I searched diligently for a new OB when my husband and I moved to CT. The practice was recommended to me by a friend. I read past reviews on Astrid before booking and was pleased with everything I saw. When I met her for our first visit, she lived up to the reviews. She was warm, professional, welcoming, funny, and honest. I was especially nervous because my husband couldnt come with me due to Covid restrictions but she let us FaceTime for the visit, which made me feel so much better. Im looking forward to continuing my first pregnancy with her and future visits.

Dr. Hoffmann is wonderful- very caring, her attitude and words are uplifting but she is also no nonsense and gets the appointment done quickly even though I have never felt rushed. This was my first time here. My doctor was great. Very personable, and she was current on research. I also liked that they use cloth gowns, rather than the paper ones that fall apart before you are finished wearing them. The only parts I didn’t like was that I had to pay for parking, and I had to carry my urine sample out of the bathroom to the examination room. Thought that was sort of odd compared to past experience.

This is a great OB/GYN office. Everyone is very compassionate and kind. I have seen many of the doctors in this practice and they all have been very thorough yet taken time with me, but Dr. Hoffmann is the best. I really appreciate how she has always explained everything, how I really feel heard by her, and how cautious she has been with my health and my babys health. Occasionally, I would have to wait a long time to be called back, but the level of care received made the few times Ive had to wait a non-issue.
