Everyone is very caring and professional and truly want to help you lead a normal and productive life as much as possible. They are very efficient with the multitude of paperwork that is always involved with medical procedures and insurance companies. They do an all-around great

Over all it is a great facility but. The inconsistencies in the waiting room waiting to see someone has to improve. Ive waited over a hour and Ive been called in within five minutes. Then to sit in a room for another extended time frame, just to have the doctor or his PAs spend less than three minutes with you. It makes me feel like cattle. The Staff needs to know where the other offices are or at least have a chart telling them. I had to find the Pt dept on my own. No one was sure, they had me going to every floor of the building. Everyone is very professional and very nice. You just need to get the waiting periods better and the time spent with the patient better.

I am always apprehensive when I need medical care, and I’m happy to report that I had a great first appointment here. I was treated nicely, and seen promptly. After examining my knee and viewing my x-rays, Brian took the time to explain all my treatment options to me and even to discuss them while answering my questions. I’m confident we have a great plan moving forward. Everyone was very nice and I look forward to working with this team to fix me up.

Peter is a very responsive, pleasant and competent professional. He strives to address my left knee arthritis with several different options to lessen the pain and prolong use of the knee without surgery. I highly recommend him .

Having bypassed surgical help for a quarter century or so, I come to NEOS full of trepidation colored with skepticism. Despite the pain, the care and commitment of the staff make me feel as free as an octogenarian Peter Pan. I am humbled and grateful to all who have tended and attended to me in any way. I am very happy with the care provided to me by New England Orthopedic Surgeons. From the front desk to the check out desk, all staff was cool, calm, collected so made me comfortable. They are all professional, attentive, knowledgeable in their specific work duties. My injury has had my anxiety very high. I am fearful of pain so these type visits always make me nervous. I was comforted from the front desk to the check out desk. Thank you all!!

My 4 year old son broke his leg. When it was time for a cast we were in and out in under an hour for an appointment that included x-rays, evaluation, and casting. Everyone was kind, helpful, and did their best to make my shy little boy comfortable. Great, efficient experience.

My experience with Physician Assistant DAstous was excellent. He was thorough and professional, making sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. He took the extra time to inspect the splinting to be sure it was exactly as it should be before departing. Would definitely recommend!

It was the best Experience I had after going and seeing another Orthopedic provider. He listened to everything I had to say about what was going on with both my knees.

My visit was my first follow up after surgery from a broken leg. The building was easy to navigate. When I entered the office I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt at ease. Brianna;Was very through, took the time to explain, why I was having all the pain in my left hip. She used X-rays taken that day, to show me my total hip replacement was fine.Went on to explain using X-rays as a guide, to show me how the Bursitis was effecting the different area’s of pain and how it would radiate.After discussion Brianna recommended Cortisone shots ( done right there in office) and also physical therapy. Which I’m currently following up on.Thank you for the caring approach to my concerns.

I am in need of a knee replacement. Physician Assistant Christin Wolak explained what other options are available to me in language that a non medical person could easily understand. She walked me through what will take place, and answered all of my questions. I am more than happy with my visit. I would highly recommend her to anyone else who happens to be in a similar situation

Don Salva is a very pleasant person to see.. always kind and ready to listen to me and answer any questions I might have. He never makes me feel like he doesnt have time to listen to me like some doctors do.. I go in every 3 months to see him. I highly recommend him and New England Orthopedics in general. They all are great.

Asks questions, then listens intently to your answers, unlike some medical practitioners who are anxious to move on to next patient. This is someone I definitely trust with my well-being.

It seems each employee I’ve worked with recently at this site has been great. Kiersten, Conor, and their staff have all been very efficient without compromising the integrity of their care for me. I wish I had come to NEOS in the first place as they were my second opinion.

The whole experience at the office was upbeat informative and professional. The Dr was amazing polite informative. He took the time to to explain everything in terms I could understand. Very thorough and helpful. Ive seen many drs for my health issues and hes the Dr I know will care enough to help. I recommend this Dr and his staff. The NEOS Urgent Care is such a great service. The wait time was reasonable and I got the treatment that I needed from a speciality service. I would definitely recommend them for any urgent orthopedic needs.

All staff and providers are very friendly. Appointments are timely. I have never waited in the waiting room or exam room for very long. Staff ensure cleanliness in sitting area and wash all seating after each use.

Excellent practice. Very well organized. My visit with Michael Cavanaugh was very educational, he was very attentive, patient, and focused on all my questions. He is a huge asset to the organization!

Maybe if he had let me speak I could have a more positive rating. It seemed that I was disturbing his rounds as he tried to go as fast as possible and I didn’t like my experience at your facility at all.

One again a great shot in my right knee - hopefully this will do the trick for me.

NEOS is too big and it is so difficult to have a nurse return your call and when they do 4 1/2-5 hours later The very specific information they received via the person who answered my call was wrong.The practice is just too big and seeing too many patients so the quality of care/availability of nurses and Doctors is lacking.I like my Surgeon very much but I should be able to assume that any information I need to get to her is received and correct.

Brian was great in dealing with my 10 year old son and his wrist injury. He took the time to explain everything to us and even added some humor to the conversation. Given the circumstance it was a great experience.

Glad I came here yesterday, Thursday 8/5. My appointment was scheduled within 24hrs and when I arrived we took a couple of x-rays and next thing you know I’m being scheduled for surgery. Neos has been nothing but the best for my care when it comes to getting back to sports. Over the years, Dr. Luber has performed many surgeries on me getting myself back and healthy to do what i love. He has the best interest for me as he understands my desire to compete. He has always been in my corner and the staff makes the process nothing but easy.

Dr Ziegler is Aces . He thoroughly explained all my options to me about my knee condition in laymens terms . I felt comfortable and confident with all the options he suggested to me . Dr Ziegler didnt treat or make me feel like I was just a number . I would highly recommend him to anyone with knee issues .

Took the time to listen to my issues and developed a good treatment plan. I was pleased with his approach, found him easy to speak with and did not feel that he rushed through the appointment.

Not once have I have had a polite friendly person help me on the phone. And you can forget it if you ask a question other than scheduling an appointment. It’s like talking to a robot. Professional, yes, personable, NO.

Brian Puchalski, PA, was precisely on time for my 9:45 AM appointment. He answered all of my questions and returned to the exam room for a second time. That was helpful because it gave me a chance to think of a couple of questions to ask. All answers were clear and understandable. He has a pleasant and supportive manner which is always good after major surgery.

I found New England Orthopedics to be quite efficient. The people working there worked well together - everything just seemed to flow from check-in, to the person bringing you to the exam room, X-ray tech taking you to x-ray and back to the room where I met with the PA. Everyone was quite knowledgeable, professional and efficient in their roles. I would highly recommend.

Even though my appt was booked in a different location and I was not notified of that . The practiced was seen able to get me seen by another PA Pat who was awesome and he took.the time with me which was very much appreciated since I have been waiting over a morh.to.get in for me knees. thanks again for not turn your patients away thats what good service us all about.

After an accident in 2016 and complaints for years I finally found a doctors office that would listen to me and found the problem that has been causing me pain for years. I am so happy that Im being treated and I was so pleased with how well I was treated by the whole staff. Dr. Casagrande was very easy to work with.

PA Opp-Harris was very informative and explained everything to me about my hip surgery. This included everything I needed to do for preparing for surgery, what to expect on the day of surgery, and what needs to be done once I leave the hospital. I asked a lot of questions and she explained everything to me making me feel very comfortable and ready for my surgery.

I was in excruciating pain due to known arthritis in my right hand. Don’t know why the flare up and never experienced such pain. Called my Primary doctors office Dr. David Fanti and got no response. So I called New England Orthopedic surgeons office and they were so helpful. Referred me to their urgent care unit to help me out with my pain- all I can say is thank you to the entire staff!!

Brian was able to answer all of our questions with a caring manner and great ideas to help with recovery.

I have been going to NEOS for close to 14 years. I have some great Doctors there that have taken care of me. My hip was so painful I made an appointment. Well, who takes care of me but Christin. What a doll! She is so caring and comes across like she actuallydoes know what youre talking about! She knew my complete background. Christen knew who I saw for my knee last when I told her that it was also bothering me. It was like I had been going to her for years! Easy to talk to. Christin is truly amazing.Ive been to see her twice now for my hip and its doing just fine.Since I had fallen smack dab on concrete on my knees she asked if I would feel better if there was an xray taken of thatknee. I have nothing but good things to say about NEOS. They saved my son’s arm from permanent damage when it was incorrectly treated in the ER. They were even able to find additional “hidden” X-ray views that were not readily available in my son’s records. Dr Burns was nothing but comforting and reassuring before and after my son’s surgery, especially when my son freaked out when going under the anesthesia. Dr Burns, Tim, and Brianna have all been wonderful to deal with, and my baby will be whole again given a little more time. I can’t thank you all enough.

I enjoyed very much meeting doctor Kelly as seems like a very delightful man. I did have more questions but I wasnt quick enough to think of how much ibuprofen I should be taking or when I can start PT because they didnt put me in the schedule until May so I wanted to go earlier but maybe I just have to be patient! Excellent care. Ms. Sklar listened to what I had to say, recommended the diagnostic and treatment tools necessary immediately and has provided prudent follow up. She expressed sincere concern when I told her about a recommended treatment that a third part was to provide and did not. Within moments, she and her staff had answers.

The receptionists were fast, moving people through the check-in process quickly. I didnt wait long and the doctor was very friendly and informative.

I have informed the record department that when my records were picked up that I had a record if a patient that was not me.i have called and left a message and have not been called back.this is a concern that it could happen to me or anyone else if u dont hear by tomorrow I will have to call this person myself ato inform her of this matter since it is her personal info that was in my fil

The Surgeons and Nurses are great!!!! Now dealing with medical records and having them completed is a different story. The elderly lady at medical records window refused to provide my husband with a medical release forms. My husband explained that I recently had surgery and couldnt come in she continued to refuse and I had to go down to NEOs on crutches just to sign these forms that could have easily been given to my husband and then returned once signed. Making ne come down was ridiculous and unnecessary they really need to retrain their med. Records employees.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Mr. Cavanagh. He was so attentive and I really felt like he was listening to me. He is clearly very competent and knows his stuff! This visit was 100% better than other local orthopedic walk-in clinics. I am thrilled to be following up with NEOS and couldnt be happier with my experience.

I seen Samantha 2 years ago for my hip. I was able to see her again. Nice personality, answers all questions. Dr Lehman did my right hip replacement in 2016, now I need my left hip replaced. Im so glad to have Dr Lehman do it.

This was my first visit to NEOS. I was quite nervous. Kristen was so good. She answered all my questions and was so very knowledgeable about my upcoming surgery. I would highly recommend her. So sorry I dont remember the name of the other worker but she too was very nice to talk to and she was able to set up my appointment with the surgeon before I left the office.

Dr. OSullivan is an excellent surgeon. Hes very down to earth and easy to talk to which helps when facing a major procedure (or two!). His hands are very skilled and he has a terrific personality to match. Hes helped me regain my mobility and my life!

Christin Wolak was very nice and she was careful how she handled my husbands arm. She had xrays done and showed them to us and explained just what she thinks the problem is. She will see us again after the MRI is done to explain what it says. She seems very caring and helpful.

Tim was professional and yet friendly at the same time. He listened to what I had to say and answered the questions I had. I saw him for a cortisone injection in my hip-my first. He talked me through it and was very gentle. Great clinician.

While I have been a patient in this practice for at least 20 years, it is like I’m treated like somebody who’s never stepped a foot in the office every time I for call for an appointment. There is no social connection in this practice at all, or attempt for people to try to get to know you as a person vs. patient. I might even say that this place treats you worse than walking in the door for the first time, because nobody is especially nice or asks any questions about how you are or how you can do better in your daily activities.. I simply want to deal with the injuries I have. I didn’t ask for them, and I didn’t ask to grow older, so please please please help me continue to live an active life by participating in conversations about how I can do that, and please stop treating me like I’m a stranger every time I call.

They took grays and my wrist is healed. Gave me some simple exercise for my wrist. I dont understand why it hurts more than ever. Its very swollen. I am trying my hardest to get my wrist back to normal but its a long process. I guess Im just fustrated.
