Dr. Olson has been my dentist for almost two years now. All the associates are attentive to all my needs. They are also very personable and kind. You can tell they really care and want to get familiar with each patient that comes in to see them.They work with you to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the process.

Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Went in for a pretty big procedure scared to death. Dr Olson explained what steps we needed to take and calmed every fear i had.Him and his entire staff are fabulous. Couldnt have asked for any better. Highly recommend

When I say I have a phobia of dentists, its an understatement. When I made my first appointment a couple of months ago I even (jokingly) asked if they could pull their hose into the parking lot to give me a little twilight juice before I got out of the car. Dr. Olsen and his team are amazing! Liz and Dr. Olsen honestly help me feel calmer and they have gone above and beyond to take care of my needs. I highly recommend this team of professionals!!

Dr. Olson is an awesome dentist! His staff is pretty amazing too. This has been my absolute best experience with both general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Olsons team provided great pre-appointment communication as well as post procedure follow-up. Dr. Olson also provided great communication before, during, and after each procedure was completed. His billing department was also very reliable. Post insurance coverage billing estimates were always within reasonable ranges, and communication of the billing process was very open and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Olson and his team for all your dental needs.

Dr. Olson is the best dentist. His staff are wonderful. Dr. Olson always schedules ample time to discuss issues. Altogether, I had 14 upper and lower teeth done, updating 25+-year-old caps and a bridge from a different dentist. Not only are my teeth more straight and beautiful, but my bite is correct for the first time in my life. Also, the retainer for at night is the best and makes my upper teeth feel great each morning. I am so pleased, I also got my back teeth old silver fillings changed to be white--back teeth now look and feel so good too. 417 Magazine Award was right on!Thank you, as always, for a kind and professional experience Dr. Olson!

Great dental office! They are almost always on time. If there is a wait at all it’s short. Dr Olson is great at his job and has great chairside manor! The staff are always professional and nice. My hygienist today cleaned my teeth with absolutely no pain at all and they feel slick as glass! 😀

Absolutely fantastic! The office staff is extremely friendly and attentive.I got the best cleaning of my teeth Ive ever experienced. First with the manual tools, then with the ultrasonic cleaner, then with manual tools to finish up the job. How Amazing is that.I went in to get two cavities filled, and I felt not a drop of pain, and although he warned me that my teeth might be sensitive for a while, Ive felt no pain.I especially like the fact that he did not push for any unwanted or unnecessary procedures. Dr. Olsen told me every step of the way exactly what he was going to do next, so there were no surprises and no anxiety.Dont walk, run to this dentist you wont regret it.

Dr. Olson is the finest dentist I have found and I have seen several looking for one who I would recommend. I seldom take the time to write recommendations on any level. If you choose to go to a dentist other than Dr. Olson ... you are making a huge mistake. His work is undeniably the best I have experienced in my 60 years searching 40 years for a family dentist I trust. He is also a fine person and no he is not my friend but I am honored to have him as my family dentist. He, I recommend! I have dealt with many dentists over the decades as I crossed the USA. I recommend Dr. Olson and his entire team with no reservations. I have had a couple fillings done and general exams along with a deep cleaning and maintenance cleanings. Dr. Olson is obviously a skilled professional and has a deft touch and a friendly, assuring recliner-side manner.The hygienist is also competent and is a joy to interact with as is the front office folks.When I was experiencing worrisome pain in my teeth/jaw area I headed for Dr. Olsons office, fearful something serious was underway. With no warning I appeared at the office and the team there had me seated and inspected within minutes. Luckily, the problem was minor and I was soon on my way.Their concern for my pain and worry was obvious and they performed professionally and competently.Folks, I am not quick to recommend any firm but in this instance I believe I am doing a favor for the general public seeking a dentist. Informed me my exam would be covered by my insurance but then billed me $140 later on. Then I didnt pay so I received a late charge. Found out I was also covered by my workplace for dental. Gave that to them and told them I would be quitting soon so to please hurry. Told them to email me to give me an update. Never heard back so I called today and they said they mailed it.. Why the hell wouldnt you have mentioned that earlier? Also, the dentist just spent roughly 5 minutes with me to tell me everything that is wrong. Cool thanks man. Didnt know my teeth were bad before you told me. I need solutions.Update: Dr Olson personally reached out to me regarding this. While its a step in the right direction, I didnt get any feedback until I put up a negative review.When an office tells me something will be free then charges me afterwards, and the dentist only spends 5 minutes with a new customer without showing any care, and then only reaches out to me after a bad review... Yeah Im out.Update 2:Just noticed after my bad review there is an influx of 5 star reviews from people that have only ever made 1 review.

My family and I have been to Dr. Olson for all of our dental needs for over 15 years. When we moved out of state and I needed a root canal, I made the 10 hour drive to Springfield so that I could have the procedure done by someone I knew would it with precision and attention to detail.

Love Dr Olson and his staff! I have been going here for years and before going to Dr Olson had horrible anxiety over any dental treatment because of bad experiences from past dentist. He is so patient and willing to talk about any concerns. You never feel like a number but like family.

I had a crown fall out this morning. I called the office left a Voicemail indicating my crown had fallen out at breakfast. The receptionist quickly called back and offered an 8:30am immediate appointment. The team met me at the door, got my crown cleaned, prepped my tooth area and reattached my crown. Dr. Olson takes care of his patients in such a caring way. I was out the door and back at work so fast. I appreciate the expertise of Dr. Olson and staff at Olson Family Dental. I highly recommend you become a patient so they can care for you and your family!
