I came here after making an online appointment for a 3D scan of my teeth. I was greeted promptly and was brought to my room for my evaluation and scan. The employee taking care of me, Brittaney was very helpful. She was not only very informed, but relayed the information to me in a way I could easily understand. She answered all my questions and made the experience very enjoyable.

Meghan was so dang funny and hella cute. I hope she’s living it up wherever she is. She was very personable and easy to get along with. She deserves a massive pay raise. I went in feeling hesitant but left feeling confident thanks to Meghan.

I had a great experience at smile direct, and the staff was very kind professional and efficient. They value your time and everything takes place very fast you’re in and out very quick. It’s not like going to an orthodontist or you wait and wait for every step of the way and you’re there twice as long. My Smile direct coordinator Audrey, was so efficient and surpassed my expectations thank you Audrey. I can’t wait to get started.

Very professional. Easy process. Hilda was great and has awesome bedside manner and knowledge on keeping patients feeling comfortable. Quick steps to a better smile... no long wait, no apathetic doctors that only see you as a #, no tons of staff or lengthy paperwork you have to deal with... I mean, it was a win all around!The only downfall was that I agreed to try to apply for Care Credit on the basis that I was told it would be a soft hit to my credit score, but it turns out it was actually a hard inquiry that will last up to 2 years on my credit report as a negative. I knew I shouldnt have ran my credit and should have just stuck to my plan of paying the $1,895 in full with my own money after my 4th of July vacation plans blew over. I recommend others to either pay all at once to save more money or opt into the payment plan, but do not try Care Credit if you are worried about your credit being effected.

The staff was on point in the explanation of how the program worked. It took her about 10 minutes to do the scan. 15 minutes to explain all options.What I think should be a better option on payment is an options to have a grace period to pay in full than to mark the Monthly payment then call customer care to change it later. A one day or week to decide. But all is good I will pay the full payment before the 30 Day. It is still better to pay $1850 than go through my insurance and pay $4,000!!! It’s a no brainer 🤷🏽‍♂️

The experience was positive and when they did the 3D scan they have someone else lay a second set of eyes on it. There was a discrepancy with the final scan, but they didn’t let me leave until they were entirely sure that it was fixed. I really appreciated the thorough job they did!

This center is conveniently located in Walgreens. Sandy, a dental technician of 20 years , was very knowledgeable of the process and friendly. The entire team was awesome.Update: after my appointment I received my dental plan and the area of most concern would not be corrected with their product. I cancelled my treatment plan and will plan for traditional orthodontics. I was contacted numerous times after my cancellation offering to “fix” my smile ignoring the worst part.
