Dr. Ebrahim finally called at 8:30pm last night to discuss important test results. First words out of his mouth was “he didn’t like or appreciate people making promises on his behalf” meaning he was clearly irritated that his staff had promised that he would call me. He repeated this statement at least 3 times and said I should have used an app so he could “conveniently” text. I cannot speak to his medical skills but I’ve never had anyone (especially someone who’s providing medical care) speak to me so rudely. Both my husband and I were in shock. Dr. Ebrahim you were very unprofessional especially when as concerned parents we were looking to you for guidance.
