For several years I was a patient of Dr. Casey and Dr. Coffelt, both have retired. Honesty. I was apprehensive about finding a new clinician, but now Im relieved. I feel like Im in good hands. Can’t speak highly enough about this practice. Very professional. Easy to get an appointment. Accepting new patients. I had four fillings removed and replaced with no pain. I also love the fact that Dr. Kayvon Nezhad and his team are involved in charitable causes like homelessness here in our city.

I started going here over 15 years ago for an emergency tooth repair. I recieved excellent service then. And now that I have returned its just as good if bit even better than before. The staff is still very friendly and the take great care to assure that there patients are comfortable.Now the Dentists son has joined the practice. So not only is Gentle Dental family friendly, it is also a family practice. I cannot stress how much I recomend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I broke a tooth on Christmas day and I was in severe pain. I went to a Dr tist office on the 26th that was supposed to be on Saturdays but they werent open and so I waited until today. That same dentist was not taking walking like they always do. I started to call around. I called He the Dentle. They not only understood the pain I was in and have been in for 3 days they got me an appt within 2 hours of me calling. I had my appt at 1050 AM. By 1123AM I was walking out the door with relief. They were so kind, so understanding, and wanted to make sure I did not feel anymore pain. There was also no judgement whatsoever. They were so amazing I made my follow up appointments plus my daughters appointments.

Just had a root canal, went very efficiently, quickly and no pain. This office strives to accommodate patients anxiety and fear, very willing to make arrangements with financial expenditures. And...willing to help on weekend emergency. Thinking more folks should be definitely be given Springfield Gentle Dentle....as great option with endodontic care. ♥️

Staff is always friendly

Not to thrilled with this place. I went back to them almost every week to tell them something was wrong where my wisdom tooth was extracted, they finally after 2 months did an xray and found where the (dentist they recommended me) tooth was extracted was full of infection. Then wanted me to pay for them to take out the gauze that was left in to be removed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I had previously went to the same dentist for over 10 years. I went to Gentle Dental to discuss cosmetic procedures that my previous dentist did not provide. I now have a new dental home! I am 100% happy with the services they provided, the cost, and atmosphere. I was comfortable asking questions and they worked with me on what I wanted, and wanted to pay. I am referring all my friends and family. I wish I hadnt waited so long!

I’ve been going here since I was little. So for many years I’ve known these people. Now that I’ve grown up I’ve started making my own appointments and there was one time I missed an appointment. Never have I ever received a angry phone call from a doctors office. Except for this place. It’s not like I had an advanced medical procedure scheduled. It was just for a cleaning so I don’t know if I just offended them somehow by missing an appointment. Either way I think I’m going to find a new dentist.

I originally came to get a root canal done. With my insurance, Gentle Dental is the most affordable option and they were able to work with my income to establish a payment plan I can afford. The wait time is almost non-existent, the office is clean, and everybody is so nice and professional. When they were working on my root canal, I had no pain and the procedure was faster than anticipated, with a gorgeous pain-free result. Im so happy with my choice to come here, and they may just help me overcome my anxiety about going to the dentist!

They said they took my insurance (cause I called and asked prior). Then after all my FAMILYS work was done they said ohh wait we dont take your insurance. Called me and said it was my fault. Now I have a huge Bill that I cant afford..

The great experience starts when you open the door, as everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile.The doctors assistants are courteous and friendly as well and always strike up a conversation. This is a good process for patients that are apprehensive of going to a dentist, to ease them into the mood.Dr. Nezhad is the most gentle dentist I have ever encountered, with a very calming demeanor. Ive had numerous fillings redone here as they have worn out over the last 20 years, and have never felt the slightest pain during the drilling. So different from when my childhood dentist put them in!

Great place, everyone is very friendly, I am a difficult patient and they were very accommodating.

Called for appointment, meet Dentist n 1 staff, had Xray done, talked over what I needed done, had to check with insurance, they were on my insurance net worked, made appt have top teeth pull for a top plate, Teeth pulled ,sent me home and when I called back to set up appt. to have top plate made, his assistant told me not to come back, I should see another dentist, with no explanation. I called my insurance, had to find another dentist.

My family has been going to Dr Nezhad for years. He uses a conservative approach. He never does unnecessary work. If a cavity is in the beginning stage he tells you about it and how you can clean the area and do things to possibly heal it. Then he and his staff watch the area to see if anything else is necessary. Dr. Nezhad is professional, honest, trustworthy and kind. His aim has always been to serve his patients in whatever capacity he can. We had an especially difficult issue with one of my daughters teeth and Dr. Nezhads advice and referrals to specialists were very helpful. His staff are professional and friendly. His office is clean and his equipment high quality and in good working order. His staff will do everything they can to accommodate your schedule and will work to get you in quickly if you have an urgent issue. I recommend Gentle Dental to anyone.

I had an urgent situation with a broken cap that my previous dentist was unwilling to come in to the office on a Monday to fix. After calling several dental offices, I called Gentle Dentle in Springfield, Ohio.They understood my dilemma, got me right in, assessed my situation, created and fitted me for a new cap. They then made a new temporary cap and placed it. ALL within 58 minutes!!! Needless to say, my wife and I are new patients of Dr. Nezhad!!! So happy to be here!!!

Dr. Nezhad performed a dental implant on me this morning. I went into this procedure quite nervous and not really know what to expect aside from what I had learned through research. During the procedure Dr. Nezhad made my comfort of the utmost importance. The procedure went a lot smoother than what I was expecting. I would advise anyone looking to have an implant or any procedure done to see Dr. Nezhad. Additionally, the staff are very kind and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns that I have.

Dr. Nezhad has been cleaning our girls teeth for the last year and they love him. Its not easy to have a two and three year old enjoy going to the dentist but his office staff and atmosphere are great!

My appt was at 10:00am i arrived at 9:50 and even before i was done with the paperwork i was taken back for xrays and was taken back to see the dr by 10. I was there with a damaged wisdom tooth and the dr evaluated my xrays pulled my tooth and i was back in my car by 10:30. Im ashamed to admit i avoided dentist work for years because of having a somewhat phobia but iv changed my mind completely because of this family. My family and I have gone to Gentle Dental for close to 15 years. We recently moved to the Atlanta area and tried dentists there, but have not been satisfied. During our years in Ohio we were spoiled by Dr. Nezhad’s top notch care, excellent staff, and wonderful customer service. We came back for a follow up Invisalign appointment and a root canal that my husband was told he needed (by a dentist in Atlanta). It turns out, Dr. Nezhad carefully examined my husband’s dental situation and determined he needed a much less invasive treatment, saving us close to $1,500 out of pocket cost. We were so thankful for his honest assessment of my husband’s situation. Not to mention, they made time for us in their schedule since we were coming all the way from Atlanta. We couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Nezhad and his fabulous staff that have always taken care of our family. We will continue to travel back to Springfield and use Gentle Dental as our dentist office as long as we are able. What a blessing they have been to our family!
