Great doctor. A bit slow to get in, may be due to the pandemic. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Without a doubt the slowest place in Northwest Arkansas. Appointment time at 1pm an hour later still sitting, only one patient here besides me the whole time. Heaven forbid they have two or three patients at once.

My son had his Dr changed to this place.... worst experience ever sitting in lobby for over an Hour still not got called back ask whats going on and was asked to keep calm and be respectful in the lobby cause I was on the phone complaining about their service.......Not okayRemind you if you are 5 mins late they wont see you but its okay for them to keep you waiting over an hour in lobby and not cause they are busy cause their is one other person In the lobbyWorst experience ever for a new patient

Amanda has never been rude to us. Shes always gone out her way to make sure she gets all of our info. and shes always been very sweet and friendly. Sorry someone else had a bad experience, it does happens sometimes. Weve been going to see Dr. Carolyn Nutter for over 3 years and shes absolutely one of the best Dr.s my husband and I have ever had. Id recommend them to everyone.

I really appreciate the length Dr. Nutter went to during my visit to get answers to what was going on with me. I will travel 2 hours one way to continue seeing Dr Nutter..I have that much confidence in her.

Dr nutter saved my life. I love the staff and especially Dr nutter very professional.

I have been going here for more than 4 years now. The best doctors and nurses in town. They seem to really care about my health and concerns.

Dr. Totten is the best doctor I have ever had, he cares about his patients and listens to them. I refer all of my friends, especially if you are a guy looking for a doctor he is the best.

I cant tell if theyre negligent, unintelligent or they just dont care. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a family doctor. I waited for weeks for things to get sorted out with referrals. Eventually they told me the place they were trying to refer me to didnt take my insurance. Two weeks later I found out that they did take my insurance and had called Dr. Tottens office multiple times with no results. This is just one example of their insufficient care.Dont go here. These people are beyond unqualified to do what theyre doing.

My sister had an appointment today, it took a total of over 2 hours to get her checked in. The nurses had confused her for another patient with the same name(?) if anything this is the most basic information anyone in the medical field should master (PII). Service was terrible, my sister wasnt at all satisfied and the diagnosis was irrelevant.Sincerely,The Romero Family.

The girl who works the lab - Amanda - rude as heck. Extremely unprofessional. Worst I have EVER seen. They need to fire her ASAP! In fact..we are looking for a different DOCTOR so we dont have to deal with Amanda. Its sad really.....

Very disappointed in Dr.Nutter and her nurse very unprofessional !! They didnt noticed that they prescribed 3 of the same medications to my mother!!! Which caused her to be Hospitalized for almost a whole week!! Defidently not taking her back there!!!! Worst Clinic !!!

My Mom is new to this office each time she has been here we sit in waiting area over an hour. Then same thing in exam area.

I cancelled an appointment to go with them and had told them the reason I needed to see a doctor they failed to tell me they couldnt prescribe controlled medicine which is why I went to see them now I have to wait another two weeks to go to a different doctor.

Staff is not very professional. Cant ever seem to get anything taken care of, miss Dr.Tottens old nurse.

More and more disappointed with the place every time I go After what happened last week......not going back. Looking for a new Doctor. This place sucks. Period!!!!!
