Ive been coming here for some time. Dr. Easton has always had great bed side manner, doesnt rush my appointment along, and listens to any concerns I may have. Definitely reccomend.

Dr. Easton is terrible! His bed side manner is awful! I delivered my baby on Thursday, he was in such a hurry to get done with me he kept trying to push a c section! Every time he came into my room to check me, he made the comment it was a torture chamber in my room. Why would you say this a mom in labor? I wouldn’t recommend anyone use him for a doctor. Thank God for the amazing nurses that I had that knew I didn’t need a c section and kept encouraging me that I was doing great!

I came here a few weeks ago for my prenatal visit. The staff in the front desk were all very helpful, sweet and welcoming. I actually understood the insurance breakdown and all my questions were answered. Thank you ladies!Vera took excellent care of me. I appreciate her honesty and high level of professionalism. Amber handled all of my blood work, she’s the person you want to go to for shots—very gentle and warm hearted— I didn’t feel a thing!Facility was completely clean and everyone is very cautious with masks and 6ft apart.Entire staff at Carolina OB A++Thank you all for welcoming me into your office!!— Elaine Sicilia

I cannot say enough praise for Dr. Carol Ketchen. Have gone to her for over 30 years, she delivered my 2nd son and so easy to talk to. She never makes you feel like she’s in a rush to get to the next patient. She really cares about her patients...

I dont know why they have a phone nurse, when no one ever answers the phone! Me being pregnant with my first at my age, this is a concern for me. Currently looking for a new place to go!!!

I was referred to this OBGYN by my primary doctor and never even had the chance to be seen due to my provider cancelling the appointment without a reason other than the one doctor would not be in that day. If I wanted to reschedule it would be months away and would have to be at the Eastside location 30+ minutes away. I had myself on the cancellation list and was advised someone cancelled earlier today but I wasnt notified of an opening. The receptionist was very little help and told me if I wanted to be seen that I would make the drive basically. I told her I would advise my doctor not to refer his patients to this location. I did just that and I asked him to refer me somewhere else. I should have read the reviews on this office before I kept my appointment. Extremely disappointed.

Dr Sherard just delivered my firstborn at Mary Black. He is amazing!! He stayed after his shift to finish my delivery and even came back to check on me and my baby the next day.I saw multiple physicians in this office prior to delivery who provided excellent patient care and I highly recommend them if you’re pregnant and in need of a physician.

Absolutely loved my visit with Dr. eastin. He was very interested in my problems and concerns and his nurse was awesome at helping me Soothe my nerves. Nurses can run off patients just as easily as a doctor can, but i was very impressed with the kindness shown. I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me and treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Staff is all very rude and the doctors act as if they could care less about any issues you bring up. I had several nurses and even doctors here scoff at my concerns about my pregancy. They cancel appointments all the time with no real reason other than it got misunderstood, and when I called to ask why they made it very difficult to schedule a new appointment time. Took only a short time for me to transfer to a different doctors office ! Would never return or recommend ! They deserve Zero stars in my opinion. The only person who did a decent job was the ultrasound tech!

I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I feel like I need too. This is the WORST Ob-Gyn you could go too. So unprofessional and RUDE! The front desk, don’t get me started on how awful they are, we get you hate your job. I called to get an appointment, after I was already in their system because I had a positive pregnancy test. I called November 6th It’s December 7th (and mind you i’ve called multiple times and went up their once) and not a single appointment because they’re “switching things and will call me back in 7 to 10 business days.” Save you’re self the headache and find another place to go. Thankfully I’ve found another Ob-Gyn, very professional and friendly! Wish I could give 0 stars.

I absolutely love Dr. Eastin and his staff. The front desk check in staff were very pleasant, I was nervous and she reassured me so sweetly! When I went back to see Dr. Eastin the nurse was so nice and personable, she listened to my concerns and made sure to tell Dr. Eastin. The Doc himself took extra time to help with all my concerns and needs. This has been my Doctor for years and I have never had a complaint and frankly do not have a clue how people could write such ugly reviews! This is the place and the people I want to have beside me!

Dr Easton likes to mask issues with meds instead of actually dealing with an issue. I will not be back.

Place IS a joke! Dr Sherard was my doctor and although he was very professional the staff up front was not! After having my baby i had an iud put in. Every year ive tried to make a follow up appt to have a yearly and the staff would never let me make the appt. Said they didnt take my insurance, well they sure took it while i was pregnant and also when i had the iud put in! Even has my insurance on the website as accepted, so i dont understand that?? After i had my son i had to have a iud put in, i then told Dr Sherard that they would give me a hard time getting in with him. He told me to call and ask for Kipp if i had any issues getting in and after telling the lady up front the situation she said we dont take your insurance i asked her could i speak with Kipp like the doctor told me to do and she wouldnt allow it said Kipp no longer worked there. Its really sorry cause now because of her ive had my iud in a little over 5 years the date just ran out the end of may. If this thing grows to my insides what then??? Doesnt sound like they truly care about the patients health at all. Its really hard to find good obgyn care! If i could give them a zero star feedback i definitely would.

The receptionists are some of the most disrespectful, incompetent & utterly hateful people I’ve ever dealt with. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to ever put up with their incompetence. STAY FAR AWAY!

I moved from VA to South Carolina at 30 weeks pregnant . This office accepted me with open arms . Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I look forward to delievering my baby with them.

I Love This Obgyn. My Second Pregnancy And They Are My First Choice!

I had an unexpected visit with Dr. Laura Evors today and must say that she is the most sincere and compassionate doctor Ive had to see recently (and thats a lot, unfortunately). I usually not one to write reviews but Im still telling my fiancé how at ease she made me feel, so I felt that she deserved an A++++! If youre in need of an outstanding... OBGYN, shes the one... If shes still accepting new patients... Thank you Dr. Evors!!

I really dont know where to start here. I found out I was pregnant and call this place because its the one the hospital recommended. I get there. On my first vistit and I dont even see a doctor I just made an appointment to set an appointment with the doctor. Hmm ok so I get here for the doctor apointment a week and a half later and the doctor tells me that Im probably gone miscarru. How I the wold can you tell me that of you cant telle how far aloe I am. 3rd times a charm right? So he tells me to come back in a week I get here and they tell me my appointment was scheduled for anot her month dowlater so I had to sit and wait a hour just for them to tell me when they was gone see me when they did see me they still couldnt tell me how far alone I am after 3 appointments and they still cant find the baby I just transferred my records somewhere else my be better luck then

Went there April 10th and it is now May 17th and I still have yet to hear back from them. I call and either no one answers or no one is available. Never again!

You make an appointment just to still wait about 2 hours. They are very slow!

Well after calling them a bunch of times they agreed to help. Seems of you make your wishes very very clear they do listen. Like with any doctor, advocate for your health. Youre the one living in your body.

Receptionist is extremely rude, always hated having to come to this location.

Takes them over 2 weeks to transfer medical records to another facility. I had to cancel my apt with my new obgyn because they didnt have the records. Its ridiculous. Ive never heard of medical records taking that long to get faxed.

Dr. Eastin and his nurse are very kind.
