Absolutely the friendliest staff around. I have been a patient many years and always a happy, positive atmosphere focused primarily on their patients. Just went for long overdue cleaning due to COVID. Hygienist was out, so Mr. Victor (Dentist and the Business Owner) took the responsibility and performed the cleaning. That shows a lot to me how he values and appreciates me! He also did a fantastic job in the task. I appreciate Springfield Smiles and very blessed being a part of their business.

I love going there knowing i will be taking care of. Dr. Victor is very kind and professional. Tracy is a wonderful assistance and love her smile and sense of humor. Wendy is wonderful and caring and knows her job.

I was early for my appointment. They checked me for COVID and checked me in. I went right in to get a crown fixed after a root canal. It was fixed, no pain and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I just had a great dinner with my wife. No pain feels great. Dr. Victor is a super person and an accomplished dentist. Due to the virus must wear a mask and have temperature taken before entering. Called was greeted and told that as soon as they was ready I would be brought in. I was a little early. Greeted temperature was taken and brought in and was seated in the chair to be examined as soon as I came in. Fast and friendly service. A very skilled dentist and his crew.

Always clean. Didn’t think it was possible but even more clean with COVID. Friendly. Respectful. All of them are wonderful people who are very knowledgeable at their professions. Highly recommend

Dr. Victor is great. His staff is always warm and friendly, and hes very honest about what you do and dont need to have done.

Service is great. I am rather dissatisfied with the scheduling though. My insurance covers cleanings every 6 months and I always have to call them to schedule. Would be nice if their reminder system would pulse me. They would make more money because without a reminder I only go about once a year!

You dont always get the news you were hoping for (i.e. Mr. Ray, that tooth pain youre experiencing will go away permanently on its own in less than 24 hours lol), but the journey to get the bottom of an underlying issue is what differentiate one dentist from another. How informative and thorough were they? Did they discuss viable options with you? Did they make you feel like a number or were you made to feel like a patient they genuinely care for?I write this review after being told that I require a root canal. I dont blame Springfield Smiles. I blame my toothpaste. And my undying love for sweet tea. But, i felt important while there. Like they cared more about my teeth than I maybe do. This goes a long way, especially considering the fact that being at the dentist office is already on my Top 5 Least Fun Things To Do As A Human list, just behind changing an adults freshly soiled diaper.I have recommended Springfield Smiles to many of my peeps and will continue to do so, because I know theyll be treated like they matter and the dental care theyll receive will be undeniably top shelf. I love seeing a dentist office operate as they do. Perhaps other offices should take some notes? That was rhetorical. Yes...take notes.
