Bayshore has been simple to connect with when I have questions and concerns. The instal of equipment has been simple.Technology is simple. It takes a little to get up to speed. They are open system which makes transfer of files simple.

I had a challenging implant bridge case, 22-29, was able to splint the impression copings, the bridge came back, fit like a glove, occlusion was perfect, likely one of the best insertion cases I ever had. Harry did a great job as the tech on the job.Thank you!

Horrible dental lab! They can NOT set a bite correctly! Every time something is sent to them from my case it comes back different and worse! Are they mixing up cases in the lab? My guess is yes! And the turn around time is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I’m waiting on there THIRD time screwing up and my case still isn’t at my dentist office 3 weeks later!!!! Go somewhere else for your dental lab needs!

This lab does not get cases back to you in a timely matter even after speaking to them about a case and them telling you it will be back. Ive had to re-schedule multiple patients. Also, you can NEVER talk to someone directly in the lab IE. Lab techs or lab director or lab manager. They are full of sorrys but still dont get it right.Save yourself time and money and use another lab.

I am a patient of Dr. Steve Choi, one of the dentists that this lab works with. I felt compelled to write a review because I am so beyond impressed by this labs quality of work, excellent customer service, quick turnaround time (despite COVID-19), and copious knowledge and expertise of its technicians. Fadoua and Richard were instrumental in bringing my smile back with their impeccable work on my front implants. I was worried that the crowns would look out of place or would not match the color of my natural teeth, but Fadoua did an excellent job with the shape and the color, and I am tickled pink with the results. Even my dentist was amazed by the fit and the contour of my crown and would not stop praising Fadouas artistic work while he was cementing the crown. My fake teeth look so awesome and blend so seamlessly with my natural teeth that no one can tell they are not mine. I am EXTREMELY happy with the outcomes and would recommend any dentist in the Tampa Bay area to use this lab so their patients can smile as big as I do :). Thank you Fadoua, Richard, and the entire Bayshore Dental Studio Team. You guys are awesome!!!!

Whatever your dental lab can do, this lab can do better. I switched from another local lab that was giving me grief and these guys have really gone above and beyond to surpass my expectations.Everyone at the front desk to Darren who over sees all operations and a big shout out to Carlos who went above and beyond to deliver a case for me in record time. We would give a zero if possible. The lab CONSISTENTLY fails to return the cases on time listed on the lab slips. We pre-appoint patients for surgery and Bayshore waits until the 11th hour to change the delivery date. We must then make a large schedule change which results in LOST REVENUE and patient dis-satisfaction. The lab is quite secretive about providing contact information to me so that I can make the owner/management know of their incompetence. They wont allow it as they might be reprimanded or lose their jobs if it discovered how INEFFICIENT and UNSATISFACTORY the lab is functioning. I do not recommend this lab. You may contact me for specifics.

Paid for my partial to be expedited so I would have it when I had my teeth removed. They decided not to ship it in time even though I paid extra for them to arrive on time. So now I get to start my new job missing front teeth until the company decides to get around to shipping my teeth and I also loose out on the extra $100 spent for the expediting.

We have been working with Bayshore Dental Studio for over a year now. In the 27 years that I have been practicing dentistry, I have found Bayshore Dental Studios customer service second to none. I became acquainted with Bayshore through Dr. Michael Abernathy and BEST For Dentistry. I have especially enjoyed working with Mike in the Cadcam department. He has been extremely detail oriented and provides valuable information when designing single to full mouth cosmetic crowns and bridges. We have excellent results with our screw retained implant crowns designed by Bayshore. Attention to detail in the Cadcam department has allowed my single unit crowns under or next to existing partials to fit perfectly without adjustment. Their prices seem very reasonable. Overall they are very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend Bayshore Dental Studio.

We have been using Bayshore for approximately one year. We have been working with them over that time to develop the results we need for our patients. I am pleased to report those efforts have paid off and we get what we need or return it to Richard for adjustments which with their very reasonable pricing we are more than willing to do. Like you, we have used a number of labs over the years and have finally found in Bayshore a lab that can give us a screw retained crown which requires little to no adjustments. Dont believe us? Our practice has tried many removable cases with Bayshore. Our cases started off wonderful, then got worse and worse over time. Many cases have been sent back on numerous occasions with misalignment of bites, off center teeth, errors in relines, and margin errors. OUR lab technician had started to articulate our own models to help and they would still send the case back incorrect. We have had several cases take months due to these issues. Even worse, the billing errors that become attached to these cases. Trying to get a refund for issues is like pulling teeth. If thats not bad enough, a case that has been problematic with this lab just had a tooth fall off the anterior partial that was made a few months ago. Now, they want 10 days to place back 1 tooth. What is the patient to do with no anterior teeth for over 10 working days. That is not customer service at all!!! The lack of professionalism is poor in all aspects of this lab. No return calls, no communication within the lab, everybody elses fault. In the meantime, the patient is suffering. We have lost 2 patients due insufficient work from this lab. DO NOT USE!

Excellent customer service. Bayshore Dental, Dr. Amy Masri and her Team is awesome. They take time to listen to you and your concerns and works on getting things right every time. I literally dont do any adjustments on the lab work that I get from Bayshore. Keep up the good work.

We have been very disappointed with your services. We hope for improvement in your service, as the Bayflex partial is a superior product, however we cant seem to ever get one on schedule, and can not afford to lose any more patients due to lack of communication and time management issues and processing errors. We will give 2 stars because in the past we did have good experiences with this lab, the Bayflex product was a good one in particular. I am normally not one to write an online review but the current staff has frustrated me to the point of wanting to write one. I think clinically the products are of good quality, but the staff (especially recently) will lead me never to use this lab again.This is the specific issue that has led us to discontinuing our business with this lab. We called the lab back on 2/11 when we took an impression to make sure they could return it to us by 2/20 for our patient who going on a cruise (this is a flipper for a front tooth the patient is missing), the lab said yes this could be done with a rush fee, so we proceeded to mail the case to the lab. So we got a call later in the week, saying the case was delayed and would be coming either the 26th or 27th...we let the patient know and he was ok getting the case after his cruise.We got to March 1st and still no case, we called the lab and spoke to several people....we were told our case had been completed but it was awaiting quality control and it would be to our office by March 6th in the afternoon...we were told by someone else that this case could never have been done by the 20th (so I dont know why someone in the office would tell us that it could, as we would have sent to another lab)....we were told by someone else that the reason they pushed the date from the 20th to the 26th was because lab techs had walked off the job and this is the reason for the delay (there was no one to quality control the cases).To bring our case up to speed, it is the 7th today and still no case...it has not been sent even, we were promised that it would arrive yesterday. Someone told us it would be either sent or will be in our office by tomorrow the 8th...our patient is extremely unhappy as this is his front tooth, we could have gotten the impression back way back on the 20th and had his flipper to him weeks ago by sending it to another lab and we would have still been using Bayshore, but instead...here we are with me writing this review. Someone named Natasha even had the audacity to call us today trying to correct our office manager saying it has not been a month, this isnt what her records are showing....well if we get the case on March 11th (this whole fiasco started on Feb 11th when we initially called the lab to see if we could get the case back by Feb 20th, and we paid to have the case overnighted to Bayshore), it will have been a month...and yes if it is a day or two less than a month that is mincing words....our patient sees it as being a month without a front tooth.As I said I am not unhappy with the quality of work. I am unhappy with the run around, the false promises, the defensive answers that try to make it seem like this is somehow our doing, and most of all I am unhappy telling our patient to keep waiting which is sounding ridiculous at this point, as we could have had his tooth back within a week (3 weeks ago) had we sent it to another lab...but the promises we keep hearing when we call Bayshore have strung us along to keep waiting this long as we keep hearing it will be just another day or another week.

Incompetent in every aspect of fixed prosthodontics. After using this lab for over a year, their work got worse and worse.....shades were off, open margins, crown shapes most unnatural..... their implant department has no idea how what they are doing, implant crowns were so poorly designed and ill conceived that even tryins were impossible. No concept of professionalism and certainly DO NOT stand by their work.DO NOT USE THIS LAB!!!!
