The doctor is amazing but the staff that’s running that office is incompetent. Every month that I go to this office there is a different issue and they drop the ball! I have had them not submit my prior authorization and not tell me until the day before my procedure. They have lost my samples and held up medical needs. They have lost records and they obviously don’t communicate with each other! I tried to deal with it because the doctor is nice but it takes an entire office to make them someone I would recommend and I WOULD NOT!!!

I thought this would be a good place to get care when I went to my first appointment but the wife or assistant is very rude and over-talks you. If you request to speak with the doctor she tells you he doesnt talk to his patients which is uncommon for a doctor not to speak with someone for who he is providing care. I did not receive the the care I needed. I would not recommend this doctor especially if you are young in age.

Dr Dhillon is truly kind and compassionate with a state-of-the-art practice. His staff is also fantastic.

Dr. Dhillon is the best doctor ever. He goes above and beyond to help you feel better. I travel about an 2 hours to see him and it’s worth every minute. My visits with Dr . Dhillon have always been pleasant. He is patient and understanding. He always gives me the time to discuss how I am feeling. All the staff are great and accommodating.

Ive been 3 times and have high HOPES that Dr. Dhillon is the one to get me better. So far the wait in his office is minimal which is hugely important to me. Although, I must say Ive met the nicest people in the waiting room. We all relate to each other: PAIN :(Dr Dhillon is compassionate and a good listener. So far he is the pain doctor for me. I go back in one week for nerve testing to see where the injections should go. Next time I see him Ill have all my information. Cervical and lumbar MRIs and X-rays of both. He had me see a surgeon to make sure surgery isnt the best option. Ive seen 2 so far, and have gotten 2 completely opposite conclusions as to how to treat the cervical scoliosis.In the meantime, the debilitating pain is being treated enough by Dr. Dhillon so that I am able to do some things again, not a ton, but enough to not get totally depressed.This has been a very long journey of chronic pain, and finding Dr. Dhillon a huge blessing.

Made an appointment to see Dr. Dhillon and received the call from their office twice confirming the appointment for a specific date and time. When I arrived to their office, there were 5 people on the list for the exact same time who were waiting before me. I was told to wait in the waiting room and a doctor will be there to examine me. Kept waiting for over 1.5 hours and upon asking a staff member on when I would be seen, a nurse walked in and started discussing my issue. I asked where the doctor is who I have made the appointment with, she informed that the doctor is out of office for medical reasons and will not be in for 6-8 weeks. I was given a random painkiller shot and a prescription, what had someone elses name on it. I dont know how they are running this practice in the doctors absence, but it seemed to be a total misrepresentation and made me really uncomfortable. If I wanted to be diagnosed and treated by a nurse, I should have been clearly told about the doctors non availability upfront. I would wait for the doctor to return back to his office and give me a call and discuss.

Good doctors but never have time for their patients they will never call you back and will not reach back to anyone but will love to take your money I don’t recommend ppl coming here

If I could give this place 0 stars I would Im not sure if the staff is undertrained or incompetent all together but they have caused me hundreds of dollars and the doctor refuses to look at my chart of which I had to fly to Florida to obtain a hard copy of due to the fact that his staff cant receive a fax...??? P.S. It was sent 4 times with documented confirmation. Even after delivering a hard copy I am still playing phone tag with his staff a month later?? WHY This is unacceptable to treat a disabled person with documented pain management and current proper records this way.

Dr. Dhillon and his staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have a loved one who suffered an injury at work (in Maryland). We didnt know if he fainted, had a seizure or something worse. Dr. Dhillon and his staff went right to work demanding a secured video of the accident... which we seemed was impossible because the work site was a private property, the company was scared of liability, etc etc. Within a matter of days, Dr. Dhillon had copies of the video, we found out the injury was due to a seizure. Thanks to Farmbrook Interventional Pain and EMG, we were able to get a proper course of treatment and follow up. What impressed us the most was the steadfastness and care he offered us. We felt very taken care of and trust him (literally, with our lives). This review does not even do his practice justice... In our opinion, Dr. Dhillon is one of the best pain doctors in Michigan.

Dr. Dhillon was amazing - we took my mom into see if he could provide relief for her knee pain, Dr. Dhillon was both knowledgable and comforting when he provided my mom with all of her options. I highly recommend Dr. Dhillon for themselves as well as their families !The staff was also super friendly and prompt -we didnt wait more than a few minutes to see the Dr.

This office has the most obnoxious front staff members than Ive ever dealt with, the Detroit office has better customers service than the ROCHESTER HILLS OFFICE ON OAKWOOD DRIVE.The so called billing clerk/office manager, I was seen @Detroit office by the Doctor which I might add very nice, after my visit he walked up-to the front desk and the lady whom at the Detroit front desk, she as what was the charge for this visit and he said 100.00 for today, I paid and that was the end of that with exception of her saying how would like to pay, should I pay cash, check, or credit card, whichever one you preferred I paid and leftI called and the so called billing/office manager says you owe money I said to her your its me, I pay on my visit ,and she said at they charged you in a very nasty way she said you owe 300.00 .very rudeness way I will give you a appointment today at 2:30 I said okay, l asked where are you located she replied put the address in a GPS so I said is there a land mark you are by only because from Denver Colorado and she in a very nasty way just put it in your GPS.I asked her to explain t the payment of how it works again, Ln a rudeness toned she said no l than asked why not and she said, I than asked her how do you not I know the doctors not received the money and than she said never you coming to the appointment you ever be seen by the doctors here, so I than called her back an asked if she would have the doctor give a message to call me so we can discussed the rudeness of her and her refusing to put in the schedule instead of taking me off the schedule, she than said no I make the decisions at this office and set the policies and referring doctor to let him know we are refusing to see you, I than said okay I will also give him know as well.This so called office manager that needs manners not to mention her customer service skills and sensitivity skills, someone with a 6months trade medical billing courses she not have the power of people lives leave that to the medical physicians with medical experience, there has to be a lawsuit against her for refusing to let a patient see a doctor or have a doctor refused to give the message, in case she did not know I paid exactly what they asked for.

Dr. Dhillon is an exceptional physician he goes above and beyond for all his patients. Dr. Dhillon understands majority of his patients are dealing with pain and sadness due to there inability to participate in daily acatvites . The great part about seeing Dr. Dhillon is you can count on him to crack a joke and make you laugh :) all while making you pain free.In addition, the office is clean, and his staff is amazing!!!!Dr. Dhillon is the physician of choice.

Dr. Dhillon is an outstanding Dr. however his office manager is an piece of work, very agressive, interrupts you when you talk , rude and does NOT LISTEN . She took it upon herself to discharge me as a patient because I asked for copies of the billing statements to submit to the insurance company and attorney for payment. I was told it was not their policy that they provide the patient with their bills and patients are not allowed to receive copies of their bills. This was the only provider who made such riduculous claims. I hope that Dr. Dhillon sees this review and gets to the bottom of this because this woman is driving away patients without his knowledge.

Here we go Again! I myself and social security have requested my medical records and Billing statements over a year ago and still no cooperation from the office rmanger. As of to date. The outstandng bill has not been paid to dr. Dillons office due to the neglectful office manager refusing to provide when requested by patient in addition to refusing to release medical records stating its their policy that they dont release them to the paitent. Who ever heard of such irresposible business pracices?

After my appointment I left with an understanding of what my health issues were all about and the course of treatment that was needed to resolve the issues. Thank you Dr. Dhillion for taking the extra time in my appointment to not only discuss with me the importance of my treatment plan but the reassurance that the surgeon performing the operation was one of the best around. I am 4 weeks out of my first surgery and I am doing well in the recovery process. Thank you bunches Dr. Dhillion. You come highly recommended as my pain mansgement doctor.

Dr. DHILLON SEEM to care about patent prescribed me some muscle relaxer and cream to apply on back plus give me a back support brace over hes a five star. I smiled when leaving.
