Great experience with Dr. Heintzelman. She listens and is referring my to specialists to help us get to the root-cause issues. It can take 5 months to get a first appointment - so I am grateful that she offered to accept the rest of my family as patients - saving them the long wait.

The staff here is impeccable: little to no wait and extremely courteous. Dr. Heintzelman is everything I could wish for in a doctor, she’s quick but thorough, asks many questions, explains her treatment suggestions, and asks for input/feedback consistently.

From Start to Finish everyone were courteous, professional and very kind to me. Dr.Heintzelman is always professional has a caring heart and demeanor. She listens and gently instructs my every need or wants, never condescending when giving advice. My heart goes out to her and the staff.

The receptionist was courteous. The medical assistant was very nice and concerned about my well-being. She was aware of the reason that I had come in and was very astute. She was concerned if there were any changes. Dr. Heintzelman took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my previous test results and explained different medications. She showed me compassion.

I was able to speak freely about any concerns I had. And the doc asked questions that kind of made me feel like I had a like control over my healthcare decisions.

I just moved to the area from Charleston. I called two months ago to make an appointment with this doctor. They told me that didn’t have anything for two months. That was fine because I wasn’t out of my thyroid meds and I would be running out around the the time I see her. Fast forward two months to the day before my appointment. The staff calls to inform me, at 4:30pm, that they are canceling my appointment for tomorrow. I told them I would like to reschedule. They told me they had nothing available for TWO months! Having worked at a doctors office, I promise you that if we ever inconvenienced a patient by cancelling their appointment because the doctor wouldn’t be in, we made them first priority when rescheduling. I explained that I had waited two months to see this doctor and they told me she had a busy schedule. They told me they could scheduled me with a different doctor, which I declined. I told them I’d find another practice instead. Luckily, my doctor in Charleston was willing to send in my meds til I find someone up here.

Dr. Jessica Heintzelman is a wonderful, caring doctor who takes the time to get to know each and every one of her patients, and that is rare in this day and time, unfortunately . She immediately puts you at ease, and you automatically know you are in good hands when she walks into the room. She has an amazing bedside manner and most definitely became a doctor for all of the right reasons. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone looking for a family physician.

Ive been fighting a condition for years and never got help at any of the doctors ive been to. In less than 3 months she had a diagnosis for me and ways for me to help my condition and ever since has been doing checkups with me. She also is great with kids.

Dr. Heintzelman is very kind, compassionate, excellent doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. She takes the time to listen and makes sure that you understand everything. My teenage daughter’s like her a lot and say they are very comfortable talking to her.

I have had a hard time this year I got a rare disease and now I cant walk anymore and my arms are getting weak she followed all the other doctors notes and stayed in touch with them while I was in the hospital and ahe had me a follow up appointment just a few days after I got out she is just amazing love her

One of the rudest offices I have EVER been to. Came in the office NO Good Morning or anything. Next they are at the front discussing people and personal business. I am shock being that I am a Nurse myself. When making my appointment no one said 1st time patients arrive 30 minutes early. They wait and tell me after sitting her 10minutes. Trust me if you don’t want your business told or want an accommodating Doctors Office this isn’t the place. It is worse than Regenesis and that says a lot.
