This is the best Dentistry I have been to! They entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They fixed some botched fillings from my previous dentist. They are clearly passionate about their craft and what is best for their patients. I highly reccomend them.

Words cannot express the love and appreciation I have for this office. I began this experience petrified of dentists. I explained my fears to Dr. Hilali and she immediately put me at ease and addressed all of my concerns with empathy and understanding. I have a lot of work to do from years of neglect and each time I have been Dr. Hilali explains the procedures,lets me know when she is going to numb me, and what she is doing. Her numbing process is excellent and she has the best and brightest personality. I have even done some of the procedures with out nitrous oxide, with each visit I gain confidence. The staff is top notch and have a passion for their work. I would recommend this office a thousand times over.

So, I waited until I had had multiple successful sessions until I chose to wrote a review. Ive needed a pretty decent amount of work done for a few years now and I tried three other in South Florida dentists before I was referred by a coworker to this facility. Honestly, I was blown away by this practice. This is the absolute BEST dentist in South Florida - Id be willing to bet on it! Each visit I feel more at home and more comfortable. The staff is phenomenal and SO friendly and the actual dentist is just the best person EVER. Shes so sweet and gentle, I really am amazed. Ive always been the type of person who has always (unfortunately) had to spend a lot of time at the dentist and really take care of my teeth and this dentist, Im positive that I can trust. As long as I live in South Florida, Ill never go to another dentist! :)

This is a great office to have your teeth cleaned! Or pulled, or whatever has to be done re teeth. The setting is peaceful with calming pictures and and the staff are equally helpful and caring. They are true professionals, each in their own right and I am happy to have had them to refer to. Dr. Hilali, who is the dentist, will take good care of you and is gentle and kind. Shes great and if I have to go anywhere to have stuff done, Im glad to go to her office.

I have been going there for years and even though I moved away and it would be easier to go to a dentist closer to my home, both my husband and I agree that Gentle Dentistry is worth the drive. I highly recommend Diana my dental hygienist. She is one of the reasons the place is called “gentle”. She is very patient with her clients and so experienced. Every staff member is very welcoming.

This dentist is very nice. HOWEVER the services I got there have messed my teeth up. I didnt have cavities until I got to this doctor. I paid for Invisalign in full and once I finished the treatment, the said I needed to extend it when my teeth were straight. They never saw to it that I made it through the extended treatment and my teeth are back to square 1. Plus I got a couple of cavities during the process. Then they recommended a deep cleaning. They had some contractor do the 2nd phase because the person they scheduled never showed up. I dont know what the heck they did, but I have never had so much food get stuck in between my teeth since these deep cleanings they had me do. And the cavity the filled in fell out for the second time now. I regret going to this office.

The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable especially since I’m terrified of going to the dentist. There is no wait time which I absolutely love.

This place is AWESOME! I originally brought my disabled sister here and they treated her with care and kindness. The staff is stellar. They are patient, friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. They have an in house care plan for self pay clients and are able to perform all procedures as far as I know. They typically have plenty of appointments available and the wait is short and reasonable. I now go to this location as well and I recommend it to everyone!

I see my updated review was deleted some how so I will post this again. Yes I am a patient and nothing, not even a simply apology has been said to me. I notice they are quick to respond with people arent patients whenever there is a negative or low review.Long story short a simple filling has turned into a nightmare, my filled teeth are in worst condition from when I had the cavities in my mouth. I even addressed this immediately after the fillings. When I had the cavities I didnt even have pain like what I am experiencing now, just sensitivity.Dr.Halali did my filling on the top right side and I am STILL IN PAIN! I cant even drink ROOM TEMP WATER. A solution to a problem turned out to be a bigger problem. I am suffering! And this is why people dont trust dentist in the first place. I used up and wasted all the insurance I had on this place and still have to find another dentist to fix her mess up. In the middle of a pandemic. I get dentist are human but this is unacceptable. Read below for the full details...I got my top right fillings done maybe about 7 months ago by this doctor and I am still in pain. The SAD part is literally a week after the fillings was done the pain started, I came back to this doctor THREE TIMES!First time I addressed it, she thought readjusting my bite would help. Didnt work.SECOND time I address the same issue. This doctor told me maybe it will just go away with time since I could still be sensitive from the previous cavities. At that point maybe I shouldve spoke up, but hey shes the doctor right?THIRD time I address it, I ended up doing my own damn research and came up with the fact my tooth might be cracked. She checks and states there is no crack, I can see with my naked eye THEN LITERALLY TELLS ME I DONT REALLY KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS.Like what? And finally after admitting she doesnt know how to fix her problem she suggest I redo the filling and if that doesnt work I would have to get a root canal.Imagine me playing in your mouth, something goes wrong and I dont know how to fix it. Then suggest a solution that STILL MIGHT NOT FIX THE PROBLEM! I would be crazy to even agree to that.This filled tooth feels worst than the teeth that still contain cavities! I literally get discomfort drinking room temperature water, and eating crunchy stuff. My tooth feels like it is going to break.Whats even more crazier you would think she would reach out after my last visit but nothing. I hope the next time a patient addresses a problem she doesnt know how to fix she should probably do some research on my condition or catch up on some schooling because this is crazy. Or even refer me to a doctor with more experience.I am still suffering! In pain over a simple filling! And now I have to find someone else to fix her mistake.

Regardless of the dental procedure or work you need done, Dr. Hilali and her team consistently take their time to fully explain the process while ensuring your experience is positive and as pain-free as possible. With my previous dental experiences being daunting and the financial cost typically being discouraging in most cases, I couldn’t ask for a better group or team to work with and guide me on my journey to a better smile and overall oral health.

CONSUMER BEWARE...not sure how this office has a 5 star rating. One of the worst experiences with any dentist office. I was referred to this office by my employer. I went in for a deep cleaning. They told me I had to pay over 400.00 up front which I did. Then a month after being there I received a bill for over 300 00. I then called my insurance co. And they had also paid a couple hundred dollars towardszthis claim. This deep cleaning would have been over 1100.00. Ridiculous. I have disputed this by writing letters w no response. Called spk to the office mgr w no resolution. The worst is now I find out this has been reported on my credit bureau for a 336.00 bill thats in dispute. Run from this office there are many other reputable dentist out there that wont rob you.

When they say gentle they mean it. Evelyn the dental hygienist is 1 in a million, she really takes care of you and is gentle to the touch when she gives your mouth a cleaning, she is helpful and tells you what you need to work on, your mouth is her masterpiece. The entire staff is the BEST! The ladies at the front desk explaining about your dental insurance are very helpful and thorough. Dr. Hilali is great, friendly and thorough when she is working on your mouth, or explaining things to help you get your teeth and mouth sparkling and perfect. Its a dentist. They clean & fix your teeth. Then you pay them. The people are nice, most of them at least. Its an all female staff; a good thing, I think? The Dr. is pretty and cool. Ive been here many times and can say its much better than most dentists; always on time and honest about the state of your teeth; theyll know if youre not flossing, SO DO IT!

This dental office was extremely incompetent. I spent over 4 hours in there for a simple exam. Their systems were down, which certainly was not the patients problem. They never figured out how to get my treatment plan to me. I had to go back and forth with them about getting a simple treatment plan. The staff apologized for the issues and offered to try to discount some services for me. I was fine with that, but then they never followed up on the discount and then called me to tell me that what I needed was medically necessary. OK. If that were true, where is my treatment plan and discount? Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere that wont treat you like another disposable customer. As a side note, I noticed they are really lacking on barrier protection for their X-ray equipment. Their dirty gloves were all over the X-ray equipment, then back to my mouth. I never witnessed them clean that equipment; it was just placed back in the cupboard after being handled with dirty gloves. Thats disease transmission and infection waiting to happen.

It has been a long time since I had dental work other than a cleaning. I was very nervous about having some fillings done. I would need two visits and I was not sure that I would make it through the first one. Dr. Hilali was FANTASTIC!!! The doctor and her staff were exceptional. I was made very comfortable and reassured through the whole process. There was NO pain or discomfort. I was most amazed at the level of technology in the office. Very state of the art. The office was clean and modern. I would highly recommend this Doctor and her staff to everyone.

Billed more than double my normal fee. Showed billing person proof of what my rates should be...no return call, no return email. Instead sent us for collections. Respond to calls/emails and get things resolved correctly and this would have been taken care of! Was quoted 25% higher for dental work than what is average in the area! Get quotes in writing for any work before sitting in their chairs. Added funny that they LIE and say I wasn’t a patient.

I had began my treatment in California, and needed mid-course correction. I found this Dentist on-line, and once I set foot into this office and met her and her warm and friendly staff, I just knew this is the place! It truly reminds me of the wonderful experience I came from back in California. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a wonderful dental experience, give this place a chance. When I first went to them, I had a terrible gag reflex and anxiety so it was hard for me to even do a cleaning. Ive had other dentists turn me away because they dont have the patience to work with me. Gentle Dental of Tamarac has been a blessing to me because they helped me to overcome feeling self-conscious about my fear and gag reflex. Aside from the warmth and support Ive experienced, they do truly beautiful work. I had crowns on my two front teeth and they are perfect. OMG I used to be horrified of the dentist but when I met Dr. Hilali and her staff, I felt so comfortable. Always had a fear of dentist due to bad experiences. Went to gentle dentistry of Tamarac and was sweating and nervous. Doctor Hilali was so sweet and calm, the staff was so sweet also. Kendia at the front was very helpful and friendly, made me feel like a regular patient. Fast forward, came for an extraction and filling and was nervous and scared but doctor Hilali and Kendia helped me through the entire process. They calmed me down and talked to me through the entire process. I did not feel a thing! I was done and didn’t even know it. This is infact the best team and best dentist ever! I drive 35-40 minutes just to come to them. Never again will I go to another dentist! I recommend this dentist to everyone, trust me you won’t regret it.

Dr. Hilali is the BEST, most gentle and most HONEST dentist I have ever met. I was a regular customer ever since they first opened up the practice and I knew she would be my dentist for life. The reason I am giving them 4 stars (and not 5) is that I had the displeasure of visiting them when Dr. Hilali was out on maternity leave, a couple years ago, some other lady saw me who was more interested in upselling me every dental service that exists rather than giving me the cleaning I was scheduled to receive. I was furious that I left work for that. I even yelled at the very nice girl at the front desk. I have not been back since.
