I have had a wonderful experience with the folks at Sunset Health Care. They have been a blessing! I was always greeted with happy, cheerful smiles. I was well informed about my accident injuries and the therapy needed, to get me back to feeling better, as well as so much more valuable information. I absolutely, whole heartedly agree with their motto, (We Got Your Back)! I feel they do just that, and so much more. If I ever find myself in this situation again, I Know just the folks to call. Organized, helpful and awesome! After reading a couple of the reviews I was hesitant on going here. I backed away 3 times. Backing out would have been a very big mistake on my part. This clinic has been absolutely wonderful to me. They are informative. Knowledgeable. Helpful. I can’t say enough about them. Don’t doubt it. Check it out. I am thankful, grateful and very appreciative for the help and care I have received. After dealing with the other persons insurance company I couldn’t get anywhere with them. (The accident was not my fault and the other person took full responsibility) he did right by filing a claim. His insurance company gave me the run around time and time again. Honestly at this clinic, I got a tip where to take my vehicle to be repaired that works hand in hand with “the other” insurance company. The body shop then contacted a local adjuster. If it wasn’t for this clinic….I would still be waiting on getting my car repaired. They have helped me in more ways than one with good information and personal care!!! Kind, compassionate and they care.

Ive informed the Springdale Police Department about this location. Like the other reviewer, this Candid/Candice Stephens only contacts via text or phone and never confirms anything discussed via email. Fortunately my voice mail goes directly to Google, so I have emails of her messages to me regarding the appointments she scheduled. However, when pressed for details on what exactly is covered by the insurance from the other motorists claims, she never responds via email/text. Shell only ask that you call her back.I confirmed with my insurance company that the other motorists insurance was not accepting blame, so any x-rays or chiropractic adjustments performed at Sunset Healthcare would not be covered by the other motorists insurance. Meanwhile, Candid/Candice Stephens was assuring me over the phone that not only would I be covered for the medical checkup (which I told her were unnecessary), but that Id be covered for car rental and any lost wages from missing work. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.What really made me question her credibility was even after I told her I didnt need a checkup, because I had just had my annual exam that had been scheduled since last year, she kept saying, You know, sometimes injuries dont show up until a few weeks later. And despite me telling her I didnt need to see the Doctor, she still scheduled an appointment. Fortunately, it was during my day off, so I didnt forego work pay. When I told her I had to reschedule, she made the arrangements for later in the afternoon, because when I called, the answering service was in Spanish only, so I wasnt sure they received my message in time.When I arrived, I noticed that the staff was asking me for incident reports and insurance card information, which they should have had from the other motorists company, and not mine. Then when they asked how I was referred I mentioned Miss Stephens with Met Life. They told me she wasnt Met Life and that she worked for them. Their paperwork mentioned x-rays and chiropractic work, and required emergency contacts, which is something most medical offices request, but usually to have recourse for contacts to demand payment - as in theres no insurance from the other motorists company, so now you have to pay for all the unnecessary checkups. They also repeatedly asked if I had already been to a Doctor as a result is the accident. 🤔So I asked if this was a chiropractor service and they said it was. At that point I told them I wanted the copies of my insurance and drivers license and told them I wasnt interested. Im sure they have duplicate copies somewhere, so Ill be watching my financial inquiries closely. I informed my insurance and told them what happened and will let the other motorists know that this individual might want to contact them as well. Apparently they pulled enough info to contact us via public records, and made up a story that the order motorists insurance would be accepting 100% liability for any lost wages and car rental. Run away from, dont walk towards these guys. Spread the word. Someones going to get conned.

They check police reports for accidents and cold call people telling them that they will bill the person at fault. Seems a little bit ambulance chasey to me. I got hit by a person in a stolen car, guarantee that bill would come back to haunt me.

I was also involved in a car accident. I was not at fault. So some lady named Bandi said she was from the other persons car insurance. Told me to go to this place and get examined and that she was going to take care of a rental also. It was all lies , they had nothing to do with the car insurance. They should be reported pretending to be someone theyre not, very low to do this

They solicit people acting as if they are apart of the insurance agency. Then they put a lien on your bill so you cant use your insurance to help with the costs. Very unethical practices done here for money.

They pull police reports and solicit car accident victims. They lied to a friend of mine and claimed that insurance would completely cover ALL HER EXPENSES and offered to send a car to pick her up for her treatment at the clinic which was untrue. I assume they just planned to get her in the door and then bill her. The insurance was contacted and they informed us that she was not affiliated with them in any way. Candid Stephens is the marketing manager and she is using very unethical, dirty tactics to try and gain customers. Beware! Highly unethical!

A drunk driver totaled our car and put my and my wife in the hospital! Without knowing what to do, MADD called me and walked us all the way through it, these people were the first place we went! You guys saved our lives! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts
