Today was our daughter’s first dentist appointment ever. After much research we decided to try South Tampa Pediatric Dentistry. The reviews and information seemed perfect! We are so glad we did because our daughter loved it. The staff, facility and Dr. Rudolph were awesome! Super friendly and I 100% appreciated them explaining to us (our daughter) what they were doing at all times. It definitely eased her and made her comfortable.I knew it was a home run because on the way home she said, mommy I really liked it there so can they be my dentist forever?This is when you know it’s awesome!Thank you for a great first appointment!~Happy Parents!!!

Dr. Rudolph and her team are wonderful! They fit us in within 24 hours due to a dental emergency. The office is clean, child-friendly, and everyone in the office is competent and professional. They put my 4 year-old daughter at ease and made the appointment fun. Highly recommend.

We love Dr. Rudolph and staff and always have! Not only do they do great dentistry and cleanings, they always give TLC to our girls and deliver amazing customer service. My daughters are 10 and 7 yrs old and they’ve been going since they were 2! Every experience has been a great experience and that is so important for kiddos! :)

My son year old had his very first dental appointment here today. First, staff protecting themselves as well as my son and I were their top priority! Next, the font office staff and dental technician were amazing! Very kind, forthcoming welcoming. Lastly, Dr. Rudolph is an amazing pediatric dentist and very strategic with our treatment plan. Immediately, I felt like home and I can truly put my trust in this practice! I never ever leave reviews unless the service was very horrible, or stupendous! Bravo!

Joanne is very nice. Every time I come to the dentist I always see her smile and she is always being kind to me and my kids and she makes me feel comfortable when I am around her.

Our boys have been asking me to take them to the dentist for months. They love keeping their teeth clean and healthy. I finally caved and took them. While they wore masks and I had to wait in the car, they did great! Kids felt safe and were so happy to have clean teeth. I appreciate the extra precautions to keep everyone safe.

Great staff and environment! Took my 15 month old there after he chipped a tooth and the staff and Dr Rudolph were great with him even with him being so young. Fantastic experience overall will definitely be making them our primary pediatric dentist!

Weve been patients of Dr. Rudolph for about 8 or 9 years now and every visit is wonderful!!! From the reminder texts/emails, being greeted with a smile when we come in, to making sure the kids visit is thorough and smooth and Dr. Rudolph being so great, we just love this office! We have a new little one who had her first visit and it went better than I expected. Everyone was so patient and quick! My kids, 2 and 4 years old, had their first visits with Dr. Lesley today. It was my 2 year-olds first dental appointment, and everyone was warm and gentle with her. My 4 year-old had a blast with the video games and visit to the treasure tower as a reward at the end of his appointment. Everyone helped him to feel very proud of himself! I was impressed with the entire experience, from the first phone call to make the appointments to the time of check out -- everything proceeded smoothly and efficiently. The website is also great, with many electronic options to save time. All of the girls in the office staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are impeccably clean, brand new, and modern with a comfortable lobby for parents (complete with coffee!). Plenty of parking is available in the lot. Of course, Dr. Lesley is wonderful! Shes great with kids and parents alike. Not only does she have great bedside manner, she clearly is very smart as well. Were so lucky to have found her and highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area!

The staff is super friendly and take very good care of the kids and parents. They are always making sure you and your kids are comfortable with everything they are doing! We love this place! They have a cool kids area and let the kids watch cartoons while they get their teeth done!

We had an amazing first experience at the dentist! Dr. Rudolph has such a sweet and calming demeanor that even my youngest (who is very attached and not a fan of strangers) had a pleasant experience, and completely surprised me with no crying! My oldest, who was very nervous, enjoyed her trip to the dentist so much that she was disappointed when I told her she has to wait 6 months to go back. The entire staff was great, and I would highly recommend South Tampa Pediatric Dentistry!

Miracle workers! Both my kids have been going here since 2 yrs old. The staff is amazing with kids. My kids like going here. In addition to a warm and supportive staff, the waiting room has fun toys, lots of stuffed Rudolph’s everywhere, TVs in ceilings, sticker rewards, and a treasure tower. We will be going here forever. Procedures are quick. And their use of updated technology makes scheduling and billing easy to work with them. Will always recommend to anyone with kids.

We really like the staff there. The downside is that they do not have toys for kids younger than 3. My son is younger than 3 and has been there twice. Both times his older sister got a toy, but he didnt and that really upset him.

We love everyone at South Tampa Pediatric Dentistry. They are so patient with both my 3 yr old and my 1 yr old. We had no tears today from either of my sons!! And my oldest gets to pick a prize from the prize tower which he always looks forward to. I highly recommend this practice!!!

Completely incapable of understanding that a step-parent with the last name of the child can make dental care decisions. This is after 4 years of him and her coming there. Need more training on how to handle at the front desk. Then, they send a form that has to be notarized and sent back. If you want to portray yourself as a neighborhood dentistry, this is not the way to handle things. This embarrassed my wife who cares and parents our son like she birthed him.

Excellent!!! The whole experience was so pleasant, I want to go there for myself but they wont take anyone above 18. They were right on time which is so refreshing. The TV screen above the dental chair was a brilliant idea. My son never even noticed them polishing his teeth, a step he usually hates. He got to pick a little prize for taking good care of his teeth. He left very happy.

I brought my 9year old twin boys in for the first time today. They had cleanings done. One of my sons is normally very apprehensive but he did great today. My sons even did the Xrays with no problem. Normally that is an ordeal too. All of the workers are super nice and took great care of my boys!!!!!My boys favorite dentist!!!!!

The front desk are very nice. Yolien, my sons hygenist is very skillfull and she did an excellent job in cleaning his teeth and making sure my son is comfortable during the procedure. She also explained what I need to do to help my son maintain his oral hygene. Dr Anji is very good with kids. She made sure we got all the information and instructions we need.

While I do not generally leave bad reviews for businesses, I was beyond disappointed by my experience with Rudolph Ped Dentist and feel other parents should be made aware.We were seeking a new dentist for my daughter for routine exams and cleanings.Upon finding Dr. Rudolphs office I called to make an appointment. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the receptionist asking questions relating to how their office works. While the receptionist was helpful I retrospectively see that I was just being given the hard sell to get us in the office.Upon our arrival for my daughters first visit we were informed that her xrays from just 5 months prior were not going to work and they needed to take new ones. Ok, fine. I was also then informed that we had no choice in deciding whether or not my daughter would receive a fluoride treatment. It was MANDATORY. Aside from the fact that a receptionist should avoid giving medical advice, this was just the beginning of the end.I asked to speak with the DOCTOR about these policies as I felt each patient should be considered on a individual basis. Upon our meeting with Dr. Rudolph it was very clear there is no discussion. No actual informed consent OR refusal. We were met with this is what we do for everyone, it is the standard, period.As a health care provider myself, I found this to be manipulative and quite frankly unethical. Providing patients with blanket care is not a trait I find alluring with any health care provider, particularly when it can directly affect my childs health.If you are a parent that would like to be involved in the health care of your child and not be fed lines about blanket standards, I would recommend you find another dentist.
