It was my first time visiting Ideal Smiles and I was nervous. I was very happy they had Saturday Appointments that my previous Dentist no longer had & it had been 2 years since the last time I saw a dentist due to Covid. I use to go every 6 months.I had Olga for my Hygienist, who was amazing and had very gentle hands. My teeth never felt so clean. I would highly recommend her. 😁I had to return in 2 weeks to have multiple cavities filled and a chipped front tooth repaired, so I wanted to wait to post my review. My previous dentist had said he was unable to repair my chipped tooth. That was not the case here. I was very nervous about the fillings since I don’t usually have any teeth issues.The worst part of the procedure was the novocain shots. Other than the shots there was no pain & I love the way my teeth look now.I would highly recommend Ideal Smiles Dental Care everyone was so nice and the place was very clean and had very modern equipment.

Amazing staff !! While all others dentists had no availability and would not accept me even with pain Ideal made it happen! The office is beautiful and the staff was caring and friendly. It was my first time there and they treated me like family. Thanks you to everyone for taking care of me!!

From the moment I stepped in this dental office I was impressed by the cleanliness. The employees were all wearing masks. The staff at the front desk was friendly. I had the opportunity that have my cleaning done by the hygienist Olga. She was extremely thorough and gentle at the same time. I never experienced such a superb cleaning before. The dentist was friendly and courteous . He took his time to explain all of my various options and answered all of my questions. He was not in a rush to move on to the next patient. I am very satisfied with my entire experience. Blessings

This was my first time visiting and I was impressed with the efficiency of everyone. In a short time I was informed about what issues I had and with the use of the micro camera I could see exactly what I was being told on the screen. Their quick work with my insurance let me know what I am paying and how much is covered by the insurance. This enabled me to make an on the spot decision and move forward with my procedures. I highly recommend this new facility and their team to anyone looking for a good dental care team.

Got my tooth extracted today by Dr.Hoang and may I say it was one of the best experiences I ever had at a dentist. They were super caring,professional and took time to make sure everything was explained to me. They were so empathic to me cause during and after my procedure. Me and my whole family will be coming here from now on. I also want to note everyone in there they young ladies in the front and Dr. Hoangs assistant during the procedure were Phenomenal!!! Dr Hoang is patient and precise. He has the experience and the equipment to tackle the difficult job. His staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. The office is clean, great hours. They will also work with you financially. My personal experience, he saved my teeth, I was so frustrated looking for a competent dentist, what a relief to find Dr Hoang. I highly recommend this office and dentist.

Staff was very friendly and professional, environment was clean and everyone was wearing a mask at all times. Wait time wasn’t crazy. Overall experience was exceptional and now I’m definitely making them my primary dentist ❤️

Staff very friendly and makes you feel comfortable

Just brought my kiddo for a cleaning and again he loved it! The hygienist Olga is kind and knows how to deal with little kids -even too well since now every time we brush his teeth he says he wants to go to the dentist LOL!They are open on Saturday which was perfect for us. Highly recommend it.

The most gentle dentist I’ve ever seen. I had 6 crowns and a bridge done. The staff is always worried about your well being. They’ve done an excellent job through and through. The doctors, the dental assistants, and all the office workers. I hope for a great future to you all.
