Ive never felt better than I do today, Ive been seeing Ollie now for about 3 months and I can honestly say its changed my life and my perspective on therapy. I’ve been in therapy at Loving Life Today for almost 8 months now, and words cannot describe the incredible positive impact it has had on my life. This was my first visit and I was made to feel very comfortable and things were exactly as explained which was great. I was hoping to see more detailed notes in the portal, but Im not familiar with how long and it takes to make/receive a diagnosis. Either way Im happy with the services so far and hopeful!

I have only just begun my therapy at Loving Life Therapy but I can tell you that I not only feel safe and secure to be open with my therapist but even the office itself feels calming when you arrive. My therapist listens to every detail that I tell her and gives great insight into the things that I discuss with her. I feel mentally and emotionally better when my session is over compared to when I arrived. The office also offers multiple therapists and doctors if you may need other types of therapy or treatments which is a plus. I believe its a wonderful place for anyone needing a little help or even a whole lot of help to go to.

This place is really something special. The atmosphere is just amazing and really feels like a home away from home. It immediately calms you even just sitting in the waiting room. The marriage therapy I have received has truly helped and no words can express. Definitely worth it if you have anything you want to work on!

Set up an intake appointment for couples therapy. Realized several days in advance that I would not be able to make it so I decided to cancel per their 24 hour in advance refund policy. With no option to cancel my appointment on the website, I sent an email. With no response to my email, I called and left a voicemail. No response or refund. Instead, 24 hours before my appointment, I received a reminder of my booking, which I assume means they are keeping my money $53 and will be expecting me. Instead, I will be finding a therapist with a competent appointment cancellation process.Update. Someone from Loving Life reached out to me after seeing my one star review and helped me get my refund three weeks later. I still will not be setting up future appointments but I will change my rating from one star to three for the effort.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve never had a single negative interaction with any staff member or Dr De Ridder herself. I’ve been going here since they opened and I find it quite sad when companies around them have to pay others to bring the ratings down as you can clearly see that is what those nasty comments are!Although, it’s a testament to the level of competition this place puts out there because they are that great!

Struggling to be a wife and a mom of 2 boys and trying to not lose myself along the way was becoming very hard for me. When I found loving life therapy I found a place to help me get back into focus of who I am and the woman I want to be. The staff and therapists helped me de-stress and show me it’s ok to focus on me sometimes. It’s what I needed and will continue to use them and definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you

I really liked my therapist, however they are very disorganized. Anye is the medical receptionist and she is very rude. I was charged for an apt I didnt even make.

I really liked my doctor she is great, but the place is so unorganized. They never and I mean NEVER call you back and the one person who answers the phone NEVER picks up. It’s like she is just there.I made an appointment one month in advance thinking that I was going get a reminder call or something and NOTHING. They might not call you back but they will Charge you without notifying you. They have a great idea but they need another contact system for appointments, canceling appointment ect.... I have never called and some one picked up I literally have to leave a voice mail EVERY TIME. I say to everyone find another place to go because the inconvenience is horrible.Cherish Collier’Brice

Both my son and I were patients for over a year. Our therapist/s left to work elsewhere and when my son had a relapse a month , I called 2 times (one time in tears) asking for help and never heard back from anyone. I desperately needed resources and thought maybe a doctor would respond. I really thought being there for a year we had made connections should anything happen and was so wrong.

I love this facility. I interact with Melanie and Kasie on a weekly basis and they are both awesome. As a trained EMDR therapist, Melanie has really improved my quality of life within the last year and seeing her continues to be a worthwhile investment in my own self care. The office itself is also awesome- convenient downtown location, complimentary coffee, and comfy couches. I also use Loving Life for my medical marijuana recommendations. I appreciate that I can do everything in one place. They also worked with me financially when I was struggling. This place actually has empthy for their patients, which is actually a rare thing in Tampa IMO.

I’ve used many of the services and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed. Everyone clearly has the well being of the patients at heart and it’s apparent in the way they treat you. I know many of the employees personally now, and I have NO doubt that anyone giving this business bad and slanderous reviews is doing so with malicious intent. Those claims are also unfounded and false.Just take a moment to look at the drastic difference in reviews. I have never seen a business with only 5 or 1 Star. On top of that, the false reviews stand out like sore thumbs. Attacking a business owner, for someone else’s so called issue, is ridiculous and just makes that person look bad. Don’t waste people’s time writing reviews containing someone else’s petty issues.So, see for yourself and go enjoy the ONLY medical fusion company of its kind.

Disgusting woman with an insensitive and horrible demeanor answers their phone. I needed to speak with my child’s doctor for two mins and she wouldn’t let me unless I gave them $31 for fifiteen mins on the phone with her. It wouldn’t have taken anywhere near that long and the info I needed to give them was extremely important. But too important to leave with someone at the front desk. Regular doctors and even surgeons will call people back when they need them. Not this place. It goes to show how much they do not care for their patients. It’s only about money. Revolting. You should only go to a doctor that actually cares about helping people.

I have been a patient of Dr De Ridders for over 5 years and NEVER have I seen or heard a single bad thing about that lady. She is elegant, friendly, and beyond caring. She has given me pro bono services on numerous occasions because I couldn’t afford it and she didn’t want me to go without help!That woman does more for the community and the world than those nimwits can probably count on both hands and feet. She has a non profit and has built a tremendous company alongside it. Don’t believe those paid lies! I hope google cancels their accounts 😡
