I have been looking for a new dentist in the S Tampa area and could be happier with the staff at Tampa Bay Smile Makers. Olivia made the whole teeth cleaning process one of the best I’ve experienced. Would highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough good things about this office.. 1. The atmosphere- from the decor to the greeting at the front desk.. so light, bright and welcoming.2. Accommodations- running late or need to reschedule same day? No problem as long as you call ahead.3. Of course, the work- very detail oriented and truly cares about explaining areas of concern as well as openly expressing compliments on maintenance!

They did a crown on one of front teeth very fast and professional I would gladly recommend and tell my experience to anyone in person that was curious thank you guys for being absolutely awesome

I had a great experience as a new patient at Tampa Bay Smile Makers. I am in the process of saving my teeth after going through throat cancer treatments several years ago. My initial appointment a couple of weeks ago for evaluation was very thorough and the Dr. gave me several options for treatment. All involved were very friendly and very professional. My experience yesterday with the Dental Hygienist was also very thorough and very friendly and understanding. It was a very pleasurable experience. Olivia is a great dental hygienist. Shes incredibly knowledgable and efficient (in and out in 20 minutes!). All of the dentists are wonderfully kind and warm when they stop by the chair to take a look at your teeth and gums. Everyone Ive spoken to at the front desk has been understanding and helpful especially when I had to reschedule my appointment. They recently expanded the office and it is gorgeous with a calming video of Italy and soft classical music. While you likely wont want to drink anything before your appointment they do have a coffee machine with K-cups. So look no further, an appointment here makes you feel like youre walking into a day spa rather than a dentists office!

I grew up in a generation that feared going to the dentist because we only went when there was pain and the treatment was also painful.Not at Smilemakers!I have gone to two of their dentists now. Both made sure I was comfortable and both said there would be no pain. AND....there was no pain. Today I had two side by side crowns prepared for the final work in two weeks. 90 minutes....no pain.The staff is friendly, professional, and kind.Had a problem. No problem. Come in and we will help you. And they did.

He listened to what I wanted, and gave me his honest opinion on what was best for me. Dr. McNeill is very professional, has attention to detail, and gave me a beautiful smile, just as I wanted it. Dr. McNeill has a very knowledgeable and competent staff, that works as a team with him. Jason worked alongside Dr. McNeill on my case, was very involved, and provided very valuable input for my treatment, that I appreciated very much. The entire staff, including Jordan, Stacey, Madison, Jen, Veronica, Nicole, Rachel, does a great job.

Dr. Jacobs is a miracle worker. Him and Veronica are the A-team. Dr. Jacobs took on the dubious task of replacing my 15 year old implant that was placed in Wichita, Kansas. Needless to say I had dated materials in mouth. He had the hardware to remove my accoutrements. I thought it was hopeless but he has given me a fantastic smile from an old implant in my front right upper tooth (#8) for those who are aware. I’m not done yet, but I’m already thankful for what they have done. A-team all the way!

So since then I have been going to Dr. McNeills practice. While there has been many changes, his staff has always been friendly and curteous. I have needed significant amounr of restoration work and Dr. McNeill has done a fantastic job. I highly recommend this practice!

Awesome dentists and hygienist at TBSM. Just had a cavity filled and never felt a thing. They’re ALL very knowledgeable and very nice! They only fix what needs to be fixed, they’re not trying to find reasons to drive up your bill like some other dentist offices.

The newly renovated and expanded waiting room with much more efficient front desk check in and out was very welcoming and improved over the old layout.The new procedures for check in and the extra precautions taken by all staff made me feel comfortable and safe. My experiences with Smile Makers has always been exceptional. Oral hygiene is a very personal point of contact, like a doctors visit, so I take this situation and interaction very seriously. Perhaps even a bit more so in these days of COVID, but I feel this practice has and continues to be extremely proactive with serious process and procedures to protect their staff and clients at all levels. Even as of today, I learned that they are having EVERY member of their personnel vaccinated for COVID, first phases shots are completed and they are about to receive their seconds shots. That is the type of solid concern and reactions I prefer in any health care professionals that I plan to interact with.
