I have been going to Dr Massi for years and my experience has been wonderful, very caring and profesional, always take time to answer questions and I never feel rushed. The staff is very pleasant too. I highly recommend this dentistry.

I had a great experience as a new patient! I had to fill out forms, but it wasnt an overwhelming amount. I also didnt have to wait long at all before getting called back with the technician. Dr. Nguyen was very personable and funny. He explained my options to me and made me feel very welcomed. I am happy to have found my new home as far as dental work goes!

My general dentist is very very friendly and nice. She took great care of her patients. Staffs are very nice. They try to explain everything to help patient to understand the treatment and how the procedure goes! I always feel ease with their treatment.

Dr. Masi and her team (Amelia, Celeste, Nicole, and Gloria) are amazing.I am one of those white-knucklers (meaning I hold the arms on the chair in a vice-grip) because I have a low tolerance for pain. I have experienced pain-free dental care at New Tampa Dental. Dr. Masi and her staff take the time to explain what they are going to do and what you can expect when they do it. Absolutely RUDE receptionist!Whoever answered the phone, she is absolutely RUDE and have ZERO manner whatsoever. I found out later on that her name is Celeste who has short hair.They canceled on me due to staff schedule and supposed to call me back for rescheduling which they never did. Here I am to reschedule my appointment and call them... There is receptionist who named Celeste being absolutely obnoxious and talking to me with no respect.I never experienced any bad service from here, but one of their staff ruined the reputation. I finally talked to office manager to correct the situation, she still rolling her eyes giving me a nasty attitude look while I am walking out of office......UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I visited New Tampa Dental today. It was so very pleasant, not only are they very professional, they are very warm people too. I felt at home with Nicole the hygienist and Dr. Masi, they make such a great team. I left feeling satisfied with the job they did on my mouth. Very thorough dental cleaning!

I felt very comfortable. Staff covered head to toe including hair face mask face shield goggles plastic pants and coat covering clothes rubber banded at ankles. Poor things must be so hot! They are using some different tools that are better for safety measures like high powered suction, a mouthwash before you start the cleaning process, the room is curtained off from the hallways, front desk now gives you your goody bag and you handle your chart. Fro t desk clerks all wearing masks and disinfecting pens and touch surfaces .

Ive been doing to New Tampa Dental, seeing Dr. Doug Q. Nguyen, for approximately 20 years now and I absolutely LOVE him and his staff! They are always amazing! I always say if I moved out of state, I would have to travel back for my cleanings and anything else I need taken care of!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Masi for several years. She has done several fillings for me. When I changed jobs, I tried a different dentist that wanted to do more fillings. I didnt feel like they were being honest with me and it turned out my hunch was right. As I went back to Dr. Masi and she thought my fillings looked fine. So she is worth driving by my old job to see her. Having a honest dentist is very important to me. The rest of the staff is great. Ive never have had any issues.

The Dentist and her staff were all very friendly during my visit. I am a new patient and both times that I have visited I haven’t had to wait past my appointment time. When the Dr. went over my X-ray she was very informative. I also had a procedure done and throughout it, she kept checking on me & asking how I was doing. Everyone that I have encountered there has been very pleasant. I highly recommend them!!

The ladies at New Tampa Dental were awesome! I went in specifically for a deep cleaning, since it had been a while. The process from the beginning, was easy and the staff made me feel very welcomed. They stood in contact with me to let me know of any available openings for my follow up appointments, and they worked around my schedule. After my first visit, they knew and called me by my name, which was the “icing on the cake.” My dental technician and anesthesiologist were also great! Overall pleasant experience. I was new in town and called in with a tooth ache. I was able to be seen that same day. Dr. Masi and the hygienist were very informative and friendly. When I returned for my routine cleaning, I experienced the same high quality, professional and friendly service from Gloria, the hygienist.

New Tampa Dental sold me a flipper (single front tooth on a snap in plate), Unfortunately, it was not initially disclosed to me the potential drawbacks. I was simply told that it was a temporary device. Unfortunately, I could not speak clearly with it since it took up too much space at the roof of my mouth. It was also not initially disclosed to me that I could not eat with it or sleep with it. The device was entirely impractical for me. I would need to take it in and out of my mouth whenever I received a phone call so I could speak clearly and I receive phone calls all the time. I cannot believe they did not disclose all of the potential drawbacks of this device. I contacted Dr. Nguyens assistant regarding my issues and received no support on the matter. Also, I was informed by his assistant after I received the flipper that if I wanted a tooth without these myriad issues, it would be a $900 permanent partial; it would have been far more professional for this to have been disclosed up front.Regards,T Clark

The dentists, hygienists and front desk staff are always very professional, helpful and pleasant. The wait time is minimal, they make you feel comfortable, they take great care of our teeth.

They go out of their way to make you comfortable. They always take the time to explain your opinion to you and make sure you fully understand. Very good at numbing you up with out causing a lot of pain.

I was so impressed by my visit to Dr. Nguyen’s New Tampa Dental office. I finally learned what caused a problem I’ve had with one tooth, the doctor also educated me about antibiotic families. I need (well, want) to have non-covered services performed, and the prices are reasonable. How many people can say they actually look forward to their next dentist visit?!

I’ve been Dr. Masi’s patient for almost 15 years now. Right when I walk in the door, I’m warmly greeted by the front staff, often by name. Then, promptly at my appointment time (or earlier) the hygienist takes me back for my cleaning, and she is so personable that I soon forget the suction hose and sharp metal object in my mouth! Today, while I was only scheduled for a cleaning, Dr. Masi discovered a small cavity. Instead of having me come back, she took care of the problem then and there. Dr. Masi and her team are the best!

Been here since I was 10-11 years old. Went away for college and graduate school. Came back recently to get some fillings done. Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist. I had a filling in my front teeth done when I was 13 (now 26). I recently chipped my front tooth and had to go to an emergency dental visit in the Orlando area. The dentist there commented and how well sealed my fillings (done by Dr. Nguyen) were. The place is just as nice and well kept as I remember when I was a child.

Been going there for years. My husband and I, and our kids go there. Very friendly and make you feel at home. They do great work!

It was first time at this dentist office and I was pleasantly surprised! I was taken back at my appointment time and the dental assistant was very nice! They have tvs in the room so you are not just staring at the ceiling. The doctor was also very knowledgable and provided solutions that didnt cost an arm and a leg! Very friendly staff and doctor!

First visit after being somewhere else for 5 years. Partial crown came out, got appointment the same day. Friendly staff, to the point, clear financial info, in and out in about one hour, follow up in 2 weeks.

Ive been going to this dentists office since around 2008, and have always been more than satisfied with their treatment. Both Dr. Masi and Dr. Nguyen are professional and kind. Dr. Masi even calls after youve had any dental work done to make sure youre doing alright.The hygienists, assistants(shout out to Amelia) and other staff are all very nice and super friendly. Ive had to have an excessive amount of dental work done over the years and despite that Ive never felt uncomfortable.

Dr. Masi is an outstanding dentist. However, the ones who really make this office shine are the staff. Friendly, proffessional, and efficient! Im pleased every time i come here, and highly recommend them.

Beware of this place.They will double your cost by telling you one appointment first, then split your appoint into 2, then into 4.My initial visit took 2 appointments, then they planed to do cleaning by 3 appointments. First is general cleaning, second is one side deep cleaning, 3rd is another side. When I visit the office today, I was told they split my appointment from 2 to 4 by doing a quarter a time. If I followed what they planed, I would have 7 appoints, 2 for initial visit(s), and 5 for cleaning.By doing this, the basically double the number of patients base, so thus revenue The cost of time, money and pain? They do not care.

I wish I could give Dr Macy and Doctor Wynn scores alone because they would be five stars... The reason its 2 is because of the front staff. I have a lot of health issues and so do my children and every time Ive had to call and cancel or reschedule they have been utterly rude. They hung up on me today. I wish they could get a new front office!

Terrible Service. Doctor Wynn is nice but the receptionist are terrible. Consistently rude over the phone, dont commit to what they say they are doing, and have nasty attitudes. On the off chance you have the time to wait a year for these people to schedule an appointment for you, and can handle calling every week to make sure they are doing their job then this dentist may be for you!

I needed a recemmentation for a dent I did 10 years ago (not in New Tampa DenStal clinic), which they quickly scheduled and even didnt want get charged for. I really appreciated the gesture. I have been a customer since I came to the US 3 years ago and my husband has been a customer forever. I would recommand the clinic to any new customer.

This is a phenomenal practice with caring, highly competent dentists. If you’re looking for a dentist they are just the best. While they do all my general dentistry, this is the first time I’ve ever had to have a root canal but I did not know I needed one. I saw them first. Within 15 Minutes they realized I needed pretty complex root canal with three roit’s in the tootht. They asked me when I would like to go see a root canal specialist and I said as soon as possible. Within 10 minutes I was on my way to a dental surgeonsent and he performed the root canal already!!!! I have to say that’s amazing and I am not in any pain.He is an endodontist named Kevin And he was incredibly awesome. I can’t believe within the span of two hours I’ve seen one set of dentists and I’ve gotten a full root canal and I’m home. Nice to be in competent hands.

Terrible experience. Did not have my appointment booked when I called the day before and it was confirmed it was scheduled. They also told me they took my insurance. When I get there I have no appointment and they do not take my insurance plan. The response to their mistake was “it looks like she did not call and let you know” A phone call would have been the professional thing to do instead of wasting everyone’s time.

After moving from Sarasota and having to leave my long term dentist, I had a hard time finding an honest and reliable dentist. I have been going to New Tampa Dental for about three years now. Dr. Masi is a conservative dentist. She doesnt do anything that is not necessary. That is a great relief for someone like me who has been to dentists that are money hungry and try and tell you that you need deep root cleaning or have gum disease. Neither of these diagnosis were accurate and were used as scare tactics to bleed my insurance company and my own wallet. (I made the hour and a half trip back to my Sarasota dentist to confirm that everything was just fine!) Dr. Masi is absolutely at the top when it comes to professionalism and bedside manner. A couple years ago, I had a filling done and she CALLED me at home later just to check up on me and make sure I was doing well. I have a friend who also uses Dr. Masi and she says this is part of Dr. Masis procedure. I wasnt being treated special. She calls everybody. WHO DOES THAT???? I think thats spectacular. Oh, and if you are a big baby like me who hates needles, relax. Dr. Masi makes sure you experience little to no discomfort at all. I highly recommend her.

Receptionists here are rude and incompetent. I scheduled a routine cleaning and they scheduled me for an x-ray. Then I had to keep calling to make an appointment for cleaning. When I finally got to make one, they somehow said they dont have me scheduled. Im done.

I had a 2pm appoint.Walked in 15min earlyNo sign in sheet. there is one woman waiting.....10 to 15 min past 3 people walk in not in the same time but around 2min apart. Im waiting and all 3 people get called back before me not at the same time....about 2 min after that another person walks in. Its 2:20pm so i get up to ask the lady at the desk, Was my appointment at 2pm another lady replys yes..i said ok.Can i use your restroom? She shows me to the restroom.i come out probaly less then a minute..They had called the 4th person back .4 people had gotten called back before me.I dont pull the race card but New Tampa Dental made me feel they didnt want to serve me because of the color of my skin..i was really upset so i walked out! I will Never step foot at that location again!!!
