Took my 16 year old son here who has wore eyeglasses since kindergarten and this was the best eye Dr experience i have ever witnessed him encounter. They were very helpful and explained things to my son in so much more detail than ever before. It was so much better that seeing him just tell the Dr numbers on the machine and being handed a prescription... Love this place wish we would of found it sooner...

I called for an appointment. My doctor retired. Have older people issues. Already lens surgery. The lady that answered phone was very rude. Acted like she didn’t want to help me. Argumentative. I need a doctor but guess not this one. Couldn’t get an appointment. Wow. So rude. Very disappointed

Great staff. Knowledgeable and competent doctors. Two loved ones have personal experience with 2 of the doctors - office visits, cataract surgery. Were very pleased.

I have reviewed nearly 100 locations for Google Maps, and this is the only 1-star review I have submitted. I waited at this location 1.5 hours with 4 children and an infant, asked to simply talk to someone three times politely, and just before I left I was in tears with a severely swollen, infected eye, receiving a smirk from the front associate who rolled her eyes at me. At that point I had met my absolute limit and left in anger although I could not show it in front of my children.I was commuting at the time twice a day with a breastfeeding newborn and was over an hour from my family physician. My children and I sat patiently and quietly but eventually left - I received care and medication within ten minutes at a local CVS. I had called this office before coming by and each local urgent care I called referred me here. I would not recommend this office due to its inability to provide common courtesy or respect.

First I want to say I like Dr Berry. My family has known his since he was a teenager. I was refereed to him after Dr Roel quit practice. Ive only been a couple of times maybe three. The problem at this office is long wait times and no action and a disregard for urgent eye issues. I called with problems with my IOLs. My right eye is so foggy I can barely see and have trouble with double vision. The eye associate I spoke with told me my issue was non urgent and I first had to see Dr. Berry who was leaving the country. That apt was scheduled for July and I need another laser consult and that wont be until August. I would have to go months without being able to see clearly. The associate kept telling me it was non urgent and did not understand why I would be irritated. She told me I could not go anywhere else because of referrals. Not True! I got an appointment with Dr Bostrom a week later and I am scheduled for surgery in a week. Also his assessment was not the same as Berry. He saw the urgency and I discovered my left IOL was also hazy even though I was unable to see it. I was in and out of Palmetto Eye & Laser with dilation and complete exam in less than 2 hours. At Dr Berrys office that would have been 4-6 hours.

Dr.Todd Gwin did great replacing lens for my cataracts !!! Fast and pain free!!!
