WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!She won’t even refill one month of one of my prescriptions, even thought she saw me less than 6 month ago, in February. She also made her own arbitrary rule of mandatory tests a week before each visit. I CANNOT afford to pay for the amount of tests she requires because my insurance is no longer covering them! I checked and it’s not a requirement of the state’s medical system to order as many tests as she does. The only thing I can think of is she made this rule up for MORE MONEY! When I tried to call to work out a solution, she refuses to work with me. I don’t understand how a doctor can treat her patients in such a dismissive manner, and show no compassion. In the middle of this pandemic, you would think she would be more lenient and at least give me enough meds to hold me until I was going to see her in TWO weeks! I will not be going back, and I do not recommend her as a doctor to anyone!

Dr. Koroma listened to my concern, requested additional testing and x-rays, called me when I had a problem with the pharmacist approval from the insurance, and provided excellent patient service. She knows her area of expertise exceptionally well, and has excellent patient -doctor relationship and communication.

I was called back to the patient room in a timely manner. Didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room nor in the patient room before the Doctor came in in a timely manner
