I did not have a positive experience in terms of follow up with birth control. How you treat your patients is crucial to your reputation as a Doctor. In Fairfield County there are Doctors who truly understand the Doctor/patient relationship and have set the bar really high. He does not check that box. I would not recommend.

Had a great experience with the front desk representative booking my first appointment for my first pregnancy. Was extremely distraught and disappointed when I got a call back a week before my appointment telling me they decided to refuse me service suddenly because I chose to be self pay, even when I offered to pay for all services in full and up front, and have alternative coverage accepted under the Affordable Care Act. The manager refused to speak to me to discuss further, and my provider even personally reached out and was not given the time of day. Very upset with my experience here, and wish they would not discriminate against people without traditional insurance, especially in a time like this. Beware to all first-time moms! Your first pregnancy is scary enough, let alone having to be treated like a second class citizen for no reason by the people that are supposed to help and support you during this process.I ended up at Coastal OBGYN instead where I found their policies to be far more fair, reasonable, and with much more caring customer service. I am very happy to have brought my business there instead!

An overall unprofessional experience. The phlebotomist was on a FaceTime call that she refused to hang up as she drew my blood. After my checkup I was confused and had lots of questions that were not answered. The Dr. seemed more confused than me. Gave me very un comforting information and had no Bedside manners. Kept questioning me about certain dates ,and as I said looked confused & didn’t know if he was coming or going. Did not explain anything correctly. I left there more confused and worried. I did not feel that I was in good hands. First time Patient and I will NEVER go back there again.

Staff is very friendly here, and Dr.Vito is great! I like docs that get straight to the point! Very beautiful office and covid regulated.

Visit is always a pleasure easy quick and through. Annual visit took approximately a half hour. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable, timely, amazing visit EVERYTIME. Everyone in the office is so kind and sensitive to your needs. Whatever questions I have going in, are answered by the time I leave. Dr. Vito delivered me, and has now been responsible for both of my childrens births. I have also seen all 3 doctors while pregnant both times, and received the same level of professionalism and accuracy throughout. I would not go anywhere else. 10 out of 10 every, single, visit! Delivery time was personalized as we talked about our expectations and desires for the birth of my youngest daughter.My oldest daughter had my Grandson delivered by Vito, and he was wonderful!Both Drs offered me various treatments during my years with endometriosis. Now post menupausal, my needs have again changed and they are very caring and skilled, and even have been offered non hormonal therapy, which I am very pleased about. I am happy to have found Dr’s Lenny and Vito, my family and I feel blessed to be under their care.We can truly say Dr Vito and Dr Lenny have cared for three generations of my family!!
