Dr Pitts is the most amazing surgeon! From the time I walked in one year ago to thyroid surgery for myself and then my son (which she found), she was incredible. She never rushed or overlooked any questions we had (and there were lots). Im so thankful as my son and I stand here one year later and she is still checking in with us. Thank you Dr Pitts for taking care of my family!

I took my 4 year old son here to get his ears checked for a possible ear infection and everyone was so nice and friendly except for one of the nurses, she seemed rushy and didnt seem to care much when I was explaining things to her but the doctor we saw was AMAZING!! I honestly dont know his name but he was extremely great with my son and thats a big thing for me! I HIGHLY recommend this guy especially if you have kids! I never take my child to just anyone and I definitely wouldnt hesitate to go back if I needed to!

Dr. Foster was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I feel very confident in his treatment plan and would definitely recommend him. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the office itself was very clean.

My baby was 3 days old and struggling to eat. The pediatrician referred us to the ENT to assess her tongue and lip tie. They fit us in that day and saw us quickly. Dr. Pitts was wonderful. She was sympathetic and straight forward about how clipping certain ties may or may not improve my child’s eating. She was so kind to my husband and I and our newborn and did a great job. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Dr. Butehorn and his staff, as well as Audiologist Laura Sexton are excellent. I’ve been going to Dr. Butehorn for 5+ years and he’s been a blessing and a great doctor. Laura has recently become my audiologist and has been great to work with for my sound processor. Their team helped me navigate upgrading my sound processor and stayed with me each step to get what I need.

Dr. Weir is amazing! They diagnosed me on my first visit, and have been working hard to keep me from having any instances of vertigo.

Dr. Foster is a thorough and knowledgeable ENT. They are able to see patients sooner than many specialists. Ive been to both the North Grove and Greer locations and have been pleased with each.

I saw Dr. John Foster, who diagnosed a Vomer Bone Spur, which is likely the cause of my headaches. Dr. Foster was personable and professional. If I were to have the spur removed, I would certainly want him to be the one to do so.

The Dr. didnt address all concerns and didnt find anything wrong. He suggested a CT and follow-up which were not mentioned or scheduled at checkout. The office seams disorganized and not in tune with giving aid. A simple sinus ex-ray would be much more reasonable before ordering a CT. The office is beside an ex-ray lab but they dont have the ability to utilize. Also, I felt the long camera inserted through my nostril to my throat was way overkill. It left me with a severely scratched throat. He seemed to dispute the inaccuracy of past negative allergy test as a result of auto-immune medication. I left the office with no answers. I drove next door to my dentist who took ex-rays, which gave some answers. People are $dollar$ signs here. This is my last trip to Spartanburg ENT. My wife went there months ago and had a much better experience with a different Dr.

I was referred here by my primary physician & put with Dr. Kristen Pitts. First off, dont let her age fool you, she can hold her own with the veteran ENTs, she is an absolutely incredible doctor! Her bedside manner is wonderful & she really went out of her way to assure me that I was in the best hands. I ended up having to have my tonsils taken out & she performed the surgery herself. Her team was patient, thorough & gentle with me. She also communicates incredibly well & made me 100% comfortable! Well as comfortable as you can be getting your tonsils taken out at the age of 37.Thank you Dr. Pitts, the world needs more doctors like you!!!

My almost two year old son who is very scared of doctors/doctors office saw Dr Foster last week about his back to back ear infections. Dr Foster was so patient with him and so nice too! He answered all of my questions and made sure I was informed on all of my options!

My 7 year old daughter and I both see Dr. Pitts and we both love her! She is friendly and made my little one at ease instantly! I was certain she needed her tonsils out, due to snoring, but Dr Pitts treated her for a bad sinus infection instead. After a few days she was sleeping silently! What a relief to my Mama heart for the Dr to try a minimally invasive treatment first! I feel like most doctors would have scheduled the surgery and moved on, but Dr Pitts was very thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients!Once Dr Pitts got my little one straightened out I was encouraged that she may be able to help me, too! I take three daily allergy medicines and another OTC as needed, and still struggle! She was very empathetic and determined to figure out a better way! I just left from my allergy test, and in two weeks well know what Im allergic to and be able to have a real strategy. Im so encouraged that I wont have to fight ear infections, face pain and itchy watery eyes and nose for much longer!All of the staff is friendly, as well! We always have a wonderful experience here!I highly recommend Dr Pitts and her staff for all your ear, nose and throat needs!!!

My husband lost his smell and taste from COVID in January. He made an appt with Dr Butehorn who did an excellent job explaining why he lost his senses, gave us more information on COVID which I thought was more informative than anything we had seen in the news. Dr Butehorn put him on a program to retrain his nose and taste. He looks forward to getting his senses back.

Overall wonderful experience! I was told by two of my primary care doctors that they had sent a referral over to the office but the women at the front desk claimed they never got one so that was a bit aggravating. I saw Dr. Weir and he was absolutely wonderful! He was very thorough and answered every one of my questions and concerns!

Very prompt. Was seen earlier than my appointment. At the end of the appointment, needed to go to the lab for some blood work. The wait there, however, was almost 30 minutes. Absolutely painless blood work. Great overall experience. Will return.

I am considered HIGH RISK as I have heart problems including 4 heart surgeries & a pacemaker with shortness of breath. I voluntarily went in 3 years ago and asked them to turn my hearing aids down as the volume was making me nervous. Recently I went in to have them readjusted. On the first visit I was told there is nothing wrong with your hearing aids you need to schedule to see the doctor. Okay so I did. On the second visit, the doctor said yes your hearing aids need to be readjusted. BUT, I had to make yet a third appointment to have that done. 🤦🤦🤦 I would have given five stars except for this reason. Toooo much sickness going around for me to have to go three times for an adjustment.

I was recommended by my family physician because of a cist on the bridge of my nose, its been there a while and I wanted to have it taken off since my glasses arent fitting properly. Well anyway she asked me if I had a dermatologist, I told her that I didnt. She took a biopsy of a place on the side of my right timple. The first 2 times we meet Dr. Foster he was real good with my son thats 8 years old. The 3 time with Dr. Foster he was ok. This time, the 4th time, he was awful. Said my child was a baby just because he wouldnt let him put powder in his ear. Well sir I have told you that him and doctors have a bad wrap because everything his been through since he was 6 months old. Dr. Foster left the room before I could have ask him questions about my sons ear. Just because Dr. Foster had a bad day and bad week doesnt mean you put it out on me and my son. We will be looking for a new doctor. Thanks for scaring my son more with doctors.

I had an Inspire implanted in 1/17 which works great! Unfortunately, the transmitter detached from my chest wall a little over a week ago. I called Dr. Fosters office to be seen and got an appointment the same day. Bonus! He indicated that it needed to be repositioned ASAP. Then I ran into some issues with scheduling the procedure and was totally frustrated and upset until Dr. Foster called me, on a Saturday, and told me he would see to it that surgery would be done on Monday. Gotta say Im beyond impressed by his personal attention to the problem. Prior to my arrival at the surgery center, I received a call from them confirming the appointment; Dr. Foster had spoken with them and set everything up. They staff were ready for me and things went very smoothly. Kudos to the Surgery Center at Pelham for deft handling of a curve ball. Everyone there was wonderful! Procedure done, device back in place and I am very, very grateful to Dr. Foster for doing everything he could to make things happen. Again, I am incredibly impressed with this physician and his personal attention. Thats how its done. What a wonderful example of kindness, compassion, caring and positive action. Thank you!!!

Finally after years of suffering with breathing issues, i have an answer! They are friendly and informative. They listen to the patient and dont just move them through the door.
