Been a customer nearly 15 years. Doctor DeMarsh is the only doctor Ive found in Tampa that I love. Absolutely zero complaints about him and his practice. The reason for 3 stars is because of someone theyve picked up in recent years. Someone who works the front desk and answers their phones, essentially the face of the business. Every time Ive encountered Paula she has seemed upset, frustrated, or just as though shes having a bad day. Everyone has days like this. It happens. Unfortunately, this has happened with every encounter, so I cant chalk it up to just a bad day. I havent been able to ask her anything without feeling as though Im bothering her or an inconvenience to her. The other ladies there now and in years past have ALWAYS been pleasant to speak to and kind no matter the request. This is not the case with Paula. Its every single time, and its a major disappointment.

Been going to this practice for at least 15 years! Excellent in every area! Dr Demarsh is the best! So professional and gentle! I recommend this office to anyone looking for a wonderful experience! Hygienist and front office very good as well!

Dr. Richard Demarsh, his staff, and the lab provided perfect service and value to me for my needed denture modification. It was not a reline but some additions were needed due to natural tooth loss. It futs perfectly, I am so happy. His willingness to accommodate my scheduling needs was also much appreciated.

Felt safe with regards to current situation. Got exceptional cleaning from Tiffany. Dr. Rocha listened and thoughtfully addressed concerns. Overall level of excellence.

Just had my first new patient appointment with Dr. Richard F. Demarsh. What a great experience! A truly professional staff from the minute I walked into the office. No waiting, got right in. Sherrie was great. X-rays, scans, etc. Very thorough. Dr. Demarsh then came in promptly for a thorough checkup. He has a great chair-side manner. Put me completely at ease and answered all my questions. Tiffany then gave me one of the best cleanings Ive had in over 50 years! Finished off with Esmerelda who effortlessly took impressions. They also knew it was my birthday in a couple of days and sent me home with a card. Cant believe Im about to write this: Eagerly looking forward to my next dental appointment!

I’ve been going to Dr. Demarsh for almost 16 years and I would go to no other dentist in the Tampa area. He and his staff are like family to us now after all these years and they treat everyone like an extended family to them. Dr. Demarsh and Dr. Rocha each take as much time as needed with you and are concerned about your well being as well as the health of your teeth. Both my husband and I have had the same dental hygienist, Kim, almost the entire time we’ve been going and she is thorough, kind and gentle with each cleaning and checkup and very attentive to any changes she might see. Love them all at a great dental practice!

Dr. DeMarsh and his staff are a dream come true! After being tortured by an aggressive dentist as a child, Dr. DeMarsh’s calm demeanor puts me at ease right away. He is so gentle and conservative. You will not be pushed for unnecessary work here ever!

I LOVE these guys, been coming for over a decade, the entire staff is so helpful and friendly. Recently I had to have some pretty involved work done and I was not looking forward to the pain, but Dr. Rocha spent extra time applying a topical numbing agent, so I literally didn’t feel a thing when it came time for the needle and the drilling. Also never felt any pain later either. Just amazing!

Great dentist, and the staff is fantastic. Our whole family switched to this dentist several years ago, they are truly a full service family dentist. The cleanings are very reasonably priced, and Cathy our Hygienist is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone go there. Dr Demarsh is a true gentleman and very gentle, not heavy handed with care or manor. Truly professional and affordable. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Demarsh for more than 10 years. He has to be the most compassionate dentist in Tampa. The staff at the clinic is equally amazing. The support staff are always cheerful and usually greet us by name when we come in. Dr. Demarsh sets the bar high for dentist and staff. We wouldnt think of going somewhere else.

I was a patient of Dr DeMarsh 19 years ago. I recently returned to Dr DeMarsh for a second opinion. After meeting with Dr DeMarsh and his wonderful staff, myself and my family will no longer be seeing my last Dentist. I question myself why we ever changed Dentist at all.Dr. DeMarsh is a Professional and has a great deal of compassion for his patients. A little over a year ago, I went in to see Dr. DeMarsh for cosmetic bonding on my teeth (he elongated two of them to make my smile appear a little fuller, as per my request). He did a fantastic job! However, I had decided that I didnt like them being too long or bulky as I had originally requested, so I went back in free of charge, and he smoothed them down making them a little shorter. I came back into the office for a few more visits after that first initial visit, always asking Dr. DeMarsh to fix something about it that I didnt like. I know I am so particular (and, in this case, overbearing), so it was so comforting to know that he was so accommodating, and really did everything he could to make me satisfied with my smile. After my 5th post-bonding office visit, he told me to take some time (a few months) to really sit with my smile and see how I feel about it, and if I still want to come in to shorten them even more, that he would do that.I ended up getting a job out of the country for a year, and now after having had a year to think about it, I went back into their office, and saw Dr. Rocha this time. She shortened my teeth for me a little more, and now my smile is exactly how I want it.I cant thank Dr. DeMarsh and Dr. Rocha enough for their patience and professionalism. They are two fantastic dentists, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a regular dentist/cosmetic dentist. The staff is also extremely friendly, and that really makes a difference. Thank you all so much!
