Worst of the worst! Went to her 10 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Had an appt for a 10yr follow up today that I had to reschedule and was told to call back in November to “possibly reschedule” This is after they had to reschedule at least once on me because of the Dr.‘s schedule. Definitely not an office about the patient !! So disappointed in that I referred others to her….. Moving on!

Dr. Slezak is the best! The prep is easy as well as the procedure. Her people at the center are very caring and take excellent care of you. If you need to have a colonoscopy she is it. Dont keep it on the backburner, is worse not doing than doing. PLEASE

Wow, I just called her office to see if I could schedule an appointment and was halfway through explaining my situation when I was cut off abruptly by Jody who answered the phone with Thats not something Dr Slezak would do. It was very abrupt and rude.

Dr. Slezak has always made me feel like family. I work in the medical community and there are few places that make you feel so welcoming and not just a number. She has the right formula for success without losing the personal approach so needed in the medical field.

Dr. Slezak is the best! Her office is low key and relaxing with friendly personnel. Dr. Slezaks makes you feel at ease for a treatment that you want to get behind you :)I would not go to anyone else...

Dr. Slezak is a rare combination of a very competent, compassionate, professional doctor that has a wonderful bedside manor. On the initial consultation she immediately put me at ease, throughout explained the procedure and answered all my questions.The day of my procedure I had quite a wait in the pre-surgery prep area at the surgery center which host many surgeons. It was comforting to overhear the nurses talking about how Dr. Slezak was one of the most competent surgeons that use the center.After the procedure Dr Slezak thoroughly explained what was found to my wife and I and the next steps. She is very down to earth and caring. Could not ask for a better experience.I also like the fact that her office is in a small stand alone building that is easy to access and tastefully decorated. In short if you want a caring family doctor Dr Slezak is your woman.

Ive had 3 colonoscopies done by Dr. Slezak. She is professional and has a great bedside manner. Dedicated to her profession. I highly recommend her! Great staff as well.

Dr. Slezak is caring, thorough, and honest. This was my first experience with this type of procedure and I had no fear, she came by my bed to explain everything that was going, to me that was comforting.

My appointments with Dr. Slezak were canceled by the Dr. The first was canceled 1 day before my appointment and the second was canceled 5 hours before the appointment. Ive now wasted 2 and a half months with this non caring Doctor and office.

She did 3 Colonoscopys on my husband and I. Always professional , kind caring and a good doctor with good bed manners..
