Intervention Pain Management Center is a 5 star group of physicians dedicated to treat patients in pain. As a retired RN with years of chronic pain I was a little afraid to change my pain management doctor of 20 years. I had nothing to fear. This group of compassionate physicians treated my chronic pain keeping me posted every step of the way. They made me part of my overall treatment plan and addressed all my concerns. Their office staff is just as compassionate as their physicians and will assist with whatever they can. I highly recommend this wonderful practice. Don’t hesitate to call them if you are in pain.

Worst experience! My mother has been coming for 4 months and each time had problems. Scheduled for one time and then called and told a different time, wrong prescription written, and since 08/21 has not gotten a call back regarding this incorrect prescription! Pharmacy has called and been told to hold, then takes their number with again no call back. Advised the doctor if complications with one medicine over 3 times and was ignored, until she couldnt walk due to the swelling. Negligence!! We were advised one time to go to Urgent Care or the ER if she was in that much pain to get the script written by another doctor. Even better, they wanted us to drive back to Springfield from Brick to physically pick up another script since THEY screwed up. Waste of time and money! They clearly do not care about their patients!!!

I went to this location for my knee injection. I was living with this pain and over counter medication. After seeing them doctor suggest me injection in my knee and I feel so better . I can do my routine activity normally . The staff is so pleasant . Doctor explain me and listen to my all question and answer thme accordingly. I was happy with their service . And I would say its worth seeing this doctor.

My visits with Dr. Poonias office is always excellent. The staff is very friendly and always go out of the way to provide the best comfort possible. The office is state of the art. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sharma and Dr. Poonia are kind, compassionate, competent physicians who care about their patients. I especially appreciate their willingness to answer medical questions. Melissa, Stephanie and other staff also work hard to help patients. These are good people who put the needs of their patients first..I highly recommend this practice.

Reviews look FAKE. This place deserves zero stars. Untrained and rude staff, doctors who see you for literally 5 minutes tops. They are disorganized scheduling me for 1 time then calling me last minute to come in earlier, then have me wait over an hour for my procedure!! My time is just as valuable and important as yours! Very sketchy place and company. They could care less about patients and their fake smiles cant cover that up or that theyre only interested in the $$$!!!!!

I’ve been receiving excellent treatment from Dr. Sharma and Dr. Poonia for over two years. They are caring, professional and effective. I recommend this pain management team very highly. They are amazing.

I stumbled upon this place as it is just around the corner from my house. I made appointment due to siatica pain and numbness in my leg. Dr. Poonia review my complaints and went for my first pain shot, well the next day and a month later my pain has gone down to 80 percent. Im going for my second shot next week and another 3 weeks later. The staff is very friendly the only thing I can say negative and its not there fault is it is hard for me to get appointment due to my work schedule. I would highly recommend this place and Dr. Poonia.
