I am pleased with Dr. O’SULLIVAN and his patient care. He does his job with patience, respect and attention to detail. He answers questions and has en encouraging attitude. The other staff in the office are professional and friendly. I plan continue to see Dr. O’Sullivan for my orthotic needs!

I was having terrible pain in groin and hip area. Was advised after an x-ray I basically didnt have any cartilage in my right hip area and was given the options of surgery(complete right hip replacement) or shots. I couldve basically masked the pain with shots and prolonged surgery, but I really didnt see the point. The next decision was an option of 2 surgeons, Dr. OSullivan or Dr. Lehman. Based on documented reviews and experience at this practice Dr. Lehman had been here longer. It wouldve been longer wait to have surgery with Dr. Lehman. I decided to go with Dr. OSullivan and I am just over 2 1/2 weeks out of surgery and Im already walking without a walker and feel great. I just had my first follow up with Dr. OSullivan yesterday and everything looks great with x-rays and also the incision. I am very happy to say Dr. OSullivan did a fantastic job and Im very pleased that I decided on him. Im sure all of the surgeons are very good here, but based on my experience, I couldnt have imagined a better turnout.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. O’Sullivan from initial consult to 2-week post-op visit. The practice is welcoming, flexible and kind. Dr. O’Sullivan is professional, extremely thorough, yet with a good sense of humor and the ability to make one comfortable.

I had to wait almost an hour, and then I was forced, coerced, into having an x-ray of my hip done, even though I had had an x-ray of that same hip done five days earlier. And I provided those x-rays with the written report as well to them....”This is our policy.”Dr. O’Sullivan was nice enough. I was referred to him in error. Very poor policies and I am angry at myself for allowing them to bully me into a second, totally unnecessary X-ray.
