You schedule your surgery and it is delayed for two months due to their office not knowing what insurance they accept and it is rescheduled. Do not show up early. They stick you in a room and forget about you. When you ask when to start taking your medicine for the procedure, and hurriedly given your paperwork to fill out, you are told to take your pills and fill out your paperwork as fast as possible. Then you are walked down the hallway half groggy from the medicine before you fall on the floor. You sit in the chair and a Dr. that you have never met before walks in and starts the procedure even before the pain medicine has had the chance to fully take affect. This leaves you wondering what kind of circus is this and why did I choose to have the procedure done here?

My first visit was with Courtney Zakshevsky, PA-C and was an excellent experience. I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions and put my fears at ease. I never felt any pressure to pick a therapy. I went home, discussed it with my wife, then called Courtney to discuss proceeding with Exact Immunoplasty. We discussed what was best for my antigen needs, which I agreed with her reasoning.Today, I was back for the procedure with Dr.Raja, who also answered my questions and alleviated my fears. Procedure followed strict sterilization procedures, and I had no complications. I look forward to the next 2 injections amd having allergy relief!

I had a really great experience at this allergy clinic. The PA I saw, Courtney Zakshevsky, was extremely helpful. I found out my headaches were actually being caused by allergies. I didnt realize that Ive been living with allergies all my life, or that I could get them in Florida, but hey, I do now and I am thankful. Headache free for a month Im so glad.

They do not work with professionalism, problems not solved in time and spaceI have felt affected sociologically, by information that should be resolved with insurance and not involve the patientThe drops paid for by me that had to reach the maximum after ten days, have not yet arrived and this was two months agoFeeling and consciousness the best job
