am lying or speaking untruths. It wasnt until after I started raising questions that my Dr saw. She should have been the first to see me and inform of a medium procedure I need to take, not a receptionist with no medical training.

The very best Psychiatrist I have ever seen. Dr. David Campopiano . He actually cares and listens, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. What a blessing to have found him. Marcia really tried and found me an appointment and is a joy to deal with.

Every interaction I’ve had with anybody from here has consistently been negative.First off, I made an appointment thinking I got an appointment with the Dr. Weinstock but it turned out that I got his other nurse practitioner associate/partner, David. Fine. But it got annoying to continue paying money to continuously get interrupted while speaking. Granted he had good points, but may I please finish my sentence at least? It wasn’t just the first appointment as I realized he did it time and time again the next few visits too.Not only that, he offered me samples of generic brands of medication one visit. He almost forgot by the end of my appointment and I had to remind him. Not a big deal. But when I googled it what he gave me when I got home, it was a completely different kind of medication (as in, NOT what I was currently on!)By then, I wasn’t sure I wanted to come back but I really wanted to try and get better for myself so I called in to make an appointment. The receptionist told me that she’d take my number down for David to call me when he’s back in the office. I thought it strange but I didn’t want to stay on the line, as she sounded like I was annoying her. Of course, the message was never relayed anyway.I missed the new appointment (that I clearly had to call back to make no thanks to the receptionist) due to the fact that I got in a car accident literally driving on my way there. I was told I was going to be charged a late cancelation fee, but it apparently was a different story once I said I can provide a police report for proof. Regardless, I decided to reschedule.I ended up calling ahead of their 24-hour window to cancel the rescheduled appointment because I decided I just really didn’t want to go back. It’d just been so awful any time I had to deal with anything or anyone that was affiliated with the Florida Psychiatric Center. But let me tell you about the icing on the cake! I receive a reminder call saying I still owed them money. I called and a receptionist told me it was because of the last appointment I canceled on them. Umm, excuse me? I called a week ahead of time so there is not supposed to be a cancelation fee, but then when I reiterated that, it meant nothing. However, something must have clicked when I said I found a different doctor and she rudely stated “we’ll take care of it” before HANGING UP ON ME. Just wow.
