Ive been going to Dr. Barry for over 20 years. Hes amazing and always manages to fix whatever ails me. The staff are efficient and competent and kind.

I saw Dr. Barry a couple years ago for neck and back adjustments. He was very patient and never rushed during the adjustments. Thats a plus!! I then started to see Jacob for massages (excellent service). Most recently, I started seeing Dr. Suzanne Thatcher, and she was the icing on the cake. If you want true customer service and quality service, please visit Bay City Chiropractic!!!! They truly care about their patients!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!!!

I have been going here for years. The staff is so friendly and kind. Dr. Barry is one of the best Chiropractors. He is always kind and always fixes all my kinks and my knots. I have never had a bad experience in all my years of going. Also Jake is an awesome massage therapist and one of the kindest people and does his job above and beyond.

I am so thankful to have found Dr Thatcher at Bay Wellness. She is the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. My back has always been tight and difficult to adjust and I had given up finding someone when my insurance changed from my previous Dr. Dr Thatcher will find what’s out and put it back in the gentlest way. I thoroughly appreciate each person who works at Bay City. Theyre all so kind and have an interest in making sure i get better. I have a fluctuating schedule, so I go to both doctors usually. Cant pick an either or. If youre looking for an ethical chiro in the area, that has different therapy procedures even before seeing the doc, I recommend these folks :)

I usually do not leave bad reviews but with this business I feel that I need to warn people out there who are looking for a chiropractic clinic.Bay City Rehab and Wellness Center is a scamming sketchy operation and people there will tell you a lot of different lies and misinformation just to get your money. I scheduled an appointment with the office manager ( Lori) over the phone, she sounded all over the place and could not answer my questions, always jumping from one thing to another, this should of been a warning sign but I always give people benefit of a doubt :( She advised me that my copay will be very little and after I explained that I need a physical therapy ( massage) for my back pain, and I explained that I want my insurance to cover it.Meanwhile, When I come in for a visit the next day, office staff is not very friendly. I had my service that started a few minutes late and finished a few minutes shorter then promised, the massage therapist seem to be in a rush and not very friendly either. I got an impression he hates his job :(Lastly, I was requested to pay for the full service because i did not do the chiropractor consultation and in order for them to bill my insurance i need to have that first, when I asked to speak to the office manager again, this time in person, she seemed like she did something wrong but tried to make me look bad for not knowing my medical benefits. On top of it she was looking at my benefits and said that I have an funded HRA account but did not even mentioned that she can charge that. She demanded cash payment at the spot or she will bill later with insurance rate, that turned out to be much higher than a rate they have listed on their paperwork.It was unethical and bad business practices!!!! I would not recommend using their services. I have not seen this treatment in a long time.

No good. They didnt offer a massage or anything I was in and out in 10 mins that isnt normal. After being in a car accident. The new place I go to Im there 3 times a week for over an hour

Dr. Barry and Dr. Thatcher are excellent care givers and attentive to the needs of their patients.

Dr Barry is probably the best doc out there. Not only is he a great chiropractor, he genuinely cares about his patients.
