Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Ernst. I needed to find a new Dentist after mine of almost 15 years retired. Dr. Ernst was the second office I tried and he is now my new Dentist. I was so happy with everything, from their location, the office, the easy parking, the incredible office staff and him. I highly recommend this Dental practice.

Best Dentist ever! Not only is the Dentist an expert at his craft, but the office staff is absolutely amazing! Cindy and Diane are sooo friendly and make you feel like youre not even at the dentist...Dr. Ernst filled 2 of my teeth, that i was told by a previous dentist, that I needed root canals and he did such an amazing job! I have no more pain and couldnt be happier with this office, wish I found them sooner!

The first time I saw the Dentist sign of Dr. Ernst at Point Plaza, Kings Point, Florida, I felt a sense of love flowing through the office towards me. I asked a neighbor if she goes there and I was told, No, but I think my friend does. Well, that was all I had to hear. I went and the rest is history as they say. Ive seen Lisa to have my teeth cleaned three times now (once every three months) and each experience gets better. Shes exceptionally professional, always takes her time, does a very thorough cleaning, makes me feel very comfortable because like she told me - she wants to treat her patients like she likes to be treated herself. Also, Lisa is half the price of what I had to pay in New York and Lisa doesnt talk my ear off with a co-worker like the other one did. But I enjoyed the stories the other one told me so I always went back because Im very loyal. So is Lisa. Shes been with Dr. Ernst for twenty-five years. I am 1,000 percent satisfied and I will be going to see her every three months for as long as I still live here in Kings Point. My only interaction with Dr. Ernst was when he looked at some pictures of my teeth that had to be taken the very first time I was being seen by Lisa. He told me that I have no cavities; so he was honest. The whole staff is very friendly, and they create a happy family atmosphere. If you want great satisfaction and exceptionally great care I highly recommend giving a call to Dr. Marvin Ernsts office to make an appointment and go see for yourself just how nice a Dental Office can actually really be. In my opinion you wont be disappointed!

I can say this was the most friend staff and helpful dentist office I have ever been too. They care about their patients and do their best to get them the help they need. I plan on taking myself and my other child back to this office. I was very impressed with the service, hospitality, and their willingness to help. Also, the appointment was actually on time. There was not a long wait at all.

Been going to Dr Ernst for a few years now. He does great work and keeps it light hearted. Highly recommended! The staff is helpful in getting everything I can from insurance company and makes sure I dont go over what I should in spend.

Ive never had a dentist that could administer novacaine without me feeling both the needle and the burn of the novacaine as it entered my gum. Dr Ernst is the first. I felt nothing - amazing. Also he always checks to see how Im doing during a procedure. I am very glad I found him. His staff that I have met- Diane at the front desk, Lisa who cleaned my teeth and Cindy who assists with fillings and crowns are all exceptionally nice and down to earth. Thank you all!!

Dr. Ernst is an amazing dentist, he is professional, compasionate and very experienced. When I go to Dr. Ernst office I am made to feel very welcome. I would never use any other Dentist but Dr. Ernst!

Today I called Dr. Ernst office to request my sons dental records. I was transferred to Mattie. She then proceeds to say arent you the one to call me a jackass a few years ago. I stated yes, however I am requesting my sons dental records. She lied and said that there are no records and the only thing your son had was a cleaning.Heres the back story as to why I resulted to calling Mattie a jackass. I made an appointment for a certain day months in advance. When the time was nearing, I received a text message both reminding and to confirm upcoming appointment. I never confirmed the appointment via text as prompted to. Therefore, I knew the appointment had been cancelled. So, I later called to make an appointment and Mattie harassed me on the phone about previous appointment. I reminded her that via the text instructions it clearly indicated that if you do not respond via text your appointment will be cancelled. She became irrate when I nentioned those pertinent details. That is when I said you need to be fired at once! Stop acting like a JACKASS!In closing, I am appaulled by her behavior still in 2017. Mattie need to be FIRED TODAY! To violate the rights of others by with holding dental records is unethical and should not be tolerated under no circumstances.Note: I called back and miraculously she now is willing to release my sons dental records.Dr. Ernst. Mattie must be FIRED TODAY!!! This is NOT a person you can trust to perform in a professional sensitive information. Holding my sons dental records hostage and her refusal to release them upon my first request - this VIOLATION must be addressed immediately!
