Too many good things to say about Dr Dettmer. Hes the best. Been going to him for years.

Dr Dettmer has been a pleasure to see over the last 6 years. He’s knowledgeable, skilled and has a great ‘bedside manner’....easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Dr Dettmer has performed two endoscopies and two colonoscopies on me, all very smooth and professional. I also found his staff to be efficient and pleasant to deal with. I’d highly recommend Dr Dettmer to anyone in Fairfield County.

Dr. Dettmer reception staff is the most unprofessional and the most rude. They clearly know nothing about customer service, I dont know if they even give him his messages as Ive called 3 times within the last 24 hours and they cant tell me if or when hell call back. Why is he still accepting new patients when he clearly do not have time for the patients he has already. Theres several doctors that work out of that location but because the staff is so poorly trained, I refuse to go back to see any of the doctors. I can honestly say thats the worse experience Ive ever encountered at at a doctors office, its a shame as I originally thought Dr. Dettmer was a very good doctor until I had to deal with his staff but as the saying goes, it starts from the top and trickles down.Sooner or later your business will suffer due to the ignorance of your staff. Its called Karma!
