I am so blessed to have Dr Miles as my family doctor. Well versed in every field, takes the necessary time and makes sure your well both physically and mentally. I consider him not just my doctor, but my friend as well..Mark Wilson

I have been a patient of Dr Miles for many many years from when he was in Pacolet and continued to his new location he is a very understanding and caring doctor he has taken care of all of my family.

I had a recent wellness visit with Dr. Miles wherein we had a difference of opinion regarding my care (mind you Ive been his patient for years). It was a very candid but civil exchange of differing opinions. When I left the office I didnt give it a second thought. Several months later when I called into the office to request a refill I found out that I had been dropped as a patient for non-compliance. I was dumbfounded ... I had an upcoming appointment in September. The office proceeded to tell me that they had cancelled all my future appointments, however, I had never been notified. After further investigation as to the nature of my non-compliance it turns out the difference of opinion was his reason for dropping me. Its very disappointing that having a candid conversation with your doctor turns into this.

Love Dr. Miles, very compassionate and thorough. Office is vey comfortable and clean. Love how the receptionist area is open not separated by glass windows that can be closed ( it’s very uncomfortable to walk up to the receptionist and have to tap on the glass to get someone attention for help ). The staff is friendly and helpful, no standing around gossiping or talking about the night before. The practice is very organized. Everything under one roof.I am a BSN/MHA and have years of experience in healthcare management over multiple practice. this is by far the best organized practical with high standards in their patient caregiving. Kudos to these Dr.s, staff and practice!!!!
