This dental office is great. Was able to get a cleaning and fillings done the same day. The doctor was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Id give them 0 stars if I could. Had an appointment at 11am. Missed work and all. I waited in the office for 1.5 hours before I left. I asked to call me when they were ready and I NEVER received a call!! Wasted almost 2 hrs that I shouldve been working. Waste of time!! Not to mention the whole reason for my appointment is because of a filling I received here that CHIPPED MY TOOTH!!! The most Incompetent dentist Ive ever experienced!

The office has been good to me with my dental needs. They accommodate my schedule and I appreciate the Doctor for her patience with me and all the questions I ask. I highly recommend them.

We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Verma and her staff. My sister was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Verma was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Verma is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , Its not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Verma and her staff for kids and adults.

I have a system/process in place that if lots of dental work needs to get done usually will hold off until the beginning of the year when my new benefits kick in. Well, this was not the case last year. Decided to go to a local dentist in Pembroke Pines that advertise a lot in the local community flyers/magazines and this time had the best plan that was being offered by Company which by the way is worldwide, so the benefits are very good. End up having to increase my credit with Care Credit to take care of all the work that needs to get done and just to let you know I had to create an account with them at another local dentist in Pembroke Pines (rip off). So all the work was done, and now I have a high balance with Care Credit and max out my current plan. Now its the new year, and since all the work was completed, I selected the lowest plan offered since I had all the work completed. The office had a turn over with a new dentist, and she did her evaluation, and to my surprise, I needed to look more work couple thousand. I expressed my concern since I took on additional debt last year and now I still need more work. At this time I decided to get a second option and keep t this point I have the lowest plan where I end up with a corporate structure type of dentist run by a head office and all the staff is employees including the dentist who went thru the process x-ray and all and gave me a bill for a couple of thousand again, but this time it was different than what was quoted at the other dentist different tooth number etc. At this point, I felt like I was being scammed. At this point, I was telling my story to anyone who would listen, and that’s where a co-worker recommended 3 Lakes dental Center at this point I was willing to get a third quote and match up which tooth needed work, but the only pain came about when eating chicken wings, so I knew something was not right somewhere but did not think it was major. Setting up the appointment was quick on a Saturday, verification of insurance a breeze and now to whats needed just a deep cleaning and replacing a filling. Wow, that’s it and had to sure the quotes that I received and her being a professional did not bad mouth the other offices but just moved on to getting me squared away. Just honesty is hard to find. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent Service, staff is friendly and engaging. Dr. Verma is skilled and makes every procedure painless. I love how they work with my busy schedule. I would recommend these professionals to anyone.

Great local dentist. No pressure tactics or selling like some office dental chains. Staff is helpful and the doctor made me feel comfortable.

I had a dental emergency on a Saturday morning and called over 20 dentists to try to get in same day but nobody was willing to see me for an emergency the same day. I was able to to get a root canal done and the Doctor stayed past normal closing hours to make sure I was treated in one day. She was so caring and made me feel at ease as I am scared of needles. I recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a good Dentist who is honest and won’t give you a run around.

She is very experienced dentist, very unassuming with excellent bedside manners. We found her to be an ethical person. Unlike previous dentist who was ripped us off by saying all fillings were critical, She exactly told us which is critical and what isnt. Overall, she is a great dentist. Be assured that you are in good hands.

Horrible service. Got a tooth filling from here and 3 months later the filling came out. They cancelled my appointment and didn’t notify me until 30 minutes before the actual appointment when I was already on the way.

Terrible. Save money go to a better dentist. This dentist is incapable and cannot do proper work. I liked the old guy they had at this place a couple years ago. But he must have moved or something. I think Patel was his name. He was a good dentist, she is not, whatever her name is Dr. Virmin or something.

Recommend this dental office and Dentist. Had a great experience . The ladies in front desk are very kind and attentive. Im terrified of all dental work and the Dr. made me feel very comfortable made sure I was numb enough for her to begin and continuously asked me throughout the procedure if I was ok. Staff was great. Over all awesome visit !!!!

Like the first impression not good. I mean my fiance appointment was at 10:30am and past 11:30am nothing was said about the wait, no explanation, no apology, non NOTHING. They keep switching the front desk person and they keep asking for the same info over and over. We got up at like 11:45am and left smh. Just not ok at all!
