My treatments with Lynn were amazing, she helped me get to a “ go back to work place” that I was afraid wouldn’t happen.Jay was a lot of fun, breaking the ice and making you feel right at home.Very professional and comfortable Rehab center.

After months of taking OTC pain relievers for neck pain, 3 weeks of PT with Thomas and I’m pain free! Just can’t believe it! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

After ten months of virtual incapacitation from chemotherapy, surgery and radiation I was weak to say the least. A one hour session twice weekly for just a few weeks was all that was needed to get back to enjoying daily activities. Jay was the primary therapist but I had occasions to work with two (2) others and all were professional, well trained and extremely personable. I enjoyed going and was extremely pleased (maybe even a little surprised?) with the excellent results.

I was a post COVID patient, recovering from being on the vent and near death, I was still in a wheelchair when I started my outpatient physical / occupational therapy. I was so weak and my endurance and respiratory status was very low. Brandon, Beverly, Jenny, Lynn and Arianne were excellent in the care which they delivered. They worked me hard with exercise and tasks which were designed to build up my endurance and muscle tone. My therapy was practical and geared towards readying me to be able to return to my work fully recovered with no restrictions, They gave me my independence back and encouraged me to keep working towards putting COVID in the past! Thank you to each one of you, I could not have done this without your hard work and encouragement. thank you!

The facility and staff are excellent at NW Rehab. Everyone was personable and helpful. My therapist was Jay and we hit it off the first day. Took a genuine interest in my recovery. Highly recommend.

This was the 3rd time in 6 years that I have needed physical therapy. All three times I was treated at Northwest Arkansas Rehab and Wellness. The staff was very kind, courteous and helpful. The Therapists that worked with me; Jenny, Thomas, and Beverly were extremely knowledgable about what I needed regarding my therapy. All of them genuinely cared about me and getting me “back to normal” versus just being another patient. If I need physical therapy again (but I hope not) this is the place I will go to again.Great facility with outstanding Physical Therapists and staff.

6 weeks rehab on a bad shoulder, was paired up with PT Brandon. It has been a great experience. My shoulder feels better! The employees were all personable, the facility is always clean.

Ther all the best and friendly doctor Poland is the most carrying and will listen and will do everything she can to help you she always has a smile on her face I would recommend her to anyone

Everyone there is so nice, when I broke my femur they comforted me and made me feel like everything was gonna be okay, and because of them I can walk and even run again.

This is a great place to go for physical therapy. They were always helpful and kind. Thomas was my therapist and he was awesome. Would recommend to anyone needing PT.

This is the best place you can go for physical therapy !!... My son who is only 18 had to have cartilage put in his right knee (had no cartilage whatsoever ). He had his surgery on December 20th. Approximately 2 weeks later he started his physical therapy at Northwest Rehab and Wellness Center in Springdale. He goes there twice a week and will continue to go for about another month .The staff are the greatest !! They are all very friendly, very well trained in their field, and have just been so helpful getting my son back on his feet ! They cheer for my son as he is getting stronger every week.I would give 10 stars if I had the option .Extra special thanks to a few of the therapists there .. Jenny, Thomas and of course William (Scott ) 🙂. I thank the 3 of you for not only helping Dylan physically, but also the emotional support . I thank all of you at Northwest Rehab and Wellness Center !
